I did really doubt Sylux's ability to moderate the servers about a few months ago, but I don't know what happened.
He appears to have majorly improved, he seems really civilized/chill on the forums, makes maps that we can use and is always super nice when I see him.
I think he deserves a try, he inarguably has spent a lot of time on the servers and really seems like a decent person. +1

Honestly you and everyone else should especially when it comes to someone possibly being staff. Reasons for why they'd be good, how they've improved, etc.
Sure it might not be a rule, but it helps
Putting that aside, I'll +1 too because they have indeed improved since days before, even though there can be bouts of immaturity now and again; though everyone has those. I think Vector nailed it on the head.

Sylux, was a moron. he said stupid shit. He always would be an instigator and just be a problem child. However, i put a lot of emphasis on was because as of right now, his maturity has increased tremendously. I can see why people would be very hesistant at first, but it's clear that he has improved on his attitude and worked to make himself better. He is creating content for our server as well as going on other servers. He comes on TGH and pokemon and we always have a great time. I see no reason not to give him his chance at moderator, however, i advise that sylux keep doing what he's doing and acting like a cool guy instead of someone with an attitude others saw him as (myself, i didn't see it as much).

Can we please fix this mess? It's been like this for far too long.
1. It says spawncamping is allowed but it's not allowed on multiple maps with teleport spawns.
2. No immature voices clearly does not mean high-pitched voices even though it says that in the description.

So I've always seen pokemon as a server that does and should have a very high standard of map quality. And looking through that lens, I'm gonna comment on each map individually, having played them all at multiple times.
Saffron: -1 . Before you get to silph co the outside area is oddly proportioned and looks bad. So basically the map should be called silph co, which is just a tower you (I believe if I'm remembering correctly) teleport from floor to floor, which causes obvious problems. And even if it's stairs and I'm dumb the map is just aesthetically meh and it just being a tower would breed toxicity.
Pokemon stadium: -1. Not as much to say on this one. It just isn't noticeably pokemon outside of the map layout and file name. Just doesn't really meet the standards we already have.
Victory Road: +1 . We had this on rotation history, and had a ton of trouble with the balance of the final cap. That was literally the only issue. Gorgeous map, well made, and without the cap enabled it's only issue no longer exists. 100% meets our standards. We should add this ASAP.

Saffron City:
A fairly basic map with the whole of silph co inside, the map is fun however.
Steam Workshop :: Saffron City (Pokemon)
Pokemon Stadium
Those familar with Melee will know about the changing arena on the pokemon map. This old map does just that, tested it briefly offline and it seems ok.

One of my favourites, it seems it was rejected earlier as ppl did not want objective based maps however after CTF pokemon I'd like to give this lovely map another shot.

CTF_oubliette 1.1.1:
Soundscape issue fixed.
Models enabled.
More music boxes added.
Spawn music removed.
Some stability additions to outer ring of map.
Plus lots of secrets.
Map will be pushed potentially next week(s).
