I'm going out to say this now: You constantly playing the victim card won't get you anywhere. The point of the member application is for you to be apart of the community, not sit in the corner and whine and rebuttal against everybody that says something. Take people's words into account and try to change yourself instead of playing the victim. The thread isn't meant to bully you are hurt you. It is meant to help you and how you can be better. So maybe you should stop replying to everybody that -1's you and call them out for something they did.

Its been a while since I've made my last member application and I thought I wasn't going to make another one but I changed my mind.               I have been playing on this server for a very long time, About 3 years and I felt like I might as well give back to the community a bit because of how much fun and time killing distractions this community has given me.
I was holding off on making this because stuff on the server made me think I wasn't welcome here and wasn't welcome by most.                         I can officially say now I think I'm ready to be a good member and player on the servers.
My end goal of the server and this profile is to make as much of an impact as possible for the better of the server. I understand I mess up sometimes and need to be punished, I understand I can get I can be disrespectful at times but the only reason I do this is that I think some things are unfair towards players experience and can drive away some players. I want to improve as an individual and try to get to know other members better. Thats why I want to be a member on Xeno Gamers.

This is a good idea when you look at it first but is not a good idea when you think about who is going to stop spawn-killers and spawn-campers.
I wish there was a system implemented on surf like the spawn protection on other XG servers because a lot of the time the "trust method" of allowing players to be trusted not to kill someone in their spawn does not work most of the time and when it does work, Its because they weren't going to anyways.
(thats just me though)

Lol just woke up. I'm trying to say that when I go offline that people make my reputation worse by talking about me in negative connotations such as "annoying and manipulative". I'm also trying to say no shit that my inactivity goes down when I'm inactive XD.

I don't really know you too well, but you said I was chill xoxo I'm gonna leave my thoughts on this:
Clearly, there have been various instances where some kind of conflict has occured between you and a staff member, regardless of who is at fault. If you have any complaints about a staff member, please bring it up to a higher up because what we want most is for the community to feel welcome and at home when they play on our servers. If a staff member feels as though you are at fault, they should record a demo/retrieve evidence to back up what they're saying.
I cannot express how you need to bring problems up to a higher up enough. If you feel as though staff are becoming negatively biased toward you or you feel as though they are in the wrong, record a demo.

When a staff member fucks up they fucked up. For them to try and make excuses for why they did it is even worse. Once Vinyl said they fucked up and admitted to it I left it alone and they left it alone. You're kind of late to it. ;/
Also in your words, you said "The thread isn't meant to bully you are hurt you. It is meant to help you and how you can be better.". So tell me how saying "leave?" is acceptable especially from a staff member. 
I'm going to reply to certain things because I want to clear up confusion or talk about why this happened. I can't act better if I don't know why they think something was an issue.

My instances of argueing with staff are be cause you act irresponsible with how you inforce that rule shutting down people who you think “cause issues” (which is incredibly vague reasoning) and then when someone tries to explain that they didn’t do anything you punish them. That’s why I’m makin a thread on it in about 2 weeks.
I said in another reply the only drama I start is because you guys don’t know how to use your responsibility given to you and abuse it. You do this by shutting people down with no arguing rules and speak over players for no staff related business then yell at them for “talking over you” if me being on the server is 7 then when I leave is 2 is probably because you y’all about me and call me “annoying and manipulative towards staff and players”. You don’t really have place to talk there.

Was my birthday yesterday so it was my first time going clubbing, took a picture just before I left ?

Well, you have proved my point in the entire message. In the regards, you act like a hypocrite and complain about XGs dwindling numbers for the fault of your own. I also think you can't complain about me starting drama when you and other staff members like I said before tell me to leave, This is fucking ridiculous and this is one of the reasons I felt unwelcome in the community.

actually, I go on unpopulated servers with people such as but not limited to YeEternalTuna, FrostyBoigrimm, Wingman, Snowy, Avocado, AdrianSheep, Dummy, ETC. I do this because of the reasons posted on this page. If you read through you would know why I leave surf when certain people join. I have never said, "Lets go there so we can do ____.".
