I've said this before but idk if you have seen it. I don't think you should -1 people if you don't know who they are or don't see them on unless you look at their activity log and see that they never play. Just because you dont see him on doesn't mean he's inactive, he could live in a different timezone. short version: dont -1 for not seeing them on unless u look at their activity. Basically a cock block from getting member. Just leave it as a 0. (MY OPINION)

I think I heard @DrPepperPhreak it or someone else talking about this over the summer. When you're on CT you have to answer a question correctly from !rules. So basically it's like a quiz you have to pass in order to get on, and if you fail you have to wait a certsun amount of time (prob like 5min or so).

I responded with the exact same answer. no bk randy wants to play 2 hours on a jb just to go to ct, they could easily go to another server. #dontdepopulateJB
