What's FUCKING good boys
In case you're (somehow) not aware, I've stepped down. This is as a result of many things, none of which are excuses.
For one, I've been extremely busy with life. I now work, go to university, have a social life and Rosa. We've recently made a massive discovery and found out exactly what is wrong with Rosa. As a result of simply a random nurse saying "You have similar symptoms to ____", we've discovered that Rosa was infact MISDIAGNOSED with M.E has chronic lymes disease (long lasting untreated lyme's disease, Lyme's Disease symptoms are similar to M.E) and has done since she was 11-12. It's rendered her immune system completely faulty and that common cold is still having a party in her body. Lots of these have progressed into something more serious, such as diseases that can often make her go paralysed in some limbs.
However, the fantastic news is that this is treatable and curable, with an up to 80% recovery possible.
It's been very difficult helping her prepare for the treatment but we're hoping for her to be possibly walking properly in 2 years time. It's going to be a very long journey, which is why I must accept that I can't remain as DL and leave the boys hanging. My passion and time to play TF2 has ran quite slim, due to multiple reasons (tf2 dead lol) and with all of this stuff going on around me, I didn't really have the time to play even if I wanted to. Timezones are also a bitch. I haven't touched the game in months and I realised after being messaged by @hongkongatron that I was holding onto something that I wasn't doing anymore, kinda like a gym membership, but it was making things worse for the people I would consider friends. So here we are.
 
I would like to say one thing though.
Community Managers, Community Leaders, whoever,
If someone doesn't touch the game they're supposed to be the leader of. Or even worse, not even touch the discord in a few months,
Please demote them. It only holds everyone else back.

In response to the slander and grossly inappropiate ban i would just like to say that i dont give two shits about xg and the only reason why im here is because my friend and slander is making people hate you based off of fake facts SO a 16 y/o calling a 14 year old a pedophile because he didnt like the jokes is slander me putting a badly edited picture of seg isnt slander and is just being to sensitive about his own public image even though either no one cared or noticed it at all i would join xg because it was fun and now when i see an xg rep or a member i remember getting harassed and borderline bullied from a division leader from this little group of yours 

The fact that he clearly refuses to own up to something he did, that’s enough to get a -1 from me right off the bat.  If you aren’t going to be honest, I don’t feel you belong here.  
If you were banned for pedophilia, then you definitely did something of that nature. I can’t imagine any of the staff just throwing that kind of reason in for no fucking reason at all.  
I’m assuming the picture was the “Sigger” image being passed around by MJP and Wingman, I’m pretty sure they are still permed to this day for that amongst other things. I don’t think that you should get any special treatment.
 

As you all (probably) know, there was a massive bug in TF2 for a short amount of time where the chance of unboxing an Unusual on specific crates was close to, if not, 100%. I was wondering what people unboxed, what they did with those unusuals and what they think is going to come of this event.
I unboxed a Respectless Rubber Glove with Miami Nights, but sold it instantly to buy a Miami Nights Gentleman's Gatsby. Didn't get too much luck, but it was still pretty exciting.

From what I've seen from the argument @Tatost presented, it clearly shows Crow being extremely hostile. However, I must admit, arguing back with him in a matched hostile manner at first definitely didn't help the situation. I feel as though people need to keep their cool when enforcing rules, otherwise it escalates the situation when it's not necessary. I understand it can be frustrating sometimes, but keeping a level head gives you the upper hand if some kind of ban request (or something similar) were to come of it.
I would like to see further evidence before providing a vouch, though I feel as though some form of action should be taken, should further evidence be shown.

While his toxicity warrants some sort of warning, I feel that a ban is disproportionate to what he's actually doing. If we held this precedence of members getting banned for these levels of toxicity, we would ban every person who's had a bad day or two. Also, jumping straight to a ban seems a little unwarranted when he has no discord warnings whatsoever. While I know he's received numerous verbal warnings, he isn't a person who has, say, 5+ pages of warnings like some members do. 
In conclusion, banning someone outright seems unwarranted, when they have received little to no warnings whatsoever. While his actions still warrants a warning, I feel his actions have been blown out of proportion. I would warn him, and if he is to continue for an extended period of time, a ban would be warranted.

but why? There have been like 3 other threads that have something to do with "help make tf2 better", myself included.

Can we remove every weapon from the server and only keep stock? As a matter of fact, just remove every single weapon. It's really unfair having to go up against anything that can kill me as it brings me great frustration.
