I think that torso, hands, etc should be unlocked for uber donators. It honestly doesn't cause any harm it just makes you look like an autsitic prick. So yeah do that @kbraszzz @Nomulous @Bach

I'll weigh in. start from the beginning When i got on the spawn was coming along, supermadud had been making things and shit some people where helping with spawn, people with admin / gm1 started going out and building their own bases for some reason, so this caused for a map restart. Kirito was supposed to world edit copy spawn and paste it into the new one he failed to do that cause he has no idea what he is doing. Which i mean no offense to him. So on the new map people who were admin/mod and still had access to game mode, made quite possibly the worst looking spawn i ever seen, it was notcentered not themed, and just plain fucking garbage. Literally a first grader could have done better. So when seeing this spawn and seeing people constantly on the server but not working on spawn, I started b*tching and trying to get people to change it, while kirito "worked on plugins" i put quotes cause he has no idea what he's doing. eventually after enough bitching @FoRgE and a couple of his buddies came to spawn and started working on it. eventually it got pretty decent and was deemed "finished" just no shops. At this time the only thing that really needed to be done was finish shops and finish fixing permisions / plugins , During this time there was still some people breaking rules and using game mode to make their bases, after enough b*tching the people using game mode stopped and deleted said bases, their was just about 8 or so people on and every one was making their town and so on. It came to a point where there was a few towns, but broken permisions / incomplete plugins set up properly which kirito tried fixing, and any time something was not able to be fixed or it became broke he rolled back the server to a save, deleting peoples progress, evenetually he did this enough to comeptely take away peoples towns claims, this waged griefing/d*cking around which where the "somalia" sh*t show happened. Basically long story short Minecraft is causing more drama then needed cause people who have mod/admin have no idea what they're doing with it and just abuse it, and kirito is a horrible minecraft divlead/manager, but at least he tried and i'll credit him for that.

js, when you spectate people, their cursor will always look a bit off of the head, when they actually are headshotting them. Demo is prob a better source of evidence for aimbotting

How we can improve: To start off I am not intending to upset any of you guys this is constructive criticism. All of us have the capability to overcome the greatest obstacles and reach victory. Some main points Team chemistry: Now I'm not saying we don't get along and ignore each other but we tend to block out other people. In our last match there were countless times in TS where we all talked over each other so of course we didn't hear each other. Because of that our team was completely shut down at some crucial points. Stay together: I find that a challenge for us. We tend to stray from each other putting our selves at risk of being picked, not being part of the push, and not protecting the medic. Now there is an exception to spy's and scouts (maybe snipers), where they can stray from the convoy to either gain intel about the other team or to get a surprised pick. Take the recent game we had, (me being a sphee) observed that their whole team was no more than a yard away from each other making it very difficult for me to get any where close to the combos, ultimately ending with the medic getting enough uber and could do a strong push. Pushes: Power in numbers. When we come to a push we do not have the whole team pushing at the same time, while other teams had the WHOLE team pushing. Also a reason to stick together. Knowing the map: This may not apply to many of you but I know myself I found my self confused while wondering cp_steel and found myself getting caught by surprised. But cp_steel is a relatively complicated map imo. Again I'm not trying to tell you guys suck if anything I was dragging U guys down due to the lack of picks, but back on point we need to practice TOGETHER @Moosty PLS make a Saturday practice and not "practice and hour before the match" @Ohstopyou @Bach @Sin @Moosty @Flareon @Cr1TiKaL @RinAoi @Dethman If I missed u im srry IM going from off from the top of my head + your steam names are different from your forum name which makes it harder on me ;n; Also I've dedicated me self to give each person a rec for every game we win now on (you have to be playing in the match to be eligible to get the prize) this should give you guys more motivation to try your hardest. Suggestions: Sadly there is a couple of problems right now with the XenoGamers Minecraft server. One is that we run off of CraftBukkit 1.7.9. Since craft bukkit servers are down, we cannot run it, massivecraft works with 1.8 vanilla and runs alot more smoothly than craft bukkit. Also, we have no spawn but we are already taking care of that. Three would be that there is no server population besides us once it is updated and ready to go. Advertising: We need to get the XenoGamers name out there, here is what i am suggesting. A couple of us goto some minecraft server advertising Facebook page and ask them to advertise the clan and ip. As well as advertise server nights on our Facebook and Steam groups. I can start doing so as soon as the server is 100% ready. I needed to make this so i can get somethings off of my chest and explain why i am so immature. I am about to share something really sensitive about me and you guys might have mixed feelings. if you feel like this is bullcrap well i wish it was too, but sadly it is not. This story will explain why i am so immature and why i get really angry or bi-polar when they say certain things. If you think this is an attention whore act well you should really reconsider. I am not the one to try to be attention seeking. It all started when i was in 8th grade and it was during Christmas break, i was in a relationship with some girl for 14 months and i thought it would go on forever at that point. Well.....she ended up breaking up with me and my life started to spiral downwards from their. about 2 months after the break-up i was really heart-broken still and my "friend" noticed it and told me to do something that i have regretted ever since. He told me to do heroin for the pain and mistakenly i did do it and got highly addicted. For around 3 years i was a user up till the day my dealer died from an OD on pills. After his death i was really down and really wanted my high but never got it. My grades were going to shit and my parents lives where going to shit, my dad got addicted to pain meds and my mom could not handle me anymore and decided to stop taking care of/talking to me. I decided one august day to find a new dealer. That day i bought a whole shit ton for around $200 and injected it all. I had almost killed myself from an overdose on heroin and was only saved because my doctor shot an extra thing of adrenalin into my chest. I woke up and realized that heroin was not worth my life. I went cold turkey after that and luckily did not get sucked back in to the world of addiction. As a result of this though, my life was still socially bad. I decided that i should act stupid to be cool. My life is starting to turn around for the better and i have realized that my immaturity needs to stop, it is not making anything any better. My dads addiction is still bad but he has been checking into rehab a lot. My mom and i have actually been getting along now. In general, my family is actually becoming the family we have not had in about 5 years. I would like to apologize to everyone that i have been a douche to. And thank all the people who actually dealt with my immaturity and still actually talked to me even though i was annoying. This community has always been great to me. This community and 2 of my IRL friends are the only ones who know about my homosexuality. I feel like i needed to explain why my immaturity was so bad. This is what i was talking about yesterday in teamspeak but i decided to say the full story here. Again thank you guys and i apologize for all my misbehaving and immaturity.

At first, I was unsure why I was demoted. I thought I had been doing a good job at enforcing the rules, with one or two blemishes, but nothing demotion-worthy. I conferred with Bach and Kbraszz, and this was the answer I got. The other day, I gagged about three people and banned one more for disrespect, specifically towards furries and bronies. I had warned all of them, but they all continued making insensitive remarks. Apparently, there was a miscommunication and I was called out for "gagging those who disagree with me". I talked to Bach on the matter, and he didn't seem to want to discuss. I personally feel that this was an extremely trivial reason to demote one of the division's most active moderators, but that's not my call. I'm not trying to start an argument, or beg for my position back, but there were some who were confused as to what happened, and I wanted to clear it up. If I'm going to be demoted, then so be it, but I don't want people thinking that it's because I abused the role.
