Well, Aegean gave me the great idea of how to find people to play War Thunder: Make a forum post! So here it is. I'm asking if there's anyone here that'll play War Thunder with me. I'm starting to get into the game and yet I still lack friends to play with so it isn't as fun. Respond to the post if you're interested in playing War Thunder, even if you're new. I'm also aware I'm going to get some flak from people who don't like War Thunder....like half of the CSGO division lol.

looks like a lasagna cut into a triangle tbh. you can see where you had trouble with the dough squishing back into its thiccc shape, you have to be firm enough that it doesn't just crunch back into a ball immediately but gentle enough you wont "bruise" it bye making it rip/break or flatten out and lose its air. how long did you let the dough rise for? other than that it looks like you either didnt have enough cheese or you cut it while it was still fresh from the oven and the cheese oozed off. cuz all im seeing is sauce

Hello everyone, Owl aka Dalton1 aka Drowsy aka The Janitor aka 10 hp pure aka Latin American Conquistador aka SkullKing aka $nakegirlerica aka @virr (@ayylmao)s Origin aka Warriorsfury's Boyfriend aka EGIRLPUSSYSLAYER2000 aka bigtruck78 aka lizardking666 aka Clgiwi Suckanagi aka xDude aka Ben Shapiro here, the sole creator of the minigames server. To begin with this issue, I must give you guys a little history lesson.
It all started on teamspeak. Our main character, me x3, was sitting in teamspeak. He joins a channel with Bleed and Lithium and asks them if he can setup a minigames server. Lithium probably doesn't say anything and/or calls me retarded, Bleed says sure but don't ask for too much help. And then it began. Our dearest egirl slayer had finally acquired access to an empty server. With a perfect combination of css nostalgia and hatred of the entirety of the TF2 division, he set out to create the sole thing that would revive the dearest Xeno Gamers. To complete his quest, he had to overcome an onslaught of unrelenting memes. They wore down our young protagonist, but he did not break. After failed test attempts where somehow all of teamspeak got the password, Lithium constantly changing the movement settings without telling me then adding a plugin with a inconspicuous name to automatically reset the movement settings to what he wanted, thus breaking many maps, because Lithium is a massive faggot, he saw the light. He must embrace the memes. With his newfound knowledge, he quickly refined the minigames server and released it to the public. This server was born in the memes. Molded by it. There wouldn't go a map without some 12 year old retard getting spam slapped. It was the pure essence of a Xeno Gamers Counter-Strike server. Without the slap, there is nothing.

Hey friends, I've been reading the posts that you all have been writing recently, whether it was people stepping down, planning events, making statements on xG in its current form etc. so I wanted to just give a few thoughts.
Staff Stepping Down
   There are never enough to say about staff who took the time to volunteer so many hours to help out xG. It is a thankless job that helps keep xG as populated as it is, due to the efforts from all our staff, whether it is new mods, all the way to the community managers. People get stressed doing this, and stepping down makes total sense as people have their own lives to worry about. School, work, mental health, and anything in between is more important than xG, so if people need to step down for those reasons, we encourage it and we will always welcome back those people with open arms if they decide they can and want to help out again.
Toxicity and Harassment
   As xG is a gaming community and the fact that we are not a private community, many different types of personalities with varying age ranges are all going to come and go. Disputes, problems, cliques, they are all bound to happen. It is also not only on staff but also members to hold each other accountable for how others are getting treated. Remember, we are all people in front of that screen at the end of the day, so please know that your words have weight behind them. If there are any issues that you don't feel comfortable discussing on the forums or with other members, you can always message me on discord privately and I'll always respond within 24 hours. Sometimes problems are just misunderstandings, but regardless I'm happy to take time out to resolve whatever problem you might have. People who intentionally try to get a rise out of others get little sympathy from me, but at the same time if you truly wish to improve or need a wake up call, I'm always here for that too.
Planning Events
   You do NOT need to be a higher-up or even staff to organize an event. I just want to say thank you to everyone who tries to figure out fun things we can do as a community by posting threads and being active on discord. Aside from CS:GO 10 mans, it's been a lot of fun playing golf-it, skribble.io, and other games with the rest of ya and I can see that a lot of you have been enjoying it too. Respect to everyone honoring the golf-it shoe pics btw on discord. If you need any help organizing an event, feel free to reach out to me or any of the other higher-ups! Looking forward to all the new things we organize as a community.

Moving Forward
   I'll be posting a thread soon about recapping what's been going on recently, and thoughts we have for 2019 in terms of divisions. It will also include getting your thoughts on what we should do, so we learn from the people who make our community so great, what they think we should implement.

Pretty accurate. I would also like to add that if you are feeling harassed or are otherwise in a bad spot then please do speak up and send someone who can help a message. Us staff are here to deal with that, among other things, and if one of us is not listening/taking it seriously, chances are another will. 

Of course, I do want to add that when people dogpile onto someone, like in the case with @Lottamos/Goldfish, it can definitely appear like harassment. But it is also important to read into the content of these cases. A lot of time there is genuine criticism, and that should not be ignored. That being said I will not deny that some people take it too far and bully/harass him. I am not defending his behavior, but holy shit, that is hypocritical as hell considering that level of toxicity is pretty much why he was banned in the first place.
 
To close, just treat people like people. You don't need to kiss anyone's ass, but just act respectfully

Was previously a moderator back in the 2016-2017 era maybe a little of 2018. Recently came back and noticed that on the surf server most of all there are a lot of mic spammers and people using racist terminology which is not allowed but I never seem to see any staff on. It may just be that we are on at different times but if I got my position back I would be happy to help moderate the servers again and help keep them clean and free of hate.

Some tenmans are first called in voice channels and so sometimes there won't be enough people. Then @10manners would be posted and more than enough people would respond resulting in a fatman of anyone on the server. Though I feel @10manners should only be used if there are less then let's say 5 people waiting. In cases like these people who were already there before should probably get a spot. Also instead of @10manning people because you're missing a few people you could go from person to person and ask if they wanted to play.  Of course, if some person has a record of having toxic behavior, exceptions should be made. Though we should still let them play from time to time to see if they have improved and if so they wouldn't be fatmanned in future 10mans.

I think this is the best solution so that we don't have situations of people with slower computers getting booted out of games because the other 10 people connected before them

I think our punishment for rude people should be a good spankings from each dm/dl
