Random crits being disabled benefits the people who are there to DM with others, as it removes the idea of luck in a mostly skill-based shooter. To be completely honest I don't mind if we remove all luck based poop, as a DM player I find it annoying that someone hits one shot at ten hp and I lose the fight.
Removing random crits doesn't come close to harming traders, as they probably won't really be doing anything other than sitting in spawn or running around the map exploring.
Please. tell me who is being harmed by the removal of random crits other than the people who rely heavily on them. @Shadower is the prime example of one of these players. Saying "just don't get hit LMAO" isn't even an argument. The reasoning was given by Ian, so I don't think I need to reiterate.

That's contrary to the point, being which the level of complaint isn't a perfect reflection of the backing to it when measured by volume. When you have a room of ten people and one is shouting over the rest, it's not exactly a perfect solution to due what the one wants just to shut them up. 

Personally being the keyword. Not everyone's definition of fun is the same and some people will be frustrated to tears by things others have no concern over. Melee, regardless of how certain situations can sneak up on you, is something that has a very obvious disadvantage in a game that has any form of ranged answer to it. One of the arguing points made to keep random crits on melee weapons was that melee would effectively become useless without them, which they become even less noteworthy when you take into account that it's not something that happens on a large percentage of melee swings in the first place. Randoms crits are something that due to being in the game for so long people have become accustomed to, and though cries against it happen people are always going to be louder about what they have disdain for then that which they like. 
Re-enabling all random crits then.

As a lot of you know, it was my 22nd birthday today. It feels kind of douchey to write a note in the General section of the forums, but I really need to say this, and I have no idea where else to leave a message like this.
I cannot begin to express how thankful I am about joining this clan. When I first joined Nintendo Sixty-Fortress 5 years ago, I could have never guessed the amount of genuine, authentic friendships I would develop within this time. I apologize if this whole post sounds a bit weird, but I just want to thank everyone for making xG what it is for all of these years. Here's to many more!

I don't know where to start with this apology. It'll probably be all over the place because I'm not so good with conveying my emotions/thoughts. 
I guess I'll start with saying I'm sorry for what Lemonvolt said in the thread. He didn't mean to group everyone (who isn't in my friend group) in this ''furry'' group. He did the worst thing possible (which is something everyone agreed with) especially since there was tension before that. He did it out of frustration and I can understand but I still didn't think it was okay for him to do that.
I'm sorry to @Caribou to being a hypocrite towards him (and anyone else that found me to be a hypocrite). I reflected on what I had said and what I've done and I thought it was pretty retarded of me to say that people were picking on me for my past when I was doing the very same thing.
I'm sorry to @Kypari (and anyone that can apply themselves to this or however you want to phrase it) for arguing with you in the past (and if I've argued with you recently which I dont think I've done, correct me if I'm wrong).
I'm sorry to @bagggel and anyone else I've been passive aggressive towards. I should've thought before I sent that message. I should've went to a higher up instead of trying to stir up drama and I fully admit that I was completely in the wrong there.

I don't think it's a matter of argument, tuna has a tendency to heavily push regulations on other staff members and even calls them out on it (nobody else does it out of being instantly shut down by the "staff has final say" rule) when they fail to do so and to be told that you're wrong (especially by someone without power) it makes them feel attacked/offended. Imo he's pretty fit for the position and stays in check with rules even if he can be over the top at times.

Gonna keep this short and sweet and I don't care what happens to me.
This is actually starting to bother me. Right now xG is split into two groups, the Furry friends, then the Tuna group.
The furry group despises the entirety of the Tuna group because of one person, who imo never did anything to deserve it. They're taking it to the extreme and banishing friends to the shadow realm because they have friends in that group. Then what friends they have left after that try to convince them that Tuna's group is the devils house and never talk to anyone there.
Then the Tuna group, obviously is poop on the most, it isn't perfect, (I do think that some things could have been handled a little better, but they did what they needed to get the message across) but I think they're much better than the other.
It's just fudgeing nonsense and shouldn't be a thing. As a part of the tuna group, the furry group can chill tfo.

Unfortunately, we are here to say goodbye to one of our own, TrollFace aka Asa. Trollface was one of the original members of the community and one of the first higher ups alongside Silence. We found out of his death a few days ago from his girlfriend, and we'd like to formally give our condolences on the forums. XenoGamers would not be where it is today, if it wasn't for him. 
I wish his family and loved ones all the best, and remember to always show your appreciation to your friends and family cuz you never know when they might be gone.

I am obviously the best candidate on xG to be in a position of power. I have shown in multiple cases in the past how responsible I am with power. I'm the most respectful person on xG and I always follow the rules because I'm a good girl.
In my new position as administrator I will be sure to punish anybody who decides to say any harmful words to any minority and give them a good moral scolding. I will threaten to mute anybody at the slightest sound of a musical tone in their voice. I will EVISCERATE anybody who even thinks of saying anything in a silly or immature voice, AND I WILL BAN ANYBODY WHO EVEN DARES TO QUESTION MY REASONS FOR PUNISHING THEM, FOR THEY ARE DIVINE. (take it to the forums, nerd xddd)
Now you may ask, "Jackie, why are you applying for Administrator and skipping moderator?" Good question, it's because MY IQ IS OVER 150 WHICH MEANS I AM A CERTIFIED GENIUS AND AM AUTOMATICALLY BETTER THAN ALL OF YOU. 
Now you may also ask "Well Jackie, why would you want to apply for staff if you hate the staff?" Another good question, obviously the answer is that I have learned from my evil and petty ways and have taken by example by the new staff members in the TF2 Division. I have embraced the way of xG, and I wish to feel the same rush of adrenaline staff get in their peepees when they enforce rules biasedly and regardless of context. It is the ultimate pleasure.
For my hours, I will only come on for 5 minutes everyday just so I can hold my position as a washed up staff member and leave immediately when another staff member comes to take my place.
I am the ideal xG staff member. You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

Perhaps I should provide some insight as to what is going on. I'm temporarily leaving xG to better my mental health. I've mentally become a very toxic person, as well as self depreciative (or something I don't like) and I need to find a way to better myself. My thought process is if I leave xG, it will act as sort of a catalyst to start to better myself as a person. I've talked with other people and have given my great ideas. But yes I do wish to step down from member @Aegean.

As you can tell I love charcoal drawing, its been one of my passions ever since I was a small kid, (I still am a small kid but that's besides the point) I thought that this kind of drawing was mesmerizing, and I want to improve. I have snooped around and saw many great artist on the website so I thought I could get some good Feedback. Here are my two favorite pieces I have made. If there are any ways I can improve them please do share! I will take any criticism into consideration. Along with that thank you to everyone who has some feedback that I can apply for the future! Thank you!

If you're like me and use reactions a lot, you have probably noticed how annoying it is. First of all, choosing a reaction feels like a crappy coolmathgames maze where you have to move your mouse carefully without touching the edge, because if you mouse goes slightly off the thin reactions bar, you're screwed and have to do it all again. The second problem is when I click somebody's profile to react to their status, the bar/tab goes off the screen, which means I have to 'CTRL -' and then it also makes the maze even harder as not only is the reactions tab thinner compared to your mouse, but also smaller, and no that doesn't make choosing a reaction at the end any easier because of the "short" distance. It would be better if the reactions bar was click-based rather than hover based (click to open the bar, then click on the reaction you wish to use), and also if the current 32 reactions were in a 4x8 bar instead of the current 1x32. MAKE xG GREAT AGAIN! 

I don't even know where to start. So recently I've been seeing staff members enforce a rule that was removed ages ago (the ''no immature voice'' rule) and every time I've had to clarify that its no longer a rule (specifically on surf and a few others) I get told to either: (A) Make a thread on it or (B) Don't argue with staff (which is getting super aggravating). Then I get told that this is ''still a rule'' and that it just means ''don't be a moron on mic'' which is EXTREMELY VAGUE and doesn't help AT ALL with that argument. They also just point me to the ''No voice changers or tts programs'' rule but that makes no sense. Then there's also hypocrisy going on with staff where they'd punish you for being [saying something] ''disrespectful'' but then do it themselves. There are also a LOT of problems with the rules and the way staff portray and enforce the rules because theres a lot of ''up in the air rules'' and the rules themselves need to be fixed across ALL of the servers since its so unorganized and sometimes vague.
P.S. Please make sure your staff actually read the rules before they try enforcing anything because from what i've seen the older staff just snowball a non-existing rule(s) into the new staff and it just gets out of control 
P.S.S. Can you PLEASE fix the ''Dont argue with staff'' rule because staff are using it to shut out people when they're in the wrong and they just make up excuses every single time they're called out for something wrong that they did because apparently criticism is now arguing with someone. ?
