If you are going to abandon a division just because it isn't popular, why have any division but your most popular one? What is the point? I enjoy CSS far more than TF2, CSGO, L4D, etc, etc. I've been playing CSS for years. You have the potential to have a fun, populated server if you just put some effort into it.

votekick and votemute are bad because if you don't like someone you just gang up on them and ruin their fun because of your personal problems with them.

Abandoning divisions because you dislike like the game or anything of that sort is childish. If you're not going to work on them equally, you may as well just make xG a one division thing. And that'd majorly affect the activity, since we know how much TF2 members use the forums.

@@JakeEnglish is going to take over managing the actual main ranked team (I'm still in it, and it is xG members only.), look to him for more info, as well as look for legitimate tournaments with the new growth (with prizes!) I will personally host a teams tournament with an RP prize out of pocket.

With the conclusion of season 3 and the big increase in popularity among xG members, there will be a more aggressive approach to community tun league events for the upcoming season. I'll be in touch with @@Chrono and @@PiNoYPsYcHo to help organize and run various events (in-houses, arams, 'fun' modes and ranked teams). Expect a lot of community involvement with league and hopefully even more growth then we experienced this season. More will be updated as the more sober I get.

@@Rhododendron I was on sliderace with DarkWolf and a few others while hub was being tested and ALOT was done. Hats worked, trails worked, alot of stuff worked with the exception of a few things, we dont care if it's finished or not anything is better than nothing. What needed to still be worked on? Im sure you could get someone to do it if you're too lazy to do it by yourself. CSS used to be the top community (WHILE TF2 WAS STILL OUT), TF2 JB is doing better because you're actually working on that, CSS is doing worse because you AREN'T working on it. Hub broke and you basically said "Well, on to TF2!" There are other JB servers that still have decent amounts of players, so don't try to blame it on CSS being less popular as a total. CS GO gets more people because alot play it for it's competitive. Our CS GO server (even while up) had few people on it, if CS GO is actually so much better, it would've had more people. TL;DR- Do your job, stop making excuses, you're just being lazy.

So does this make our jailbreak subgeneric level? It may not solve all the problems but it will significanlty improve the situation whilst someone (no one?) works on hub. if you are worried about losing regular donations why not raise the price for credits or even disable the ability to pass credits onto other people. You could make it impossible to buy credits forcing people to earn them in game as well. All This is all a lot better than nothing and will restore some moral to the remaining loyal members you have.

I dont understand why silence is so hesitant to put hub back, "Its a dying game" the reason its slowly dieing is because hub was removed. and you have been making excuses ever sense not to put it back why not take my suggestion and make a goal for people to donate to if the community wants it they will donate for it and they dont they wont or actually put some time and effort into it and code it yourself I'm tired of hearing your bullshit excuses for not putting hub back. and I think I talk for the community when I say that.

The tf2 division is prospering because the game is constantly being updated with new items and it's free to play. The community is shit though. I never have an enjoyable time while on the servers because there is no staff on to regulate the rules and it's filled to the brim with kids 12 and under making up their own shit as they play. The cs:s division may not be as prosperous but it is still hell of a lot of fun to play.

@@Rhododendron You are the leader of xG, you aren't the leader of TF2 alone. You're supposed to support ALL the divisions. People on CSS don't care if you help with TF2(or any other divisions for that matter) as it is still a part of xG, what we do care about is the fact you are completely disregarding CSS because its getting less populated. Hub wouldn't fix ALL our problems with CSS, not at all, but when hub went down, CSS started dying. If you added it back population would pick up, with more people comes more ideas and more new players to keep us going. Nobody is telling you to only work on CSS, but do SOMETHING for it other than watch it die, because you promoted the DL who cant code very much, and demoted the DL that could. I was on the SlideRace server when it had hub testing on it, it didn't seem very far from done, with the exclusion of you adding new stuff like bombs and casino etc. to it. If you had at least released the hats and trails, colors tracers etc. that you already had complete it'd be better than nothing. And now you're apparently working on a TF2 hub, which pisses people off even more, yet you don't give a single shit about it.

The problem is valve has a new game released, the community here wants css to keep thriving. Gyazo - b92e1550f6288a39c013a81ed6f1b61f.png There's about a 10K~ differential in players between GO and Source, however im getting the feeling here that a majority of our community still resides in css which would make it more beneficial to continually update css while phasing in csgo. I don't know our CSGO stats because theyre not on GameTracker but the css servers (jailbreak) averages 11 players a day over the last month (which isnt bad due to schooling and clan inactivity) Gyazo - 82184173a439c4b6d95e8b5adb32a64a.png The point here being, you may keep wanting to claim css is "dead" but there is still still a fairly active population of the clan who plays it daily

Again, I'm not a fan of defaulting our server to generic-level. Plus, for the millionth time, the last time we did that people bought too much, and just gave away credits and people ceased to donate since they only needed to ask the wealthy for a paycheck. Thanks Obama! But seriously, a store will not save CS:S, especially one that everyone else has.
