Unfortunately I don't recall a lot of the facts from the incident, but I've felt really shitty about the situation ever since it happened.
 
What a lot of people didn't realize is there was some less than honest stuff going on in the background. There were several higher ups that "poked the fire". We really handled things in a way that were not only unfair for darkwolf, but also the community. Again, I really can't recall the specifics, but I do remember the remorse after the fact.
 
Just saying, darkwolf is actually not a bad guy at all. Yes, he did things that were absolutely not cool, but I almost can't blame him when we treated the situation like shit.
 
As some of y'all have said, he isn't even applying for membership, so why should we be concerned about what he did before.

A lot of people might not remember me and some aspects of that are probably better that way. I did enjoy my time in xG before the entire February 2014 problem happened.

If you actually cared enough about the community to want to be unbanned, you would've stayed around on the forums and gave some input. Since you made this post, I'm going to imply that you've had access to the forums for the entire length of your server bans. Coming back randomly after two years and immediately making a ban protest thread doesn't show that you've matured at all, or tried to be a part of the community, or learned from any of the mistakes you've made. -1

If this thread is about his ability as a staff member, without a doubt id keep him banned. If its based on his personality alone, i never had a problem with him until he became DL. I think the power just kinda got to his head a bit, as cliche as it sounds. I think we could give him a chance just as a player on the servers as all of his problems were staff-related issues, and i dont think anyone plans on giving him staff. If hes not unbanned then i dont blame those who make the choice, what he did was definitely overboard.

No, Absolutely no way. What you did was completely unprofessional and damaged both the servers and your relationship with xG beyond repair. Some reasons as stupid as the CL position. On a personal note when i disagreed with him he and another user by the name of Foxxeh deleted my channel out of anger and @Chrono was kind enough to give me one in his. I mean his actions include destroying the servers in the position he was given (DL), disrespect/racism, and kicked out most members of staff in the admin steam group out of said group (thankfully poncher was able to get it back).

I won't speak for Chrono on his opinion but look at all of this.
 
There was an admin discussion about his opinion on the CL position that i don't have on me because i wasn't an upper staff member at the time.
 
Also keep in mind he has yet to demonstrate any sort of attitude change, while i commend him for his attempt at trying to get unbanned, he hasn't contributed anything positive to the forums to support his arguments that he has changed.

I think he should get a week forum ban as well, if not longer, for obviously and intentionally trolling on the forums. Everything stated above just proves it there.
Agreed though he shouldn't lose his membership, but forum ban I would entirely agree on, but considering the rules broken in game, possibly a CT ban carried over to fill in for the in-game as-CT broken rules.

first of all this is why to early for you to be accepted
second out of anger you kicked us all out of the xG leadership group in which we had to make a new one
third destroying the CSS servers out of anger of demotion when the problems were on your head.
fourth the fact you immaturely acted when you didn't get CL and how you black listed mega, diabetus, eric, and so on for getting the position they deserve.
 
@Kyoko do you even have a reason why it be shortened? because if not then that is the sole reason you would +1, i'm not saying you can't but don't bull shit us with no excuse. give a valid reason why it should be shortened because from what it looks like, he did everything out of anger and i would almost say his actions were almost as bad as towlie.
 
Darkwolf remember the thread in which people said you were such a great DL? what the fuck happend? it's not our fault you went inactive and it's sure as hell not our fault for perming you.

I believe this is a matter for the CL's. They can hopefully find a good compromise with things that have happened over the last couple of weeks/months.

Having commands isn't abuse, using them maliciously is. Proof of when it occurred and I'll believe there were 8 on.
