If no one has any final objections, I believe that a 3-day forum ban would be appropriate. If IceSlice continues to troll and disrespect after this ban is up, a much more severe punishment will be in order, likely along the lines of a couple of weeks (depending on the frequency or intensity of possible future disrespect/trolling). @Nomulous @snakeboyeric @Gawd @ThePenguin @Hidingmaster

I believe there is rules about this already.... that your voice is supposed to meet a certain standard. I have noticed that a lot of 12 year olds use their mics tho and noone does anything about it on TF2... not an issue on CS:S :(

Yeah 3 day is fine. Although if you come back and troll again ice, it's very likely a perm... no reason to keep trolling around after several warnings.

2011 was amazing. xG jail break was the first JB server i played on for CSS. i tried out other JB servers like HG or Hell servers but xG was the one i had the most fun on.

Except that you can still actually freelook around when they say "face the cells", what I mean by that is if they say "WASD freeze, but no jumping or looking around at all", that is not allowed.

It has recently come to my attention that 2 people today under the names of [EGO] Lester, and [EGO] Beep Boop have gone on the jailbreak #2 and mass freekilled. They said that they would be back with more people. I checked their groups and found that they are PBFortress members. This is bad, because they have a lot of people. I want to join XenoGamers because I've been playing on a few of their servers, and got to know some of the members, they seem like they are a very nice community that I want to be a part of.

General Server MOTD/Community Rules. | Xeno Gamers Number 12. No voice changers in-game, unless a mod asks you to turn it off. I've asked users mentioned in OP's post (not the staff) to stop using it every time. I personally don't find it funny and it's overall obnoxious and annoying. Also if they're warden (on JB), it could have a negative consequences as Red's might not understand orders. On the trade servers, its just annoying.
