Just something I had been thinking of, obviously not everyone is going to like to cook the same thing. So what style of cooking do you tend to go to when you're preparing a meal. Personally I enjoy cooking from regions that involve more use of spices, such as Indian or Mexican.
I feel whenever I'm cooking something it's always something sort of basic. I kinda don't really go out and cook much that doesn't have directions on the back of a box because I tend to worry a lot. However I did kinda do something new today. I actually just cooked pork chops in oil I used shortly before to cook baby scallops. It was something small but it kinda made a big difference at least for me. In terms of a general "Region" or "style" of food I don't mind too much.
