So I've been playing the servers a lot more recently and have found a good way to space out my time. I miss being a staff member quite a lot and sometimes when I'm on a server and someone is rule breaking I feel like a retired detective wanting to get back onto to force. I'm responsible, a good role-model and the cooler twin out of me and @Kypari ?
See, I would apply straight for Admin (having been one previously); I know all of the system rules and know the admin handbook like the back of my hand and feel as though I could be trusted enough to be one again. However, I have decided to apply for Moderator as I want to prove to everyone that as a result of being a young carer for my girlfriend (who suffers with myalgic encephalomyelitis) I've matured a lot since I was last here and that I'm very much capable of these kind of responsibilities. I'm loving being involved in the community again and I would love it even more to rejoin the staff team.
I thought I'd see what everyone thinks about me being staff again.

We are hoping to look into disabling a bunch of the powers. I was hoping to go back to the old version until it was fixed but @mrnutty12 said that he wanted to keep it on and fix it.

Let's stop derailing the thread please, it's a staff app. If you have any complaints or concerns to do with the number of discord moderators please take it somewhere else.
 

Is your complaint here that you have no real complaint?

vouches do matter, if someone sucks the higher ups dicks but then posts a staff application where everyone -1 because the person is a literal piece of shit when the higher up isn't there, it will come out.
 
Also we don't do nothing, we remove things that are against rules or ToS for disc, as well as hand out mutes and gags to people spamming and trolling. and the occasional ban, it just depends who gets to it first, dm and dl also have similar powers on disc to do that sooo

In all seriousness, vouches do matter, however only to a certain degree. Community vouches wouldn't be a thing unless the higher-ups didn't take the member's concerns into consideration.

You're missing the point that all the maps you mentioned have an actual design and aesthetic to them. They are unique from any other map in design from their appearance to their layout. 
This map here is made effectively from the same single stock tf2 asset over and over and has the visual creativeness of droping a bunch of legos on the floor. There's nothing that makes this map actually distinguishable.

We've removed several minecraft maps before and kept the two we have because they are generally considered better than most and that most are very mediocre and similar. There really is no harm in adding this one to see though and i'd consider +1ing it based on the quality of the map itself as opposed to it being "another minecraft map".
The second map is literally just a bunch of crates. That is probably the most bland uninspired thing I've ever seen suggested for the server.
