I think that xG's TF2 servers would be a little more fun if people were allowed to bring Virtual Audio Cable and Foobar to the server and mic spam whatever music they have saved. I got the idea from Neonheights. But I feel like if we handle this the right way, it can be a lot less obnoxious here than it is over there. What do you all think about it? Should we go for it? And if not, how come?

After a back and forth discussion lasting several weeks between myself and @Tekk, as well as other higherups, we've come to the conclusions necessary to make several decisions, as listed below:
Firstly, there is now a TF2 server pop role on discord thanks to @virr (and a few weeks of pestering),  so feel free to use that at your leisure rather than waiting for pop events! 
Second, in order to refine the previously random and loose schedule to Pop Events, we've also decided the following:
Population Events will take place every Monday. Population Events will now offer more meaningful rewards once per month as part of a rare and randomly decided giveaway, such as a modified donor rank, custom title vouchers, and a title exclusive to the rare giveaways mentioned.  Lastly, there will soon be updates to the structure of the TF2 servers in order to strengthen their population, as well as increase the enjoyment for those who play on our servers. 
Tekage or myself will be willing to answer any questions or comments, etc. below.

I was a member before, but I left because TF2 division staff were a lot more corrupt back then. But now that the staff team is becoming smaller and the server overall less toxic, I reclaim xG servers as the ideal place to hang out. And I hope that eventually I'll be allowed into the TF2 staff team to help manage the server with the excess of spare time I have.

Towny/Factions/Vanilla all get really bland really fast. You guys apparently never realize how quickly the population spikes then drops because you've done the exact same thing multiple times already. Way too much wait, not a lot to back it up once the server is out. You guys will 100% see a huge drop in players soon because reaching endgame in these modes is so easy it's insane. Start the server with one big mod, then slowly cycle through to fresh mods once people have run out of things to do other than sit and afk farm.

Ding at first was toxic and didn't really follow certain rules at the time but was generally active on pokemon but his general behavior prevented him from getting member couple of months ago but now I can say for sure that he's matured greatly and is one people who quickly picked up on his attitude actually learned from his mistakes and improved on them.

+1 sparked another one of my hour+ long tangents on poketrade talking about the community, blah blah, but importantly exhibits a positive interest in participating in the community, as well as good behavior to back this up, which is all i can ask for, and exactly what i hope to see in a member.

I spend a lot of time on the server, and I really enjoy it. I've made a lot of friends here on the Pokemon Server.

Seeing that our Minecraft Division is making a return I would be more than happy to offer my time and make sure the server starts out strong. I don't have any experience running a Minecraft server so that is why I am applying for Moderator. I believe in my capabilities to be active on the servers (especially with the recent rise in popularity of the game). I only hope for the best and want to put my best foot forward.
