You had some problems with some folks, and you weren't exactly perfect, but nobody is. What matters is how hard you try to improve, and if what you said is true, then I'd say you tried pretty damn hard. If you still feel unwanted by the community, even after all that, then maybe it's for the best that you find a new community. I'm not trying to say that everyone hated you or anything like that. It's just that you obviously have had problems with folks in the community, and haven't really enjoyed your time here. I wish you the best of luck finding a new community, hopefully you can find somewhere to start fresh.

I mean, I wouldn't say you are the last one. I do exist and I wouldn't identify as a furry but, I wouldn't be surprised if the xG tf2 effect kicks in after a couple of years in the community. This applies to you and me @Tekage.

6/14 of the staff members are furries. While that's 6 too many, I think recent events are showing that you just have to suck some higherup dick to get staff instead of having to get a fursuit as well

Lately, there has is plenty of staff who aren't furries. For the unlockable weapons part, some people enjoy to not use stock. For an example, I know many people who prefer direct hit over stock. I've seen a lot of players who use flare gun instead of the shotgun. There are many more examples, I am just saying what I think. However, I do agree that most of the time stock is the best thing to use, gunboats are good though for soldier, just saying.

For a while we've been playing skribbl.io, a game where people draw and others guess what they're drawing. It's a very fun game, I think we need to turn it into a division.
Can we get a role on discord for the skribblers?

Well, for one I am glad to see that you are back pal. That's always good. Sorry to hear that you have been dealing with stress lately and I am glad to hear that it's gone. Tekage summed up everything I was going to say. Just make sure to do your best to be polite on the forums and in game. Overall I am just glad to have you back. So uh, hi.
I'm applying again because I've come to realize that the workload that the courses have "guaranteed" aren't really living up to the expectations so far. I just finished one of my two sports as well so I have much more free time than I did previously.
I have the same motivations I had before when wanting to become staff. If you want a little bit more detail I'll link my first staff application and you can go read that but I'm not gonna get into it. The overarching theme with my motivations are that I want to help the community grow and improve as a whole.

As long as there aren't little dweebs who bleed out into the other channels (ex: #general), then I'm totally fine with removing or archiving #shitposting. I'd like for shitposting to be initially archived, just long enough to see whether or not it causes any repercussions. If all goes well when we archive the channel, it would be nice to finally rid the server of NSFW channels.
I totally agree that the violation of TOS in NSFW channels is an incredibly big problem, I guess we kinda asked for it when we added those channels tbh.

Read my previous post, I was hoping we could have @virr or @Aegean could archive the chat for a while (1-2 weeks seems sufficient to me) to see if removing really is the best thing to do here.

I admire your determination to be here. A fresh start is always nice, but here's a few helpful tips, just so old mistakes aren't repeated:
1) Don't Spam Forum Posts
This was instantly a red flag to us all and became very irritating very quickly. Think about what you post before you post it, think:
- Is it necessary?
- Is it a post that people would enjoy or could discuss about?
- Am I better off just making a discord post about this?
Always think about those three questions before posting a thread. Which leads onto my next suggestion...
2) Think Before You Say Something
Sometimes, what people say can really cause a negative impact. If someone says something negative towards you, contact a higherup and tell them that you don't like what they're doing. THEY WILL ACT ON IT.
If someone is being rude, it's always a better option to alert a higher member of staff.
If you insist on saying something, make sure you think about whether it will further cause a negative reaction or not. The main thing trolls want from you is a reaction. Always remember that.
3) Doing Controversial Actions
Doing controversial actions may lead to huge backlash. One of which is when you left with a storm to become admin on a different server, then come back a week later and expect us all to open with welcome arms. Stuff like this is what will give you a bad name in the community and sometimes they can be extremely difficult to escape. But lest we forget that there have been people who have made it very far here despite being previously permenantly banned.

Welcome back, nice to see a fresh start, helpful advice is to think before you act because actions can result in serious backlash.

Unfortunately you must have a minimum of 12 hours on our servers before you apply! Your application will be extended for a few day to help you get hours if you can! Logitech's G502 mouse is probably your best bet. If it's too pricey, the 403(?) might be better. It mostly depends on your price range. I always have preferred mice capable of rediculously high dpi, but overall I don't think that matters much. You should definitely get a Logitech mouse though. The software is easy to use and allows for a lot of customization.

+1 to everyone saying g502, i bought mine 2-3 years ago and it's still the best mouse i've ever used. might be a little above what you're looking for but it will last for a super long time

I use the logitech g502 proteus spectrum or whatever, its ridiculously customizable and very comfortable in your hand.  Highly recommend, I think I got mine for like $60 so price is not too bad either.

Don't stress, stressing is stressful and you can't have fun if you're stressed. Find something to help relieve stress like naps or snacks. Hang out with friendos, or chill with family. Go for a walk in a park, or watch fishies swim. Do fun stuff.

Let me start off by saying that I am by no means trying to start drama or attack anyone by making this. I am simply making this to discuss something that has been bugging me for a while now. Buckle up boys, this is gonna be a long one.
Now, with that out of the way, I'll get on with what I was going to say. In recent weeks on both the servers and forums, I've seen people making some hasty decisions in the moment out of pure anger, sorrow, or loneliness that they later on regret, and it lands them in hot water. And I'm not innocent of this. In the past, I've said and done terrible things to people I care about because I am driven in the moment by blind rage. It's how I nearly lost my friend Skelly, how I got demoted to Moderator, and how I almost got completely demoted down to Non-Member altogether. I admit that perhaps one of my greatest flaws is that I sometimes let my emotions cloud my judgement, and only realize the fault of my actions when the damage is already done. Not a day goes by when I wish I didn't take my anger out on Skelly. Not only can I never be trusted the same way again by the other staff and higherups, but I also nearly destroyed my friendship with a guy who didn't deserve what I said to him.
But could've would've should've, the past is the past and nothing can change that. All you can do now is try to improve, so that your future may be brighter. When I first got demoted, I was once again almost driven by emotion, this time sorrow, to leave xG and never come back. But I slept on it, and gave myself some time to clear my mind before making a decision. I didn't end up leaving (obviously, or I wouldn't be here writing this), instead, I did my best to make things right, both with the higher ups and my friends. Now look where I am! I'm right back where I was, and I've learned lots of great things to help me improve.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I understand that in the moment, it's easy to let your emotions control you. Something might make you angry and you might take it out on others in xG. You might feel depressed or lonely, and feel like no one here on xG cares for you, so you leave. But believe me when I say you don't want to do that. Clear your mind, go for a walk, take a nap, get some food, listen to music, or do whatever you must to soothe yourself. It's easy to let your emotions get ahold of you, but it's difficult to come back to xG and get membership after you stomp out in blind rage. In my opinion, xG is one of the friendliest communities I've ever been a part of, and I've made so many good friends and had so much fun. Don't let your emotions ruin what you have here. If you feel lonely, I promise there is someone, somewhere on our servers that cares about you and will miss you if you go. Heck, I miss everyone who goes, even if I didn't particularly know/like them. I like to believe we have something here for everyone, and it sucks when someone leaves because they feel left out or unappreciated. 
Hehe, look at me, trying to sound all deep and smart and stuff. But I mean it, don't let your emotions control what you do. Every mistake can be fixed, every bond can be mended, and every wrong can be set right. Don't let one tiny setback drive you to destroy everything you have here on xG, or in your life, for that matter. Because no matter what you believe, we care about you, and will miss you if you go. If no one else will, then I will. That's a promise.?

Sadly I don't think you've shown much maturity with the whole leaving xG because you felt unwanted thing. the forum spam and tendency to attract toxicity doesn't help much either.
