Looking at the evidence presented I have yet to see any disrespect, especially deserving a one week server ban. Pulling this from a CSGO thread where xG MagicalPurple was talking about what is and what is not disrespect. What is considered disrespect: If a player makes serious threats relating to the opposing users life, internet, or status in Xeno Gamers. Ignoring higher-uppers in Xeno Gamers when it relates to the rules that correspond to the server that user is on. What is not considered disrespect The frustrated occasional cuss words. Everyone gets annoyed when playing video games. Arguing over map choice. Attempting to state your opinion in a non-malicious way. Swearing is not malicious in anyway. The chat history show businessman calling people "plebians and bitches" while spamming LennyFace. The chat history does not show serious threats or ignoring ranked staff with respect to rules. We have !gag to prevent chat spam, !mute to prevent mic spam, !silence to prevent both. Warn, !gag , then !kick, if they return after and continue it's a 6hr !ban. Businessman shouldn't be able to get off more than 3 LennyFaces continuously without a !gag by staff. If the !gag is not lifted, he's silent unless a reconnect which staff can kick for avoiding the mute. Pulling this from CSGO admin handbook, due to I could not find a thread from CSS division. Disrespect - 1st occurrence: Warn - 2nd occurrence: gag/mute - 3rd occurrence: kick - 4th occurrence: 6 hour server ban (360 min) Pulling this from General Admin Handbook Chat Spam Chat spamming will only result in a gag. If they continue after the round changes, that is a kick. If they still continue, it is a day ban. Anything above or below is breaking the rules. Jacob was warned by myself (as well as several others) to not use that bind, as it is not only condoning pedophelia (which is not to be taken lightly), but also provoking further harassment of PuppyLuv, which she had reported was offending her. I had given out multiple warnings ingame just the other day involving the use of this bind to the point where I had to begin banning players on the spot for using said bind for the amount of an hour. It is getting out of hand (I have already banned Jacob for the use of this bind for an hour, and he still doesn't seem to get it). Shit isn't funny, nor is it something to be joked about. The continued harassment of Darkwolf is also getting out of hand. I wouldn't be adding this with my vouch, but because it is apparent that Darkwolf is taking offence, then it should be dealt with. +1 for a week ban - Dat guy, Forest

small credit games for the dead would be fun to implement. like easy blackjack or hi-lo which you can bet credits on. drugs is a popular one on a lot of jb servers buy a last ct song? lots of credits but it changes the song for last ct for x amount of rounds bounty - puts a bounty on a ct at the beginning of the round (30 second window to place one) buy colors for your guns as ct? idk if this is possible but i remember way back when a gun was empty it had a red coat? itd be cool for CTs to buy colors for guns/skins daily trivia - asks a question and you put your answer in. at the end of the day it rewards players who got the correct answer with credits (1 entry allowed) idk im not high yet so when i get baked and drunk tonight ill come up with more ideas @@Prius

As far as server goes, (correct me if I'm wrong) I think all his bans were 1or2day bans, just extend his ban to a week next time, and for TS just extend his time next time he does it. Also he was calling people plebs, it's not some intense disrespect that really offends people compared to other stuff he couldhave said.

Man.. I'm gonna get down voted for this but, taken the circumstances of the situation, the owner of the dog was an idiot. The police were in a hostage situation and swat teams had arrived at the scene. The owner of the vehicle had loud music on and started being obnoxious and being a hindrance, which is a really bad thing in a hostage situation. When he was questioned, the owner put the dog in his car but had let the window open, emphasis on this WINDOW OPEN. The dog took the opportunity to protect its owner by being a threat to police officers during an arrest in a HOSTILE situation. I've read so much on this that the police are cruel, sure they had tasers, and batons, but alluding to Rhododendron he would have been put down. Sure they could have used to another means to take the dog out but the police and any other service always focus on their safety, their partners safety and then others (friends are cops, i've asked them all, same answer). They were protecting themselves and their partners in this situation. Sure it's a sad thing that the dog got shot up, maybe 2-3 times too many, but when people are blissfully ignorant to the actual situation on hand it's quite exasperating. Before people go on saying "Fuck the Police" do your research and find both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion on how you feel about the issue.

Don't so how we unban some people for mass freekilling and then randomly say that others should have known better. This is against everything I believe but if everybody else gets unbanned then it's not fair that you shouldn't be unbanned.. I'm not one for referring to past events, but this is happening as we speak. Though I'm one to believe that punishments should be carried out, if we unban everybody I don't see why we just stop for Lapiz. Sure we have to draw a line somewhere, but if nobody wants to draw it for Laith or anybody else, then I don't see why Lapiz should be different. The one thing I REALLY don't understand is why some staff post +1's for some things because they "haven't had a problem with him in the past" and then the same people post a -1 on another thread saying "they should have known better". Dafuq? This is with high staff too. If we aren't consistent with the punishments we give out, can we at least be consistent with our rulings?
