Ratings are judgy and bad in general we should only have one rating, a gold star that says nice post.
 
But if we do have rude, bullying ratings, we should have the old ones, because they were funnier. The new ratings just look like normie emojis, I need my pixelated potleaf and runescape elf back, If I want emojis I'll go on twitter my dudes.
 
Real talk: The old, ugly ratings really added to the charm of xG, and made it feel unique. They were our special little inside jokes. I've honestly barely been rating posts since the change, there just isn't incentive and it's uninteresting.

I took a look at a few plugins that could have the potential to be used as donator commands (i have no idea if they would work and we would of course have to do some testing first)

Now I don't intend to speak for anyone, but I would like to try and clarify something as I understand it. I do not believe the majority of people here claiming donakonda is immature are using that word in the more common sense of him being childish or rude. Instead, I think people are trying to say he is more lacking in other regards that you would see from someone of a "mature" descript. Things such as lacking patience in some situations and not always understand underlying intent in some peoples words/actions (as well as other examples pointed out in both this and his previous app) In general, I feel people are more concerned with him being able to handle the cababilites of mod then they are of him behaving poorly (I could be incorrect, this is just how im taking previous peoples statements. If im wrong and anyone meant this differently, do correct me). I hope this clarifies these statements for those who asked.

So there's still this issue with donakonda getting mod. People say his immature by what? Asking so many questions? This kid has dedication and one of the nicest people in Xg. Some people find his interaction and asking question to be annoying because that usual, but is that really immature? Does he go off being a butt and being rude to people?
3 months guy... of denying him. He's gotta have some kind of experience and know the backbones of servers.
So here is my suggestion.
 
Give him probational mod.
 
He messes up, then he messes up.
He does fine then he does fine.
Give this kid a chance at least people.

You're probably wondering why I've gathered you all here.... Or not.... Either way you can't leave now.
The purpose of this thread is simple, I've learned how to use Hammer to make Deathrun maps now I want to abuse that power for world dominance take advantage of it and make some neato maps for xG.
 
Here's a preview of a beta map I've got so far
 
The map is split between 3 sections. A Steamy pipe area, an underground sewer area, and an undecided area that will either be a boiler room or an assembly line, I dunno yet. This is just a beta, plus I want the rest to be a bit of a secret.
 
After I finish this barely adequate map, I wanted to have xG collab on a map. This way we'll have a completely original map for xG that no other server would have, made by the community.
 
Basically, we'll just need to come up with a theme, trap ideas, and minigame choices. If anyone wants to help on mapping, just lemme know. I will be taking care of the majority, if not all the work. But since I have a bit of a strange schedule at work, it could take a while for me to get it done.
