To be brutally honest, I don't really see sufficient evidence here to remove Kendrick's membership. I see sufficient evidence of a ban, however Kendrick is already banned. While it is clear that in many of the threads Kendrick was clearly posting with the intention of trolling, many (if not all) of the supposed "shitstorms" caused by Kendrick would not have happened if you had responded to him. The phrase "don't feed the trolls" is basically rule #1 of the internet. It's clear that he is someone who feeds off of attention, and whether or not that attention is negative doesn't matter to him. If it's blatantly clear that someone is trying to provoke you, why on earth would you give them exactly what they want? Nothing productive could possibly come out of responding negatively to posts that are clearly meant to provoke and anger. I'll keep this thread open just for a little bit longer so the other CL's can get their opinions in if they wish to (@DrLee @Hidingmaster @Gawd @ThePenguin), but I'll probably end up closing it sometime soon. Unless of course you can provide evidence of similar or worse behavior coming from Kendrick with no provocation/retaliation on your end.

If this was added, the ones they would be given access to wouldn't be donator commands. It'd be member commands. Replacing certain commands out of the basic donator (along with assigning an entire source-ban group for members) would be a large amount of work. Considering Kbraszzle doesn't have the access to source-bans, it'd be either I, Nom, Bleed, or any other CL... And now that I mention it, I'm not sure if CL's have access to adding server groups. On top of all of this, I'm not sure if we'd /want/ to have a developer add the steam id of every single member accepted. Just my two cents.

We shouldn't actually, moderators and administrators should have free reign on what they put their names as and what tags they have or what title. They are just the "babysitters" of the servers if I may. On the other hand, the division leader and division manager are higher up positions which can have a bigger consequence if someone successfully impersonates them. The reason for the tag for them is regardless of who uses their names, only one account will have an official tag. As well they don't change their names often. Easy example: @kbraszzz who kept the same name for years versus @Vector who changes his name at least infinite times per days. No one will challenge Kbraszz as he doesn't use any other nickname and keeps his tags so it's harder to impersonate him. Whilst admins have more free reign to do whatever the hell they want. Sure we can implement this, but we shouldn't enforce it. xG:M/xG:A has worked for a long while.

first off, forest is a very well respected member of this community. Attaining the rank of FormerCo-Leader and he manages to help maintain the few things that really need handled well when there is nobody else around to do it.
 
Second off, if something is on the forums, it isn't a division. just because it is under the TF2 div section of the forums does not mean if I go in there and all I see is shitposting, and bm, that I wont instantly ban the fuck out of you. If it deserves some action done to it, it is going to be done, it's not "well i'm from TF2, and he came from CS:S, so whatever I do, he can't do anything about."

I reviewed some of it, they were instigated from what I saw. Age old story, Don't talk shit unless you are ready to get shit, aka, talk shit get shit. While yes, someone needs to be the better person, if you talk shit, then cry when shit is sent back your way, I couldn't give a fuck less. Like stated and (mostly) agreed upon by other higher ups in 1-on-1 cases of things, if someone is going to go at it with another, and the other is going at it back, then I vote to either: ban them both, or ban neither of them and tell them they will both be banned the next time it is seen.
 
Yes she left, we get it, I haven't seen a single thread she posted in where there hasn't been mention of her leaving previously and to "fuck off already". get over it, I left one time too, I came back about a half a year to a year later, got DL. some stay, some go, some are just lost, get over it. does her posting on a forum threaten your life? no, so why the fuck do you care that she posts on here? you don't have to read what she says, there is always the option to ignore them and be the bigger person. oh wait, I forgot, neither side here will ignore the other to be the bigger person, because both sides are childish little brats who get themselves off on trying to start shit.
 
neither person is right, you're both wrong, if hidingmaster (and higher ups) really want to ban kitty, as annoying as I find her, I find you guys just as annoying with your shit you do. and if the decision is to ban her, then I believe that you also should receive the exact same punishment, in both length and remorse, if one is allowed to be unbanned (if it is perm and we know how those are), then the other gets unbanned as well. that way none of this "just ban them both, everyone likes him and not her, so we can get him unbanned after."

Instead of proposing a rule that targets specific usage, I suggest proposing one that involves an additional general rule of spam that will apply to all Servers.
 
For example: "Do not spam in chat. Any [same] messages that are used consecutively three or more times is considered spam. Alternatively, any [same] messages that are spammed within 5(?) seconds of each use is also considered spam."
 
This is a more realistic rule that more people can agree on.

If you have any problems with staff members, always feel free to take such criticizism with myself, or the TF2 Higher ups. As a person, you'll be able to grow in the community and see how much you've changed since you've joined. Which is a pretty awesome thing, as it also comes with being part of something bigger. Today I would like to present a small thing I like to call "What-Could-Have-Been Thursday Rock edition"

Fall Out Boy.
 
Now, I know what you're thinking, "Ew, Fall Out Boy? What are you, 13?"
The truth is, these guys are probably overly misjudged. A lot of people think they sold out pop punk along with the likes of bands like blink 182. The truth is, I think these guys had a much better idea what pop punk was compared to bands like blink 182.
 
What most of their critics don't know is that all members of the band have roots in the midwest hardcore and metal scene. All four members were part of hardcore groups prior to Fall Out Boy. Pete Wentz and Joseph Trohman were part of Chicago metalcore band Arma Angelus along with Tim from Rise Against. Patrick Stump, the singer for Fall Out Boy was a drummer for the band's last few shows. Andy Hurley was in a band called Racetraitor, which was a politically charged powerviolence band. And if you know anything about powerviolence, its pretty fucking heavy compared to most other subgenres of hardcore punk. All members are friends with Every Time I Die, a pretty chaotic hardcore band, and Pete did guest vocals for one of their songs. Patrick did guest vocals for both Misery Signals, a Wisconsin metalcore band and Weekend Nachos, a Chicago-based powerviolence band. Chad Gilbert, the guitarist for New Found Glory provides harsh vocals on the song "I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy..." Some folks might not know that Mr. Gilbert is also a veteran vocalist for progressive hardcore/metalcore band Shai Hulud (which I highly recommend you guys check out).
 
Now, you might be asking, okay, what the fuck does this have to do with "What-Could-Have-Been" Thursday? I'm glad you asked! I just mentioned a song by the band,
. This is what could have been. Fall Out Boy's first album was honestly awkward as FUCK. I can't stand listening to it now, and whenever I feel like listening to it, I can't listen to the whole thing in one sitting. Anyways, "From Under The Cork Tree", their second album, awkwardly improved what the first album couldn't do. They started nailing a pop punk sound. And one that had clear distinction that they knew their shit. Unfortunately, the album also suffered from the experimentation of adding pop rock elements to their sound. Not that its a bad thing, but to me it still sounds awkward as fuck to this day, at least to me. However, whenever Fall Out Boy did their pop punk stuff on this album, goddamn did they do it right, especially with this song. This is partially what makes me sad about Fall Out Boy, we'll never see them get any deeper into making music like this. While I still love the band and what they've been doing, I still get sad and a bit salty about the fact that we'll never see them fully realize their pop punk potential. What's even more salt on the wounds is that Fall Out Boy was supposed to be a SIDE PROJECT to Arma Angelus. Man, if that ain't depressing to hear, I don't know what is. Well, at least we got them exploring their hardcore punk roots with PAX AM Days, which was released to accompany Save Rock and Roll.

I'm all for changing it!

Got some suggests to improve the new layout. Would be nice if...

The emotions (ratings) were merged with the status bar. (ie post time, post # etc). Possibly with the checkbox, name and post time on the right and emotions on the left.
 
The profile picture and/or name could have an toggle option for either steam or forum default.
The forum tags (ie. member, donator etc) were placed bellow the name.
The 'Forums' sub-menu (ie. mark read, search etc) disappeared when the client isn't hovering over it. Maybe at-least just an scroll feature.
 
The green bar was merged with the black one. Maybe with the profile pic setup like twitter but with the mailbox, flag and credits bellow the name.
 
The about us (at the bottom of the page in black) was moved to the far right. (makes more sense)
The facebook, twiter, youtube, home, contact, help, terms etc was merged with 'about us' in the black (at page bottom)
The style chooser put on the copyright bar. (remove the need for anther bar)
 
The client status was placed bellow to name. (remove the need for the top bar)
The 'XenoGamers' logo was moved to the top right corner of the screen
The ad(s) were placed on the side of the page. (allows for 2 or more and reduces scrolling)

p.s. I just used AdBlock on chrome to construct an more organized forum layout. Its as simple as right clicking on the form features you don't like and blocking them. If you think this looks good, it can be made even better with suggestions above.
