for banning disconnected players, can we have more specific things like Massing and Leaving, mic spam, etc. @Bleed @Lithium

that's part of the challenge of being the warden: dealing with rebelling T's. a system preventing rebelling would ruin the server pretty well once randoms see that they can't rebel and then they leave. the system now is fine as it is, you just have to be on your toes :^)
