Ok, so last night, I spent 8 hours going through the scout files and revoiced most of the voice lines, some I couldn't find. But you need to see for yourself how great this mod is.
Some of the files I couldn't find. But I might update it in the future, and see if I can find the other files, this will make your TF2 experience 20x better!

I'm not sure honestly. On the one hand I believe you can do a good job as staff member, on the other hand you have a really disappointing history of abuse.
I'd +1 for probationary mod, but nothing higher right now. I think @Blizzard and @Egossi have mentioned some really good points. I also didnt like the way you yelled at me after you were demoted (n), but lets just forget that.

what? how does that make you feel like he hasnt improved? he is literally just defending his friend who is being publicly attacked by a guy that admitted that he is obsessed with tuna. you don't seem to realize what he's talking about. skeletal's edit was a pathetic attempt to get a reaction out of tuna and I'm happy tuna was mature enough to just ignore it and live his own life.

Long story short I'm bored of tf2 and I wanna make this formal instead of seeing in the next promo demo. I'm stepping down. thank you all for the good times and the bad times. ps: Tuna was the worse decision for admin in my opinion and him getting admin was the icing on the cake of me leaving. Have fun with the toxic king.

Tattos showed us his dedication and patience for this Community. he wasn't acepted in his last application but he didn't give up and he Continued to stay here, For example : Playing in our Tf2 server , Playing in minecraft and why not Commenting and appliying for member once again , The most important thing is ....... He Recognized his mistakes . He deserve a second chance and nobody is free to make mistakes. Personally , I think he learned his lesson and he changed to good. Soooooo....

We used to have spawn protection on surf, but I disabled it. Other servers still have it fyi.
Spawnkilling by itself is illegal and you'll be punished by a staff member for it. Not only would spawnprotection interfere with the CPTele plugin, but there are also maps that are only (and only) combat-surf where you just fight each other. In that case Spawnprotection would give you an unfair advantage. I don't remember any map names but @Vacindak probably knows what I'm talking about.

The first time he came here he used to say the N word but fortunately he changed a lot and he Promised me to don't say it again. talking more about WINSLOW.
He is the kind of person who wants to make the people laugh and get fun .However, Sometimes He has his imature times but is ok because he is 13 years old PLOP i can understand it .apart from that, In that short Period of Time he Showed us his memes abilities his Crazy ideas like "I wanna make a ham hambuger for dinner" also his funny charisma makes the people in surf enjoy his presence.
Believe it or not , I think he is going to be a good addition ;)
