I am somewhat questioning if anyone even bothered to watch the demo @mrnutty12 provided. I really did not see any fishy shots myself, only about one flick that made me question legitimacy, but not obvious to the point I think he's hacking. The spy thing isn't sufficient enough to straight out call him a hacker, one spy flashed his cloak and ran in front of the other while he was shooting at him, giving away both of their positions. I'll review the demo more times, but once again I really do not think the user is hacking.
 
Also, please remember to be respectful when replying to people, insulting them for protesting a ban that they think they don't deserve is very immature and makes me question the legitimacy of your word, and your position of staff.

This is pretty interesting because not only are you known for aimbot on those servers you were also thought to be aimbotting on ours. Your other ban appeal from before and your two other bans. I'm going to -1 simply because you got lucky on the first one. You could've just used that lucky opportunity to fix your reputation and you could've been part of the xG community but instead you decide to hack again and prove to us that you are just a moron. Please post those demo's so we can keep this guy off of our servers. But you still have another chance: you can do ONE of these challenges to get unbanned.

0 For now. Has shown a major improvement since his consistent spam posts. However, he does actively take drugs on the server and I'm not 100% I can trust a staff member like that.
You should definitely not do that on the servers, especially if you are staff.

i feel that i want to join the staff of xG because i am usually on the tf2 xG servers from usually really early in the morning to really late at night and i do notice that a lot of times there are lots of rule-breakers throughout the day and not all the time are admin there to take care of the situation. (not trying to call the staff bad) it's just that i know that the staff usually wants to be doing something else or is occupied or offline and i want to be there to help out the community and hope that i can provide a smooth and well in-game experience for those players that do not want to be having to deal with rule breakers all the time.

No, punish the same as always. Though real CP is something entirely different, I'd go ahead with perm banning if someone does spray that, and even with that being said, that does go into real world law territory and we would probably have to do a lot more than just a ban.

We decided to overhaul the current rule about sprays. From now on it is explicitly stated that avatars, customizable items (i.e. objectors, name tags, description tags etc.) and sprays are included. Additionally, we decided to elaborate on what is allowed and what isn't:
 

Sprays, avatars and items that are able to be customized cannot contain the following: nudity, racism, hate symbols, gore, derogatory content and images of sexualized minors (this includes drawn images).

There was some confusion going on and we hope this is gonna make moderating the servers a little easier for our staff.
I will keep this thread open to get feedback on the new rule and answer questions in case anyone has any.

OK firstly the L' thing at the beginning is a bug. Not sure why it says that at all and it does creation some confusion and makes it seem like a personal vendetta and you're mocking them with that ban, so if it's possible can that be fixed @Bello @Vexx ?. Another thing is that I was in godmode as Pyro jumping around with the Detonator for the entire map on your team nonetheless.
You were spamming the phrase "smfh" and throwing out insults literally every single time you died. The server was practically chanting to get you banned and @mrnutty12 raised the idea in admin chat although I did originally want to ban you before he brought it up.

I'm not new at all. I think I'm one of the few people who were staff in 2014 that are still staff now except for Bello and a few others. There is a lot of evidence and all you have to do is take a look at your chat logs and you'll understand why you were banned.
 
You need to fix your actions and stop being so toxic to the point where the entire server keeps asking if I can ban you. It's not me that's the problem at all.

To be completely fair, his other ban is from a little over 2 years ago. unless you guys take it upon yourselves to go and search everyone you ban for their steamids against our bans to plan your bans with the maximum possible thought out sentence, I doubt that the previous ban had anything to do with it...
 
as far as ban deserved that is the proper action taken, warn, kick, ban 1 day.
 
I feel like perhaps the player just didn't see the warning? I know from previous threads in the days long past a lot of staff members thought "Well when I kicked him that was the warning" which should not be the case. not saying that is what happened, but please in the future try to make it a little more clear with the warnings so that players do see/hear them. (double check they got the message/repeat it.)

Making a status like this doesn't really help you in any way but just makes you look like an idiot (no offense) and the chat logs I've seen and the way you talk to people is unacceptable. -1 Its also a day ban and you already knew this would be pointless.

Well I'd first like to say by the time this Is read and dealt with then 1-day ban will probably be finished, however I'd still like to throw this out so that the toxicity of certain staff could possibly be more closely monitored and contained.
 
Now I'm am decently new to the xG Pokemon Trading Center server, nonetheless I am becoming a regular on the server. As for banning me for having an inappropriate spray, That Is understandable but pretty harsh for a first time "offense" If you will, Not to mention after being kicked without a word about It I tried to tell whoever It was who kicked me that It was an accident and not intentional,(Trying to run around while trying to type "!rtd" can lead to accidentally pressing T which is the key bound for my spray) however they did not respond so I decided,"alright I guess, I'll just be more careful on my key presses, and If It happens again I'll just move it behind the medicine cabinet In spawn". I ended up pressing It again, and as I planned I went into spawn and put it out of sight. Shortly later, On a different map I believe, I was banned without any precaution or saying. Which wouldn't be the problem If I wasn't so confused to why I was banned?
Now I did as advised when trying to rejoin the server and found my way here, to find I was banned for

Now, this was pretty informal and unprofessional If you will. But Toxicity does not apply to me or my actions, I don't know If this reaction was caused because maybe he disliked the way I played the game? Or maybe I was killing him a lot?(though I don't recall him being killed by me, or playing at all, unless he/she has a different in-game name.) Whatever It may be I cannot help but feel that was the admin/mod feeling something personal against me. Which I understand can be hard for some people to set aside how the feel in place of responsibility, But from a website so organized I'd expect more properly behaved staff.
As for "L' spam", I'm also very confused about this and feel It Is more of just the staff member being annoyed with me personally for some reason. For chat, I use It as regular as anyone does perhaps even less aside from commands. So It really makes me curious to why I was banned or rather, why I'm being suspected of spam?
 
What I think, Is that whoever Kypari Is, I suspect they are a new staff member and most likely bored or looking for opportunities In their role, So they saw my spray and tried to take everything they could to ban someone. Now Spam and "Toxicity" Is all subjective, which Is why I stray away from using chat to speak to others or at all from that matter, Because anything can be toxic. However there Is not a grain of evidence for any of this, I'm saying myself that I sprayed the spray, Which Is wrong but for something that wasn't intentional and not done to harm others? To just flat out ban me I feel Is incorrect.
 
Well that Is all I have to say on this matter, I feel correction of staff Is needed to prevent this In the future, though for right now I fear I will have to wait until my ban time Is over.

If I may say, the whole Xerses ban was bullshit. He posted a link to a thread where someone later on allegedly posted CP, which is surely disgusting but not his fault.
I personally don't think CP and drawn little anime girls are the same, but I'm not lawyer.
When choosing a punishment for the offender, I think it's fair to say that we did not follow any type of protocol, but rather some moral compass if you know what I mean. Any sane human would find the offender's conduct outrages and digusting, hence we jumped straight to a month ban. However, I do think he should get one final chance, as he has never been banned before.

I do agree with this to a certain extent, but I don't think following a certain protocol is necessary when the alleged person speaks about having sex with children. If the TF2 higher ups all agree that a harsher punishment is appropriate and even get a CM's approval, then I think it's fine.
That being said, I would love to hear @mrnutty12's input as well.

I'm just gonna add that if most of the United states which is where xg is located considers lolicon to be child pornography then why shouldn't we consider it that too since it is almost the same thing and deserves the same punishment.
