So I've been thinking about getting into modding for a little while, so I made the simplest mod there Is.
 
So if you have played Hotline Miami or Hotline Miami 2 you would know the fat Russian thugs look like this:

This would'nt be a problem normally but the Colombian mafia looks exactly the same.
So I changed it.

So now the Fat thugs can look like the rest of the Russians.
 
This is my first time doing ANYTHING like this and I admit it wasn't that difficult to make. I plan on making something a little challenging in the future but this is what i got for now. I also plan on going into more challenging games to mod so if ya'll have experience with that send some advice my way. (A modding noob like me can use all the help I can get)

Top 5 languages apparently to learn as a second language are Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish, German and then Portuguese. Being bilingual always has benefits, it just depends on you finding a second language that will you serve you in life not only now, but 10, 15, 20 years from now.

Ayy so I wasn't going to make a thread because for some reason I thought I had another week, but I had midterms this last week (Just turned in my 12 page Research paper after a solid 7 hour editing session sitting in my school library kill me unironically plz) obviously with only being able to study for anything at school I had to be there at least 6 hours a day last week so I might not make the 14 hour minimum by monday. If I'm being honest I'm super anxious to play and theres a decent chance I'll get 14 hours in the next two days, because this week has been that shitty, but I understand getting my activity on the last two days before promo/demo is also shitty on my part, so I just want you to know I'm not going to make a habit out of it.

We use Deathrun Redux, right? I took a peek into the config file and found something that could be the culprit.
A line under weapons restriction that says:
 
This could be restricting the action slot, since it seems the default value for this is "1". I'd figure it would still let them exist, but I'm not entirely sure how the plugin goes about restricting. Either that or some other cvar is active that disables action slots from appearing or something, I dunno...

Funny enough, I actually used my experience here with Xeno Gamers (as general Staff, Division Manager and Co-Leader) in my resume/cover letter when I applied at EA. During the interview, there was actually a large focus on what my responsibilities/duties entailed with Xeno Gamers. Just thought I would mention it here as a neat example that xG can actually have a real-world influence/impact :coffee:
