I've spectated him multiple times. He doesn't aimbot, he's just good at the game. Is it annoying as fuck to have this guy hanging out on trade servers and just killing indiscriminately, not letting anyone just run around and have fun, yeah it is. But he doesn't cheat. "Just playing the game" or not him and everyone else know it's irritating to have some guy with a sniper rifle keeping everyone in spawn who isn't friendly, and he BM's people who call him out on it. That's what most of the complaints I've seen about him come from. He seems to kill everyone on trade servers and sass back when they complain in his free time. Pretty sad but no rules broken. Let me reiterate, he didn't cheat, I don't buy it. So a perm is wrong. A shorter ban for BM would have been fine. I could totally see that happening this guy's a shitstarter, but the perm is wrong. And like hiding said this is about the aimbotting, which is why he should be unbanned. He BMs alot so if we actually pay attention there would be enough evidence for a ban in no time.

Honest opinion? I watched the demo. The 15 seconds that were captured of this user snagging those headshots looked remarkably botted. I don't care how long the video was, what was CLEAR AS DAY were the horizontal and vertical movements that were precise enough to be suspicious. I don't care HOW many hours you have clocked in on TF2, or how many kills your gun has, or how many UGC events you participated in. NOBODY twitches perfectly horizontal or vertical like that. It's my honest opinion that was assisted by some form of bot. The crouching for headshots is also a pretty dead giveaway, especially when so many bots utilize that as a quick Y-axis shift. That's all BEFORE we even consider the BMing he has been banned for in the past. The guy is purely toxic and, once again, is my personal opinion that he has nothing to contribute to this clan. Hell, he even came in here with an attitude, slinging daggers before anyone even got the chance to approach the situation whatsoever. That leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth about him as an individual. Had he come in respectfully, humbling himself and requesting an unban in a kind way, I may have been prone to spout the whole "He cares enough to protest" schpeal, but he was an asshole right out of the gate. -1 for unban. I've dealt with my fair share of aimbots in the past, and if you honestly watch that footage, skim the first 15 seconds, and say "naaaah, that's not a bot," you need to learn what botting looks like.

After watching the demo that had been slowed, I was clearly mistaken in thinking there were no combined horizontal/vertical movements. At a slower speed, it is much clearer to see that it isn't tracking like your typical aimbot. So I apologize to citizen_ for mistaking it for an actual bot. That takes some skill to be mistaken as a bot like that. I won't, however, condone the attitude and the demeanor. It's not the best and definitely needs to be worked on. So I guess that means I'm sitting at a +1 for unban currently, but something needs to be addressed when it comes to the BM. We also need to ensure that any time we suspect an aimbot that we collect an ample amount of evidence before issuing a ban. 2-3 kills in the span of 15 minutes probably isn't very adequate, because if a user gets banned for aimbotting and protests the ban when we have little to no evidence, the ban cannot stand. While the video was indeed questionable, it isn't substantial in my opinion to warrant a permanent ban. Sorry ohstopyou. I don't necessarily think you were in the wrong. Mistakes were simply made and you were just doing your job. =(

Here's a question, why would someone with that many hours on that account, throw it away by hacking? Apparently if you think shots like that are suspicious you haven't seen a good sniper before. Take a look at this video, I know this isn't all sniper plays no, but look how good people actually are at this game. This video was made I believe for i46, when the first NA team went over to europe to compete in the LAN event, and actually won. +1 Unban if you watch the correct demo it's clearly not aimbot. But perhaps there should be a small ban for disrespect.

Searching steam id returns no bans for hacking. Again, can't watch demo but I just want yall to seriously consider whether or not he does. Ive been in the same position as him in CSGO. I don't hack either, but there are a lot of AWP shots that look like pure bs. (Keep it respectful in chat citizen, being rude doesn't help your situation)

Looking through he started flinching and still ended up killing someone with one shot? 15 second demo still was good enough to prove that his shots would flinch and headshot immediately. The comparison is actually similar as it shows flinch kills in both, traced, and more. Mouse snapped to 2 people in particular which confirmed it for me so -1. The other things on saying you are into transvestite suicide when talking to a transvestite does not help. He was banned in the past for literally saying hitler was right for killing the gays when someone said he was bi on tgh. I will look for the ban request later.

@Ohstopyou Not my say, but this guy cannot stay perm'd. 15 seconds of speccing him, him getting 1 sort of fishy flickshot, then trolling by flicking his camera back and forth over and over is NOT proof. The entire goddamn demo is you spectating everybody but Jarrett. I don't see how you call this "proof" in any sense. Unless you get the replay demos, it is unfair to keep this guy perm'd. Regarding his past bans, they're all for disrespect and BM. None of them are related to aimbotting in any respect. +1 for unban.

I have roughly 48k kills on my sniper rifle, over 3,600 hours on tf2 and previous UGC experience in high silver and gold, I have a 100% clean history of NO hacking, this includes no VAC-bans or UGC suspensions . mr. ohstopyou claimed to have recorded the first "aimbotter" so I'd imagine he recorded me as well if you would like to ask him to review for yourself where you'll see me get headshots, bodyshots, and flat-out missshots. deserves a month ban AT THE LEAST since he has server 1 day and 1 week bans. If you give anything else then it is bs. His disrespect is tbh permanent ban worthy according to the regarding suicide threat thread. Realize that he stated that hitler was right for killing gays and he is into transvestite suicide. According to the thread it is a week then a perm if it continues. -1 still for unban but if it is invalid for the aimbot then +1 to shorten to a month

I think he does a great job as a DL. But I do agree that he should have obtained a longer demo, plus agreement from one or two other mods/admins about aimbot before banning. @Ohstopyou the decision isn't up to me, I won't override you. It's your division, not mine.

Your excuses make sense. But LMAOBox is undetectable. Sorry. Doesn't help your case. The "aimbot" is NOT very obvious, assuming there is one. There is only a single flickshot in that 15 second clip that looked fishy, and that ended up being a bodyshot. Hacks can miss, yeah, and that COULD have been a possibility. But I seriously doubt it. If this guy stays perm'd I will lose massive respect for the higher-ups. There just is NOT enough proof. The BM is bannable for sure, but the perm is straight up uncalled for and unnecessary.

First of all, I don't think I made a mistake. If you take the time and compare his shots to the other aimbotter, you'll see the similarity. Second of all, he's been banned in the past for BM (I was not aware of this until I was told literally 10 minutes ago), so therefore this other evidence is still valid. Also, not a perma for bm bullshit. He said "I'm into transvestite suicide" after bm-ing a "tranny".

I guess i will believe the aimbot was phishy at most. You got a couple of kills that i question a lot but demo is 15 seconds long, cant really prove TOO much. I believe ohstop did is job correctly and 100% professionally, you came in saying he was just ban happy. Demo is not that long to prove much (sorry bae D: ) so i guess +1, also, since chatlogs are not being considered since it is a protest on aimbot then i guess it wont be double jeopardy.

I watched the demo 7 times and it's still a mystery to me how anyone could come to the conclusion I was aimbotting, I'm honestly quite baffled to how anyone, no matter how biased could disregard my inaccuracy, body shots where a headshot would have been possible, flat out missing, movement NOT AT ALL similar to that of the other demo of the real aimbotter and still come to the conclusion of aimbot, almost makes me suspect a hidden agenda in the court room, but I admit that sounds irresponsibly paranoid. Since you all like to treat this like a real court room I wish I could summon a lawyer, however the jury doesn't seem as convinced I'm hacking as mr. ohstopyou. granted even he isn't certain anymore. best wishes all.

I've been playing and getting accused for years on this account, still no vac ban, you can't just dismiss that along with my hours and UGC experience , if I didn't hack there why would I hack on a trade server on my main instead of using an alt? I have nothing to gain and everything to lose by hacking with my main account. I'm not even a good competitive sniper, I'd love to see one on your server for some fun but I'd wager you banned them all in order to cater to whiny 14 year olds and insecure admins. It's not uncommon for inexperienced players, and non-competitive players to get suspicious, I'd ask for someone who's an experienced tf2 player (UGC gold+) within your clan to review the demo, but you might take that the wrong way. I skipped this thread so I've probably missed things Citizen_ is, no offense, toxic on the servers. He BM's a lot of people and holds no kindness in his words. He has had many ban requests on him and complaints in shoutbox about him aimbotting and BM'ing. However, I am certain this guy doesn't aimbot. He literally is just really good as sniper. I have seen him many times on the servers and spectated him out of suspicion (he changes his name a lot so I can never tell).
