-1 You confront me about people breaking rules that don't actually exist and spam admin chat over these things. You've been teambanned over 50 times over legit reasons. You got demoted for a very good reason, just because you want to "take it seriously" again doesn't mean you'll suddenly be a good mod. If anything, the fact that you weren't taking mod seriously means that you certainly shouldn't get it again.

I see him on Saxton a good amount.

What servers do you play on?

-1 I think the amount of ct bans are enough to not give him mod and he was demoted for abusing. Jubens I like you but I dont think you should have mod

It's actually weird how much we look similar. Holy moly. Here is me from not recently. I'll take an updated photo once I'm not as lazy. Me with an undercut looks much better.

There are more staff members than currently active non staff members. Cant really just pull new mods out of no where- as the server has grown weve seen new members but many people who have applied have been turned down (see the age limit discussion) and its tough. Just do your best and try to not get overwhelmed - if the server is highly populated and loads of people are being dinguses- maybe try a slightly harsher punishment when you catch a serious rule breaker. Itll show the population theyre being watched and there are consequences.
