The fact that you explicitly did it because you knew there were no Staff on during the time makes it that much worse; and while I commend you for being honest, the fact that you were banned for scripting on top of that comment makes your already slim chance of being unbanned nearly a 0% chance. Unfortunately, even if scripting is being used as an 'aid' to 'assist' in bhopping, it's still against our Server terms/rules and is punishable by permanent Server ban. At this point, your [possibly] only chance of being unbanned would be to check out this thread and hope for the best: Want To Get Unbanned?

Quick question; is there a comprehensive list of current purchasable Hub items (CSGO) on the forums anywhere that players can refer to? I haven't checked, so I apologize if there is one that's literally stickied somewhere; and if this is the case, could someone link it?

Ren and Stimpy, that was my go-to fucked up show. Others I remember watching are X-Men/X-Men Evolution, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Dexter's Lab, The Magic School Bus, Fairly Odd Parents, Spongebob, Teen Titans.. The list could go on, I watched a hell of a lot of Cartoons as a kid. At the time, it was either TV or gaming on the N64 with my bros. Pretty much whatever was on at the time, I would watch it. Since you mentioned benefits and incentives for Sponsors/Donators, you may want to consider giving them access to Servers/Content that would otherwise be available at a later time. Think, Alpha/Beta access. Obviously this would only apply to certain things and will definitely have its limitations, but it would be pretty neat for Sponsors/Donators to receive access ahead-of-schedule and I'm sure would generate interest. This doesn't have to apply to the current projects and such right now; this more-so pertains to future releases and content. That being said, if this is to be considered, then I would strongly recommend working out a schedule that accounts for this factor (IE. extending the actual release for the public in order to have an alpha/beta for Sponsors/Donators) if/when it is to be implemented.

@orangejuice for any context if possible as he dealt the ban (found Here, first ban on the page from the top). Player was team banned on the 27th of July and it seems that the offending player only just started playing again today (August 21st) based off of the offender's chat history (found Here) so there appears to have been little to no area for improvement since the ban was dealt. This is all speculation, but seeing as how the player chose not to step foot on the Server again from then until now is incredibly suspicious; if the player's "brother" did it, then the player would have at least been on the Server one other time from the day the ban was dealt to find out that the player was in fact Team Banned. Furthermore, if the player did enjoy playing on the Server (and seeing as how this Ban Protest has been made, it looks like this is the case) then this ban would have most likely been brought up a lot sooner, especially given the circumstances that a "sibling" had caused the initial team ban. That all being said, the "my brother did it" excuse does get thrown around a lot around here and honestly, I agree with TheSupremePatriot; you are responsible for your own account and the actions of anyone you decide to give its access to.

Only going to provide feedback for a couple of the aforementioned categories since I haven't formed an opinion on the others: [spoiler=Raffle System (new)]Completely support and like the overall aesthetic of the Raffle page. It's simple, concise, and to the point. My only suggestion would be to include a redirect or something in the Home Page of the site to attract more participants. [spoiler=Forums (updated)]The new forums certainly appears more professional in my opinion. That being said, I didn't have any problem with V8, however I do welcome the change. There are only a few things (that were previously mentioned) that I think should be considered, namely the priorities of what are shown in the Home Page and making the site easier to navigate for newcomers. Another thing that I also believe should come back is the 'Applications/Forms' option at the top of the Forums. Home Page changes/alterations I would strongly consider including simple redirects and the like to more important content seeing as it's the first page that users see. These would include: - Guides/Rules Pages - Application/Forms Pages - Current Giveaways/Raffles Aside from those few things and the bugs here and there, I'm pretty happy with the overall layout. I personally can't as I'm only a Member, but it's safe to assume that the ban was dealt using the admin command for a user who mass freekills and leaves the Server (at least, in my opinion. This may not be the case at all) seeing as how it's a permanent Team Ban and not a Server ban.

Would recommend keeping your passwords and such written down on paper and stored somewhere safe as opposed to keeping it all on your desktop for the sole reason that your PC could end up being compromised at some point. The only hazard of having it on paper is if you misplace it or do something stupid enough to compromise it in some way. Either that, or do what I do and have each password correspond with a key word or phrase that is associated with whatever you use that particular password for (I store my shit on my phone). Whatever the case may be, I'd just refrain from keeping passwords saved on a PC you use very often for browsing or whatever.

This is the only entry I could find, which is in fact a permanent team ban for reasons unknown to me (banned by CONSOLE).

For future reference (and just as a suggestion), you may want to consider a section that caters to a specific Division for more accurate results. For example: Question - Which of the following Divisions do you spend the most time in? *This will apply to any specific questions regarding Division following this question. - TF2 - CSGO - Gmod - Nuclear Dawn - Minecraft It will help narrow down the problem areas instead of a general opinion on the entirety of Servers since a large portion of our Players/Members tend to stick to one particular Division. It will also give the Higher-Ups an easier time to determine/address the problem areas directly. I'd also suggest including a "Not Applicable" option for some of these questions so that those who take the survey can select the proper option and the results will not give any false positives; meaning that if a user is not familiar with any of the provided options, they can opt out of the question by selecting Not Applicable.

Honestly, I can see why this is an issue and can certainly commend those of you who are fighting to get proper enforcement on this sort of content; however, as with any other 'derogatory' word/slur, there are certain limitations on what should and shouldn't be censored. My one and only grievance with this whole thing is the fact that people are treating the use of the phrase "autistic" or "autist" as an insult, when it really isn't. By choosing to censor or effectively ban the word, you're inadvertently supporting this stigma that being called "autistic" is a bad thing. So long as this isn't the case and Staff will just be keeping an eye out for the misuse of the term (IE. using the term in a mocking way or intending to use it as an insult) I can get behind regular enforcement of it. That being said, since this is relevant to the topic at hand, Staff should also keep an eye out for any other derogatory or otherwise disrespectful banter including topics that may be sensitive to others on the Servers. This includes any other mental illnesses, recent (or even past) tragedies, etc; which should already be the case :coffee:

Keep in mind that text is completely subjective in terms of comprehension guys. I could say "Fuck all of you." and mean that in the most sarcastic tone I have (without saying it), and it would still [most likely] be taken personally. That being said, @BullseyeX the reason that little outburst is relevant is because (at the time of the post) it was still there when this thread was made. Think of it this way: you wouldn't have something like that made publicly available if you wanted to demonstrate a professional demeanor, would you? Maybe it's no longer relevant and you no longer feel that way, but the fact of the matter is that it was still there which is why (correct me if I'm wrong) Snowy thought it should be brought to everyone's attention. Doesn't necessarily mean you still feel that way, but it is still very relevant (though personally not enough to justify a -1).

If this is true, I have no words and I feel incredibly sorry for anyone on blue. My understanding is that if a blue fails to follow the orders of the Warden, they are to be slain; though this is merely speculation as I'm unfamiliar with TF2 Jailbreak's rules.

Dang, it really was an honor and a privilege to know you both as a fellow Staff Member as well as a friend, not that it will change. My opinion on you never differed from back then; I always saw you as this guy who would try to be fair and just, and to be honest it inspired me to do the same. It was great rising up in the ranks along with you in 2012, and while the Community Leader concept was an attempt at something new that inevitably lost it's way, I can honestly say that I strongly supported and suggested your position in that group and I'm glad that you were a part of it for so long. Plus, who can forget the fact that you and the others worked so hard on an official Xeno Gamers jailbreak map? You definitely gave it your all here in Xeno Gamers, and I both commend and respect the shit out of you. Don't be a stranger, visit back and post your invaluable opinions every now and then.
