going to stay neutral as well, I agree with the previous 2 posts that you could improve on some things, but you're mostly great with everything, I see you telling people what is and isn't allowed pretty often, etc. if you were a bigger part of the community (getting on ts & forums more often) and even just being more active on the server I would definitely leave a +1

If it's not a 50 tickrate server sure, only if it is above 100+ tickrate server.

Im really not for lowering the time T's are muted by much really, if even at all. They need that time to properly gain control of the round and give clear orders before everyone starts talking and it becomes a free for all.
 
Also, typically they see your chat messages but you have to be aware that each and every round SOMEONE is unhappy and usually flipping out for the next round - being bombarded with messages about freekills and broken rules at the beginning of a round is overwhelming while trying to give orders for the day.

basically I enforce this already.. trash mics and really high annoying voices are, well, annoying so I just tell them not to use their mics and if they continue to I mute them. as with warden I just pass warden if it's an annoying mic or voice, but I would like to see it in the motd asap so I don't have kids yelling at me "its not in the motd though so you cant enforce it!", etc.

Feeling festive so I thought of a simple forum game for y'all to participate in. The title pretty much explains it all, but for those of you who have never heard the song "12 Days of Christmas" (on the first day of christmas my true love gave to me, yada yada) I suggest you do so before trying this activity:

The rules are simple. Construct your own version of this song, but built around XenoGamers as a whole and post it below. Bonus points for those of you who actually make it rhyme. It must contain the formatting of "On the first/second/etc day of ___, ___ gave to me, a ___".
 
To add some incentive, I'll be giving the one who receives the most "Creative" ratings (if you people decide to collaborate to give one person a bunch of ratings for no reason, I'll just pick the best one in my opinion) a delectable prize.
 
Anyone who does not play League of Legends, this may not apply to you, but you can choose to give the prize to someone else. The prize is an icon or ward skin of the winner's choice from the League of Legends store. You may also choose to sing your version. Record it and post it below and you will become eligible to ditch the icon/ward skin to receive a Mystery Chest instead (singing is not required to participate). We need ACTIVE staff not people like insane who want powers but rarly get on. I know theres not many good choices for it but i'd rather wait then promote people who dont deserve it.

@Chrono but back during CSS we got decent reports of what happened most of the time on csgo when its 20+ the ammount of bullshit you have to deal with to get simple answers if they even look at chat is annoying, thats why i just ct ban for a day min they can learn rules if i see em fuck up, thats why i've told others to do same fuck em they wanna ignore staff and break rules punish em we arnt baby sitters. But yea we really need more active staff *cough* CRISTO *cough* i can handle it by myself but i cant play while doing it.

This brings up a big problem I've been having lately, which is how fucking hard it is to moderate the server alone during peak hours. At least 60% of our playerbase is incredibly immature and theres 3 total members who aren't staff who are on ts ever, and if they're on usually a majority of the staff is on too. The only form of communication that comes to me is dumbasses spamming SLAY SLAY SLAY SLAY and me having no clue what actually happened, and nobody to ask, because theres 1 me and 24 11 year olds. It's pure chaos. I'm not honestly sure how to fix this, but having more staff members would certainly be one of the ways. I believe me, bonk, duke, syrjyrk, lithium, chrono, and orangejuice all put in a reasonable amount of time looking after the server, it's just not enough. We had what like, 20 moderators at least in css?
 
Also, the immature mic rule (for warden, at least) needs to come back. There is so many children lately its actually horrible
