Also, re-joining xG requirements have changed, check the member requirement to see fully. New requirements for rejoining are double the vouches to rejoin the clan. CS:GO would be 7 to 14, TF2 from 10 to 20, ect... Why can't CL's promote users? @Rhododendron

+1, makes sense. It should be adjustable based on the population of the division. Though, the age restriction needs to stay the same

Well first of all, you can only use !days every three rounds, so I think its more 2-3 rounds out of 10 instead of 5, the name of the mod that you claim doesn't know the rules would help, and first reaction last reaction isn't tarping, so it can be done before 7, ur thinking of simon says

First off... for some reason my primaries don't apply my skins... which is fucking lame.
 
I got on guard so that I could do something besides freeze staring at the cells every round for trivia or my favorite... First Reaction Last reaction... before tarping is allowed.... with a so called MOD as the warden... but meh...
 
The worse thing tho... was that this same mod, along with other people would enable friendly fire literally EVERY OTHER ROUND.... with no warning... so the round would start.... they say out of cell rebel... then the next thing I know I get shot in the head with an awp by my own team...
 
so ya... after playing for about 10 rounds, 5 of which I got killed by my own team because they were already scoped in on my head while they pulled up the days menu and enabling FF.... I left... the new CS:GO is worse than it was before it died the first time... with mods that don't even know the rules and wardens that do the lamest things ever. No thank you... @Bleed @Chrono

Nobody here can help you regarding this. It is completely up to @Rhododendron to make the decision due to the nature.

There better be damn good proof if Rabid does end up getting banned. Worst thing I've seen him do is call Jubens a dirty slut on CSGO jb. This whole "WE DONT HAVE PROOF BUT WE'RE PERMING U ANYWAYS BYEEEE." has to seriously stop. I know some higher ups do have this mentality, and maybe their position should be rethought.

I just don't understand this place any more. Is this even xG.
Literally nothing in this clan is structured like a clan. There is people always stiring up new problems, talking behind others backs, making rumors, spreading just cancerous things that spew from nothing.
I woke up today to see vector message me on steam simply saying "contact me asap somethings wrong" or something along those lines.
 
Basically he told me with screenshot proof or w/e that there is still people gunning for him and myself.
I'm not going to speak on vectors behalf. Mainly cause I think he is a dumbass that does not know how to lay low or not get into trouble.
But me? me?? I just recently got out of an incident VERY VERY close to my perm ban, I thought i f*cked up for the last time and I would not be seeing xG forums or possibly team speak again, but luckily I was (using this term loosley) "humbled" enough by hiding and a few others to get one last chance. "ONE" key word.
Since then I've basically done nothing on the forums, sure i'd make a few remarks towards matsi now and than, but out of good fun and he knows that as well, he's also an adult who knows how to handle things like an adult. Maybe others should learn too.
Anyways before i stray to far off topic.

Why am i being told that my name is being brought up in admin discussions behind my back, why are these things being brought up about me, I've honestly just been playing csgo 10mans, and sometimes jailbreak, and just hanging out on team speak.
IF you guys want to say something to me if any one wants to say something to me or discuss a problem with me don't let a non member / member "vector" whatever the hell you are. Be the one to tell me first.
@Hidingmaster @Dethman @any one else that may have a problem with how i've been playing csgo on xG servers and doing nothing since I got my last chance..............

To be honest, I think we should just do a hard reset on ranks and go back to how it was before the Community Leader rank was introduced. If I could choose anyone to take up the post, it would either be Chrono, Forest or Aegean. Unfortunately that probably won't happen as Chrono has been too inactive recently, Forest probably wouldn't accept the offer (polite canadian bastard), and Aegean isn't even in the clan and I doubt whether or not Silence would even let him anywhere near the position. Personally, I would say just stick to the old system and have one Co-Leader. Having multiple Co-Leaders (especially if you're going to prop them up as "representatives" from a specific division) will only serve to divide the clan even further across divisional lines. Whoever takes up the position has to abandon their former division (if we're going with the original level of powers that the Co-Leader had, this person still would have powers) and realize that they're serving a broader purpose. If you want someone with a high level of forum and server powers but also serves the interests of a specific division, you've essentially just described the rank of Division Leader. If the clan decides to have what essentially boils down to a Division Leader with slightly more powers and several added responsibilities, then so be it. Keep in mind that doing so will cause rifts in the future as divisions change in size.
 
At the bare minimum, the change eliminating the leader rank should be reverted. Since that change was made there have been serious issues with chain of command and has resulted in a fair amount of confusion on the responsibilities of the Community Leader.

Anyways, some of you are intelligent enough to know you were being somewhat rude in the thread and it'd be preferable if we could just leave it there.

There's a such thing as a permanent silence; which removes the need for a server ban, by preventing the client from using server chat or microphones.
 
I couldn't help but notice you guys talking like banning was the only option. But maybe some people are still living in the year 2000. :)

Maturity is not directly linked to age, but it is a fair indicator for most things. A majority of younger people are immature, and I don't see how that can be argued against. There may be exceptions for someone being very immature and being older than 17, and there are probably many under 16 and are mature for their age. But since we as a clan are setting a standard age limit for submissions, it'll be argued for and against no matter what age we put - whether that is 16, 14, 12, or 18. Staff should stay at 16, member I don't know.
