I already addressed she got warned for using Creative in her own town, and will be removed from power if she is caught using it again to benefit herself. This conversation was only yesterday, and she didn't deny doing it, apologized and knows the consequences if caught again.

Did you know that @grap_grop was being rude and annoying in chat, is that why you omitted grape's part of the conversation and pretty much the whole context to put her in a bad light? He definitely deserves a kick and/or a mute. I wouldn't have even blamed her for a 30 minute ban to cool down if he continued after this.
 
I'm actually interested to know how much of grape's comments you knew towards Amy and still made this thread regardless, did you think we would disregard any context? We have rules about stuff like this and try to do our best to get evidence from all sides on purpose to stop groups of friends to circlejerk and target someone they don't like with false narratives. This is a gaming community, you do not need to like everyone, but acting hostile and trying to make them feel unwelcome is not acceptable.
 

 
Had to quote this recent post from you into my post, you egged her on for both of her "responses" that you guys were trying to show she was disrespectful for, did you think we can't see logs, or did you just forget your behaviour when you cherrypicked your screenshots? She also said she doesn't know in terms of spawners, and that Hina would. You belittle her in the chat, insult her and keep putting the stupid :thinking: meme and sarcastically call her the best dl in xG when she's telling you to shut up. You have got to be kidding me with this thread.

Cheesus crust, there is a reason that our 'Spray' rule is so inexplicably vague; to prevent controversial or otherwise biased bans from taking place such as this.
 
I'll re-iterate once more: if the spray is not PG13 in any shape or form, then abide by the rules and deal out the appropriate warning/kick/ban. Honestly, it doesn't matter if it's a child's cartoon depicting a sexual act, a dude banging an animal, a minor performing a sexual act in the form of a cartoon, who cares; if it's anything that should not be seen by anyone under the age of 13, then warn them to change it, kick them, ban them for a day, ban them for a week, ban them for a month, and then ban them permanently [for repeated offense].
 
Don't start dragging morals and ethics into the mix when we honestly [shouldn't or] don't give a flying f*ck what the Player's interests are [in regards to a spray]. As long as they abide by our rules on the Server then they can do whatever the hell they want. This means not enforcing or sanctioning your own beliefs and opinions on a Player, and worse, acting on it by dishing out an extended ban time.
 
You cannot, and should not, use your position of power to emphasize your stance on a certain topic of debate, however controversial it may be. This is the reason why we do not condone nor allow political debate, religious debate, or anything in between on the Servers. If someone starts talking about it, warn them not to, gag/mute them if needed, kick, ban, whatever. By no means should Staff be jumping the gun based on how "serious" the topic is and dealing an extended ban time.
 
If this really was justified as per the Higher-Ups, then I honestly do not condone this whatsoever and am worried of the direction we are currently taking towards the enforcement of rules. I won't say it's wrong as it is entirely up to their discretion, but I also do not agree with it in any shape or form.

I've played a ton of Diablo 3, and unfortunately this necromancer update was the final update that really let me down.
 

They are charging 15 dollars for one new class... their game not only has not gotten good content updates since pretty much the expansion came out (which I believe was also 30ish dollars) but every season they just add QOL updates, and nothing in the game. Not even new set pieces...
Less content with slower updates than Path of Exile, which is a free to play game on steam. Despite how big and how much resources Blizzard has at its disposal, you'd think at least they'd add something significant at the very least every 2-3 seasons.

All in all the game is disappointing when Path of Exile is best known for "The Diablo 3 that should have been"
 
I will say my favorite classes in the game have been Monk + Demon Hunter. Demon Hunters Strafe Build + Marauder / Sentry builds are by far my favorite in the game.

While the evidence gathered on our servers is not enough to warrant a permanent ban, there is a demo of you on another server which clearly shows you aiming and locking on to enemy heads through walls.
 
The demo has been reviewed by our tf2 higher ups as well as a few other staff members. That demo in conjunction with your toxic chat history and spam despite several warnings from staff has made us come to the conclusion to not unban you. But if we do have rude, bullying ratings, we should have the old ones, because they were funnier. The new ratings just look like normie emojis, I need my pixelated potleaf and runescape elf back, If I want emojis I'll go on twitter my dudes.
 
Real talk: The old, ugly ratings really added to the charm of xG, and made it feel unique. They were our special little inside jokes. I've honestly barely been rating posts since the change, there just isn't incentive and it's uninteresting.

You don't have to be a moderator first, it's just the norm because most people that get promoted from member have never been staff here before. I could go back and find all the promo demos if you want, but to list a few:
