Do you have like 2MB storage or something lol. I have a terrible ass laptop and I can run CS:GO on all lowest settings at 40fps average. You can get up to 60 with custom configs done right. It can barely even boot up photoshop, every time I do its on the verge of getting a blue screen, you don't know how bad a laptop really can be, and I have almost no storage space.
