i got through 5 pages and i was literally getting aids from reading everyones posts, this is all about the fact that chrono was gagged for including nigger into his way of telling darkwolf to stop camping. darkwolf then gagged him and shouldve at least told him why he gagged chrono, its common courtesy regardless of who they are and it covers your ass in case shit like this happens. darkwolf also said that he was demoing it in a threatening manner, which isnt right for a DM to be doing, thats ruling through fear which will fuck you over with other members and players down the road. the biggest issue for me though isnt the admin abuse thats happened, its this entire circlejerk between the retards and the dumbasses (not saying one group is one particular insult, both groups are retarded and have the downs of a thousand suns) in which they both give positive ratings to their buddies and negative ratings to the opposition, all it does is further the schism in the clan and alienates the two groups from working together to bettering the server rather than wasting my time with this utter bullshit. as for punishment, chrono you can no longer say nigger EVER, unless its used in an intellectual context on the forums, u cant say it ingame, teamspeak is meh for me, i personally dont give a shit about vocabulary restrictions for teamspeak. you say nigger way too much for it to be acceptable to me, so thats why im not letting u say it, if u do ill kick/ban/do whatever the fuck i feel like doing to you for it. as for you darkwolf, you have to get yourself together and know your priorities, if u have IRL issues and are stressed because of personal problems, than DONT GO ON CSS TO MODERATE OR DO YOUR DM DUTIES, im not gonna give a shit if u have to deal with personal business anyway, even i will get up and leave in the middle of something important to deal with something miniscule such as taking a shit or putting the groceries away, sometimes both. also, u have to either punish everyone the same way, or dont punish anyone, part of being a DM is that u need to be fair in your judgement and not give preferential treatment to anyone for any reason, its the same when you are in an upper management position IRL, you have to give shit to your friends just as much as you have to give shit to the employees that you dont particularly like. i yell at warrior and the people that i hang out with on ts just as much as i would yell at a random who joined on ts, im not like "oh dont worry, ill figure this out" or some shit like that I HAVE SPOKEN!!!! -sealed away in the last great time war

Making my own option: Yes, because you relentlessly trolled and harassed players/members to the point of being removed membership. It wasn't solely based on your spam so much as it was based on the attitude you showed of doing something you knew would end with negative consequences. Meaning, you were warned multiple times on separate occasions in regards to either spamming, name calling, or general trolling, but the attitude remained the same toward it (up until now).

its been brought to my attention and many others i suspect that there seems to be a ow population on the JB server, and theirs many ways of solving this problem. some are very easy. ever noticed that other JB servers that have shitty staff, free killing and just bad management seem to get tons of people and are continuously populated. because they have the hub plugin, or something like it. why don't we? its been promised to us and now we need it more than ever. sort it out people, i can offer my help but i don't think i can do much other than ask around. get to it please. thanks

because it is relevant to the argument of bias. The point is that I say "nigger" in admin chat, and get gagged, he says it in admin chat and does not. it is completely relevant, I don't see how you see it not as that.

I join to have fun and when something happens to me, I will find the wrongs in there (usually when someone threatens me) and get those. I was stressed last night because of PERSONAL things going on. Plus the fact that I got called on by several people because of mods/admins not doing their job. It was like what, after midnight? I was finally getting tired and got called on so I checked in on it. Don't go on the internet if you are having personal problems. It leads to abuse. Ask jay when he drinks, or any other staff who have been demoted for not doing their job right because they were having "personal problems". I agree. So suddenly when someone who you clearly have a hostile relationship says "nigger" in admin chat where only you, gkoo, and sonic rainbow could see it makes it disrespectful? Yeah, I don't think so. Agreed, I don't want someone demoted for not handling a situation as well as they should. We rebanned LQ because the night he got banned, he did his own special kind of day again. 3 rounds in a row, and bleed had to be messaged to come ban him. again, it is frowned upon, but not outright restricted. of the 3 admins on, I know for a fact Gkoo and I call drpepper it all the time. SonicRainbow is younger, so anything is funny to him. hue. but really, he didn't care, didn't say anything the first 2-3 times i said it , and didn't say anything after the gag. Darkwolf said in this thread, he personally does not care about it being used. and he clearly didn't care the first few times i said it either since he would have gagged me then. but he didn't. it was when i called him out for camping he gagged me. Regardless of whether I personally know what I did was wrong or not, he should be presenting a reason to them as to why they were gagged. I could have been a random member for all intents and purposes, and he would be REQUIRED to do the same. This abuse thread isn't because I am mad he gagged me because I said "nigger" in admin chat, it's because he threatened me to fight it as if I was not allowed to speak my mind, his attitude as shown in the previous thread and in mine and hidingmaster's images is VERY poor, and the way he handles situations that should be calmly and RESPECTFULLY handled with other players is not going the way it should. Alright, instead of immediately requesting a close to protect your friend from facing any type of ridicule, let people say what they feel is necessary. Closing everything under the reason of "flame war" prevents anybody from ever speaking up and to be frank, the people that are saying it are only saying it because Darkwolf is the one under scrutiny. Moving on, @@Chrono saying "Nigger", regardless of how you meant it can be considered racist. It is a derogatory term and while it may not offend some, there are people that most certainly can be offended and you should be considerate of them. However, @@DarkWolf6052 , I don't normally do this kind of thing but in this case I have to call you out. Hope you realize it's nothing too personal. Upon viewing all the decisions you have made, I have found that you can really be incredibly biased towards your friends, especially on important topics on the forums. Often completely ignoring any other point of view besides yours and your friends. I have also noticed that sometimes you have went straight to teambans for a day without any prior slay, and often times without much proper justification. So, overall I am going to have to +1 to some form of repercussion.

In the server rules, it states that language should be kept pg13, however you will NOT BE GAGGED/KICKED/BANNED for using stronger language, unless you're doing it excessively with the inention of being racist/troll or spamming. @@DarkWolf6052.
