I am taking a bit of an xG break, for now, just 2 weeks to try and get things together
Work has been stressful and making me miss most pop events and makes me offline when everyone else is online.
I am already burned out of my job and looking for a new one but I do not want to get burned out of xG as well as I do love this community and the people in it
Hopefully, when I get back I will have a new job, and I will be able and more willing to get on the servers more often

Dude, come on. Jokes are great, especially if when your joke is aimed towards someone and they take it well. For example, I could say something to mock @Kypari and we'd just laugh it off. However, you obviously knew that she wasn't going to find it funny and posts like this are just mean, really. It takes a lot of confidence for some people to show themselves online and whilst I'm not sure this is the case for @VinylScratch, straight up mean jokes should just not be said. If they are said with the intention of a light-hearted joke, but it is taken the wrong way, perhaps an apology is needed.

Despite my not playing surf, I can still vouch for his lack of maturity and responsibility when he comes on other servers. I’ve seen little to no demonstration of a wish to help out that I can take seriously, as I feel he’s often floating in the clouds, rather than taking advantage of opportunities to assist the server. Activity doesn’t translate to eligibility.

+1 Logic is a really fun and responsible guy. I really like his attitude towards both staff and players. He is someone responsible and accountable. 
Also just to throw my opinion in on this, even if he did say that, I feel that it shouldn't affect his chances of getting staff. We have all said things we regret and I can't really think of a staff member who hasn't broken at least 1 rule. In addition, I'm almost positive that it was someone like 10toothlesswonders because he has gotten others to say the n word before as well as said it himself. This doesn't mean that toothless is a terrible person, because I believe people should have the right to say what they want to say as long as they are being honest about it (of course i still enforce this rule regardless of my opinion on the subject).

To everybody that keeps telling him not to spam. Please just say it in DM’s or through discord, steam, etc. When you say something like that it clutters the activity tab even more than it has already been cluttered by the post itself.

@DepressedNeonNepp If you are going to make a staff application then what I would do is not make a Arnude kind of post talking about fortnite songs, but to instead make posts talking about what you think might make the community better, adding new maps to servers, Ban requests on rule breakers, or other things like that. ^_^
