Just gonna make a poll to see if anyone is still interested in the Highlander event that was supposed to happen a long time ago.
Shit happened people got banned, people left, so here I am.
If you don't know what Highlander is, it's a 9v9 competitive TF2 format where each team will have one of each class. Most game modes associated with hl would be payload and KOTH.
If this poll passes with at least 65% of the people interested, I'll go ahead and try to jump start this thing again. The poll will last for five days, do not sign up for the event on this thread, if the poll passes I will make another application thread for you guys.

Ok, so last night, I spent 8 hours going through the scout files and revoiced most of the voice lines, some I couldn't find. But you need to see for yourself how great this mod is.

So basically it starts out with him adding me randomly so I do a background check and wuh oh, who woulda guessed that this account was fake

So anyway afterwards I decide to fuck with him and it goes out like this

So basically for the most part I just try to play dumb and see how far he will take it but I eventually get bored so I decide to fuck with him and use the same tactics that another scammer had tried to use on me and what he would probably tried on me to see his reaction. It was pretty fun for the most part but got repetitive as he would just do the exact same thing back and eventually when he blocked me.

I hop online to play some TF2 and I see that I have gotten a friend request from a random stranger asking to give me 500$.
Oh man, I cannot believe I am so special! My birthday is supposed to be 11 days from now and I am already getting presents!

I thought to myself, "If I have to work for this present, I think I should get more out of it. It is rude that she expects me to put more effort

I made a counter offer for 1 million coins out of the
2 million she started with. I am doing half the work after all. That offer was denied.
She seemed to be fixated on 500$ of gamble shekels.
I decided to lower my previous offer from 1 million coins to
999,000 coins. But I shot back up immediately, I won't allow this hussy to rob me blind! 999,900! FINAL OFFER! DEAL OR NO DEAL!
She seemed hesitant, but I decided I to be assertive and accept the amount I offered irregardless.
She sent me a link to get said coins, but she told me to Loggined into the website?
Now I am not the most "original gangster" sort of fellow, I assumed that was slang for 999,900 gamble shekels.
I clicked on the link. But the SHITPOSTING GODS saved my Steam account, for this conniving schemer was in fact, a SCAMMER!

On a more serious note, I'd like to start by saying the way you mentioned vargas came off as like an unnecessary jab and almost like pent up angst (of course im tired and light headed atm, so I could just be stupid).
It also is a bit of a shame your activity died a bit after your demotion. You seem to be getting into things a bit more recently and im hoping to see you take your dominance again.
Now off with the negative and on to the positive. I don't want to be repetitive of what everyone else has said, but simply put you deserve the position. You are plenty competent, know what you are doing, and frankly are overdue to get the spot back.

I am unfortunately unable to share a link to the applet already made due to IFTTT changing their policy, so I will just show you the steps on creating the applet.
 
First go to the AppStore or GooglePlay store and search for IFTTT.
 
Next, open it and create an account if prompted and allow notifications.
 
Go to My Applets and click the plus button to start creating.

You can customize what the notification says, I didn't change new thread to new activity at the time I took the picture of the notifications so you can change it to whatever you want, as long as the Ingredients are properly in tact.
