Alright so, I had the displeasure of joining the server due to your valid calladmin, only to nearly immediately hear you make multiple and very noticeable remarks to other players telling them to kill themselves. I merely warned you at first that such disrespectful attitude to others was very much against our server rules, directing you to the motd when you claimed there was no such description in the rules.
I then went to try and sort out and handle the various issue that were occurring, during which you constantly attempted to claim your statements of telling people to kill themselves was in fact not disrespectful, which I told you a good half a dozen times over was the opposite of the case. Plain and simple, telling someone to actually kill themselves or otherwise issue death threats to others is not, and never has been, tolerated in the slightest. Instead of accepting this you choose to attempt to argue to that such behavior was just fine and did not fall under the concept of disrespect to every extent you could, refusing to cease what was a very mute point in an argument that had no reason to exist and only could stir more issues. Your refusal to cease after several minutes despite multiple explanations is what resulted in you finally getting muted, and your continued comments and further disrespect is what resulted in you getting gagged.
 
To address what happened with your friend, he was slain just before his warning to prevent him from further attacking people outside of his spawn. It's commonly done when one is killing inside the spawn as well, to prevent the situation from escalating as quickly as possible.

Basically, I've been having these problems whenever I use a Strange Shotgun (only the Strange). Whenever I equip it, my character will appear to constantly change weapons and render me unable to shoot or use it at all. I've tried 4 different Strange Shotguns, tried 2 different computers and still have no luck. This only occurs on xG servers. Please take a look at the video linked to see the issue.

+1 (For DL) The server needs more people with experience (like you) to help it grow server wise and community wise. Like you said, they seem to be overwhelmed with the requests for stuff and fixing the servers problems so I feel like we need someone with the knowledge and experience to help handle things.

what would you do if you saw a spawnkiller? .......
the correct answer if you are not part of the staff crew is..!CALLADMIN.
 
I was in other XG servers before THG , Deathrun , jailbreak( now death), VHS , etc.
In my point of view ,the surf server is the most dificult to handle.
Probably you are saying why? well, at the surf server you can not spawnkilling , you can not put any building at spawn
you can not sniping or shotting from spawn and you can not cptele away from the fight.
we normaly have 2 or 3 spawnkillers per 10 minutes. and 3 or 5 bans per day.
apart from that we have always a mic spamer or a tipical toxic guy. so
for me as an admin. is not only enforce the rules at the server is also keep that environment good and enjoyable to get fun in a healthy way
 
We need more Hands to handle it. we need a staff with experience. we need a staff who knows perfectly well the rules.
and knows to make a good and enjoyable environment.
 
skelly was an admin and that's mean he was a trusted staff member before.
you need to be good staff to get that position. not everyone can get admin just easy.
i know he stepped down and to be honest for me it feel soon but i'm not going to lie. actually i was afraid he is going to step down once again.
but in this two weeks he showed me he is going serious.

I'm trying my best at lending a helping hand towards the Surf Server, so I do understand where you are coming from @Vacindak . I've also seen @Skeletal here and there for the most part of my time on all of the xG servers. He was a pretty good Admin from what I have seen in those days.

I'm gonna be real here. The reason why I don't use TeamSpeak that much is because I simply don't wanna talk to people.
If I'm playing games, I wanna focus on games [unless I'm playing with real life friends] and if I'm doing something else, I don't wanna talk to people that are basically strangers to me.

Yes, very true. I'm not saying my argument is legitimate here, but that's the reason. Of course I have joined staff meetings and private higher up chats before and I have no problem with that, but I generally simply don't wanna talk to people that I don't really know.
This does not imply that I'm not using TS at all. Before I went on that trip, I was there for at least a few hours everyday to play with my irl friends. Even @xCabrio joined at some point. I'm just saying that I personally dislike it.
EDIT: In response to Chrono: I have been a lot on TeamSpeak with my irl friends recently. You must have missed me, which is kinda not avoidable since I'm going to school and I live in a different time zone.

I can't donate now because I need the money, but I would donate because my Mom's boyfriend's daughter lives in Waco, Texas and they got hit with serious flooding.
 
Also not sure if anybody has seen the dogs and cats tied up outside...
It breaks my heart to see people who just leave their dogs out there while the owners just flee somewhere else.

I guess this is gonna be goodbye for awhile, I no longer have the time to dedicate to the server to stay as a mod, or even play consistently, which is why I stepped down. I might jump into some jb or mg every once in awhile. Thank you xG for the memories, it's been great.

I can confirm that Skeletal was considering stepping down a month before stepping down. He decided against it at the time but was not 100%.
