No, this is spam. There is literally no point in making this. A feeble attempt at trying to get 50 forum posts quick. That's not how you get staff mate.

So a new game came out in march? And it was the addicting game of farcry 5. I p,ayed this game and thought it was phenomenal having not played any other farcry games. For me this was overall an amazing game. First were gonna talk about the story. (Spoiler alert) The story takes place in Hope county Montana. The main villain is a religious phycopath named Joseph Seed and his accomplices are his siblings consisting of John Seed, his brother who had a abusive childhood, his half sister Faith Seed, the former drug addict that drugs you with the "bliss" a hallucination drug made from a flower , and Jacob Seed, the ex-military brainwahing warrior. During the game you try to liberate Hope county from Joseph Seed and his siblings. This is all im doing but I have quite a few opinions about this. First of all im going to tall about Joseph Seed, the mastermind. I think hes an jtresting touch to the game because if they just had the 3 siblings it just wouldnt work and hes so diverse from the other charecters ( I recently played the other games) because of his obsessions with religion and how he believes a nuclear war will destroy everyhing. This is amn interesting touch now im going to talk about Faith Seed, the druggie. What she does throughout the game is try to... enchant you I guess? With the bliss  and try to capture you and turn you into an angel the people who walked the path. Well now Jacob. Jacob is the warrior of the si lings wbo can seend you on killing sprees just by playing the song Only You. He will use this to turn against allies and slaughter them. Now John Seed. He was abused as a child leaving him to say "Yes" whenever his parents abused him. He tries relentlesy going to the point of toture to get you to say yes to join the cult. He will carve your sin from the 7 deadly sins cut it of your skin and staple it to the wall.
Well thsts it for now this has raped my thumbs from typing on a tablet.

I don't mean to be rude, but please can you stop farming forum posts? We're all aware that you just posted a staff application, yet got declined due to the lack of forum posts. I understand that you want staff, but repeatedly making useless posts on every thread you see, making a whole new thread as a result of a spelling error, really just shows immaturity and will make you able to apply for mod, sure, but many heads will turn in a negative way as a result of the immature impression they have of you. So yeah, you can apply for mod... or can you?

Moderator Submission Rules Updated 6/4/2016! Please Read!

    All Divisions
Before you apply for a Moderation position, you must have been a member of the clan for a minimum of thirty days. We do not accept applications for Forum Moderators. Those positions are reserved for higher members of the Moderation Staff. You must have thoroughly read through the Admin Handbook before you may apply. (Found here: Staff Manual ) You must be 14+ to apply to become a Moderator. Activity on servers, Discord, and the forums goes a long way. Make yourself known and become familiar with our staff and our policies before applying. Donating is no longer a requirement to obtain a Staff Position, but it weighs favorably for you if you have donated prior to submitting your application! Team Fortress 2
You must have a minimum of 50 forum posts before you may apply. You must have open communication with a Division Manager or higher before you can apply.
If you refer to your member submission, you were accepted on the 10th of September. Today, it is the 18th of September. The minimum requirement to apply for staff is to be a member for at least 30 days. This applies to all divisions.
Not to mention how in your member submission, you state you are 13. Many people have put a different age there in the past, though I fail to see why someone would put younger, should it not actually be correct. Rules state you must be at least 14 to apply for staff.

    HOWEVER.
It is still possible for you to earn staff through getting yourself noticed and proving maturity on the servers. Record demos or get evidence of rule breakers and possible hackers, friend the higherups on Steam and talk to them, enforce rules on the server and should there be no staff on, tell a staff member about it. I know how it feels to want to be staff really bad, but honestly, making that staff submission thread has probably made a few people slightly standoffish as a result of not even reading the guidelines. Though I've seen you on the servers and you're a real nice dude. You just gotta double check things before you do them, think twice and get yourself out there. Good luck mate, hope to see you on the staff roster one day.

Cook is a good example of what a moderator should be, someone who follows rules, reminds others of what the rules are, and tries to help as much as possible.
He's quite mature, very active, a pleasure to be around in general. He deserves the spot in my opinion.

If you're having issues with people to the point you don't want to be on the servers then you of all people would imaginably know how that can be addressed openly here to try and find what's causing any actual problems to  hopefully improve the situation. Personal issues between people (which you seem to have been in no short of in the past) are always going to exist but when called out directly they can be extinguished fairly easily especially if they are driving someone away.
That being said, you're kind of a prick to put it lightly, the needlessly rude and dickish insults thrown here not being the only points that you've expressed behavior like this. If you'd really be intent on people around here who watch you spout crap like this to come join you playing other games or even to make new friends in wherever you go i'd really recommend you try and act a bit more, well, friendly.
Whether you stick around to some extent or come back in the future, I would hope your attitude improves from how it has been. If you don't end up interacting with xG ever again, i'd still recommend working on your behavior nonetheless.

Where do I start off with, been playing this community for almost 6 months now and I’m still enjoying it. Unfortunately school is starting and I won’t be able to be online or even use my computer, it was fun playing with you all and talking with everyone I met throughout my playtime, but well I’ll try my best getting on.
Forgot to mention, this community is the only thing that kept playing in TF2 for so long so good job on everyone who worked and helped build this community.

I want to keep this short so I don't take up too much of your time but I don't think that'll be the outcome.
Unfortunately, school has once again started back up. This, of course, means that I will no longer to play TF2 nearly as often as I would like because school comes first for me. I have a large amount of constant-commitment classes that I can sadly never take a break from.
I also play two sports outside of school which makes time management even more difficult. So even if I thought I had time for video games, that just isn't the case.
I might hop on a couple times during the weekends for short spurts of time but I anticipate it won't be more than a couple of hours. And because of that, my in-game activity will drop immensely.
I wanna thank everyone that welcomed me with open hands and warm hearts when I first joined Xeno Gamers around 5 months ago. You guys were the reason I looked forward to hopping onto the servers each day. Specifically though, I wanna give some shout outs to the people that really made me fall in love with XG.
@SegFault Man. Seggie. Where do I start? You were the first person to really talk to me and invite into this community. Before I met you I used to be a shy, quiet dude in chat but with you around me and motivating me to do better each day I improved drastically at using my microphone in-game. You were the real reason I wanted to become a staff member. I looked and still continue to look up to you each and every day thinking how I can better improve myself to be more like you. Hopefully one day we can meet for real and actually hang out instead of just me beating you to the end of jump maps ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). I guess we'll see in the future. Don't ever change Seg. ❤️ @Owlknight_ OwlQueen. OwlKing. OwlPrince. I can't appreciate you enough. You're always a real joy to be around. Not only that, but you were always there when I needed you. Thanks for always being the best birb. ?  @Arnude I know I never mentioned it but you were always awesome company. You're so chill and easygoing it's so effortless to have a good time when you're around. And there are two people who's forums names I don't know so if you could direct them to this post that'd be great.
Cookie<3. Ugh you're so cool it's like you're so much fun to talk to about unusuals were gonna waste our money on and stuff just like never stop being you thanks.
Krampus. You're just awesome. Not much else to say other than you're an awesome person and a load of fun to be around.
    Anyways, that's that.
Now to the part I've been contemplating writing.
As some of you may know, I applied for mod. I'm sad to say that I would like the higherups to close my application due to the fact that if I am accepted, there is no way I'd be able to keep up my biweekly hours up. But besides that, I want to thank the TF2 higherups for considering me as a mod. It was a goal I set ever since I joined the community and to know that the people in charge maybe wanted me on their team is a feeling like no other. I am forever grateful for that feeling.
And because my hours will drop so drastically, I would also like the higherups to remove my membership from XG as I will not be an accurate representation of what it means to be a member. A member should be first and foremost active and I just won't have that quality. As a member I want new players to recognize me their first few times joining the servers. If I am not active, I cannot be the best role model I can be towards new players on the servers.
And once again, I just wanna thank you to everyone that helped my five months here a load of fun and memories.
(Sorry if this was all over the place I'm not good at this sentimental stuff.)

Arnude reacted to Kypari in Make TF2 Great Again
Lately, me and the other TF2 higherups have noticed an uproar in people who are not satisfied with the current state of the TF2 division of our community in terms of how we present ourselves and some of the rules that they feel are far too strict. We have discussed many topics and talked with a lot of staff over the past few days for the betterment of not only their staff ability, but for the community and to feel welcomed and respected as they should be in hopes that they will continue to support and play on our servers.
I would like to do a Staff PSA in this post in hopes that everyone will see that we want to make a change to make everyone as satisfied as possible. Of course, there are times where you may not necessarily agree with the rules or such and you may not be superbly happy about the division, but we have to try to make everyone as happy as they can be to a realistic and fair degree.
Many staff members have been talked to individually about one or more of these topics already, but I would like to make it publicly known so that our current staff can find a way to improve to the upmost degree if they feel like they should be working on one of the things mentioned. Even if you feel you don't need to work on anything, please read this and try to improve on them to the upmost degree regardless in hopes that you can be as good of a staff member and role-model for the community as possible. Learning is a great way to climb positions!
Staff members should not try to interpret rules wildly from their original intent.
Recently, some people have felt as if they have been wrongly punished because staff members are being far too broad with the rules and end up punishing people for reasons that stray too far from the actual !motd. I would like to remind staff that it is completely OK to ask questions and talk to a staff member in a higher position (whether that be admin or one of the higherups) whether something is disallowed or not in hopes that this will happen less, and that I would also like to see staff try to enforce rules directly towards what they are related to.
Staff members should try to recognize the situation appropriately and take everything in context.
We have felt as if staff sometimes may not appropriately address the situation because they aren't reading the context whatsoever and jump to conclusions regarding rules such as disrespect but towards their friends and other such examples. I would like to remind staff that it is OK if someone says that it's a joke and you go back on your warning or mute/gag and to understand the situation appropriately before handing out a punishment.
Staff members should be a role-model to other people and act maturely, specifically when handing out punishments.
Just a reminder that staff should recognize that they are a role-model towards the server and many people will look up to you if they care about the community and the servers. We would like to see staff act more maturely overall and specifically when handing out punishments. This is not to say that you can't have fun and be yourself at all, but try to act more responsible and like a role-model to ensure that everyone gets a good impression of the server and so that new members and such will take into account your responsibility and maturity!
If someone disagrees about their punishment, allow them to calmly tell you why they disagree, and supportively direct them to the forums.
I cannot stress enough how important it is that you do not shut someone down and tell them "go make a ban protest lol" if they get in trouble on the servers and they disagree with their punishment. If someone disagrees, talk calmly and respectfully about why they were punished and if things escalate on the servers or if they still disagree, supportively and respectively direct them to the forums and inform them that they should make a ban protest if they feel it is necessary or contact one of the higherups to discuss their punishment. Do not shut people down disrespectfully as it often ensures that they won't come back to the server. Of course, if people continuously argue about the issue, then warn and gag/mute as normal or whatever punishment is appropriate, but always assist them first.
No talking over other people is not only for staff but for other players + regarding when to enforce the rule.
The idea of this rule is so that we don't create extreme chaos with people speaking over each other constantly and so that people don't randomly interrupt people consistently. The rule does not only apply to staff, but also to people on the server. It also does not mean to silence every person who speaks at the same time as you because you are staff. To enforce this rule correctly, pay attention to when they started speaking and if they interrupted someone blatantly rather than if two people accidentally speak around the same time and both don't stop speaking (to a fair and realistic degree).
If someone's mic isn't very good or isn't working, inform them of what isn't working and give advice instead of saying "fix your mic".
Staff should always try to help people if someone on the server's mic has a lot of background noise and assist them in how to fix it rather than just simply stating "fix your mic". For example, if you can hear their in-game audio, tell them to plug in some headphones to prevent the in-game audio from coming through their mic. If they do not comply, then follow the extended mute system up to a day (warn -> mute -> day mute -> hour ban etc).
Staff should always remain unbiased as possible.
In order to prevent unfair punishments and arguments, try to remain as unbiased as possible and put yourself in someone else's shoes before handing out a punishment just in case you feel that you may be being rash. It is impossible to be entirely unbiased and there's no way to prevent that, but try to be as unbiased as possible to a realistic degree to ensure that most people feel that the punishment handed out was just and fair.
Staff members should always be respectful to not only players, but other staff too.
Remember that you are a role-model and that treating others with a lack of respect will not only encourage them to break rules, but also feel unwelcome to the server and community as a whole. Regardless of the situation and whether they are a rule-breaker or not, treat everyone with the same degree of respect. This also heavily applies to staff members. If you don't like a staff member, remember that you are working with them and not against them, and that they are also a member of the community as well and should not be treated any less than such. There has been a lot of drama recently regarding a few staff members and we would like to see no more of that and for everyone to treat each other respectfully.
Try to be less strict regarding the immature voices rule
We are hoping to see staff hold back a bit more regarding the immature voices rule as we feel that staff are jumping to stop people from harmless fun on the mic far too quickly. For example, if someone does an impression of myself having fun on the server, let them but not to a consistent level and as long as people aren't getting annoyed by it. However, do not forget that this is still a rule and is still not allowed, but let people feel a bit more free regarding the rule.
