We have 2 I believe, 1 in Alterac Mountains (Alliance) and another one that the tf2 community plays on I believe. The Alliance one is pretty dead though as most of the xG kids got bored of the game, it's hard continuing a MMORPG guild when people don't stick to it enough.

We had hunger games up and running, but I think we will focus on a single world and try to get that running 24/7. I think @Owl and @DrPepperPhreak will make a post this week about their decision on their direction with the game.

Regardless of how it came to this, there is no doubt that you were a great staff member and xG was very lucky to have you for so many years helping out as much as you did. I hope all the best with everything going on in your life, and don't shy away from ever participating in something that interests you in xG if you have the time.

What might be done is either editing that guide to make it universal, or make a new one that is universal. I really like it and I used to have a thread similar to this back in 2012. I may edit in some stuff as well but I personally like the guide.

Practice and know smokes, mollies, flashes, nades,
DM and watch pro players
Play to improve, which may include watching replays

I completely understand my knowledge in CS:GO is lacking, but I know what it takes to hit high elo in a competitive game, and you have to actually dedicate time and effort and try to learn instead of just meme. My reasoning for it as I said is because Rhodo is willing to fund it which is why I want to be strict about it. Just please take it seriously if you are considering it.

I say we take all of the top 10 gameMeme scores from JB and Minigames, average them out, do a 10 man, and have the winning team be our CSGO team!

Just a quick update, teamspeak community channels aren't getting deleted till the 6th, we are extending the deadline to claim your channel BUT on the 6th if your main channel has more then 4 subchannels, we will just delete the extras from the bottom up or just delete unclaimed channels.

Hey @kbraszzz are you going to weigh in on this? I feel like the least you can do is to explain your situation and view on the matter and why you haven't done shit in ages. I feel like if scoot has no problem stepping down for not being useful enough then you should do the same. Not to mention posting stuff like this, which (in my opinion at least) is completely unacceptable and you as a cm should be completely ashamed of yourself for. I don't know you personally (i think i've interacted with you once on teamspeak) and its very possible this you are "trolling" or whatever but this just makes you look like an immature asshole, and i personally wouldn't want you to represent us as one of the leading figures of our community.

I'll make RTD/bombs use credits either during class or work tomorrow. I'll talk to lithium about pricing. Anyone who continues to abuse the glitch to give themselves extra money can be banned for up to a week for intentionally exploiting bugs.

The more the topic of permanent bans is brought up, the more I think that, most of the time, they aren't really be considered permanent (with the exceptions of things like doxing/ddosing, darkwolf level abuse, or repeat offenders - we usually already note that in the ban reason, something like "Do not unban"). For most things (massing/leaving, abuse, whatever), it's simply a matter of forcing them to make an appeal, show that they've matured or whatever - not that any of this is a bad thing. Most people who come on the servers are between 13 - 17, and people tend to change and mature quickly around that time. So even something like 6 months after a ban, it might be reasonable to give a second chance (of course, depending largely on the offense, previous bans, have they/are they willing to change, attitude, etc.). More than anything though, its good to keep in mind that bans are all different, and should mostly be treated on a case-by-case basis - so I don't see that one ban protest should set a precedent.
 
However, one thing your posts got me thinking about @Forest, is maybe we should have some kind of a minimum time (6 months, a year, idk) before someone can appeal a permanent ban (unless they think the ban was unjustified in the first place). It'd be a nice way to ensure to set a hard limit on minimum time, and can't appeal it until they've at least had some chance to mature. I'm not certain about preventing people from becoming xG members again, but these are all topics for another time/thread. (if someone wants to make a thread in the admin forum, we can discuss it there)
 
Moving on to this specific ban, I understand the arguments for not unbanning people who abused, especially who did so as a way of saying "goodbye", but it has also been 4 years. Like I said earlier, most people here aren't even close to the same person they were 4 years ago. Given that and the (apparent) sincerity of this thread, I'm going to go ahead and unban you - but don't expect to be able to become a member/staff again, and don't expect anything past a second chance.
