This isn't a joke/meme thread this time. I am stepping down from my admin position due to my extreme inactivity. The servers need admins that can be on and stay on consistently. No admins that just scrape the minimum requirements to stay staff. Maybe someday when i get my activity up and get motivation to play tf2 more, I can be staff again. But for now, it has been fun.

So there's still this issue with donakonda getting mod. People say his immature by what? Asking so many questions? This kid has dedication and one of the nicest people in Xg. Some people find his interaction and asking question to be annoying because that usual, but is that really immature? Does he go off being a butt and being rude to people?
3 months guy... of denying him. He's gotta have some kind of experience and know the backbones of servers.
So here is my suggestion.
 
Give him probational mod.
 
He messes up, then he messes up.
He does fine then he does fine.
Give this kid a chance at least people.

That comment was absolutely unnescesarry and your behavoir has been somewhat noticable recently. This is gonna sound stupid, but after all we're some kind of community that should hold together.

About Donakonda, I personally like you but in my opinion I think as of right now you would not be suitable for staff due to a certain lack of maturity.
However, if the other higher ups disagree with me, that is more than fine though.

Frusty is active and he knows the rules well enough to be a staff member. He was an old regular and shouldn't be stupid as he has been part of the clan for years now.

I think you were good at your job but I remember you were inactive every single promo/demo apart from at most two since you got DM. Even the same promo/demo you got DM you had about 10 hours and the requirement was ≈18. Your hours are I think 18 now which is obviously high enough for staff but because you were incapable of activity I don't think skipping straight to admin is the right option personally. I think after you have proven to us you can keep a consistent activity for at least a month you should be promoted to admin from moderator.
-1 For admin instantly but +1 for moderator. I have little doubt that you won't earn admin since you were good at your job but I think that you need to prove that you can stay active. Good luck (y)

It would seem like your post had little to no meaning. If you are going to vouch for someone on a moderator submission, be sure to actually substantiate your vouch!

Check your post: Are you actually talking about the person and how he would be fit for staff or are you just blatantly posting meaningless stuff?
Ask your teachers on how to make your comments more elaborate.

This is just common sense. Egossi isn't a special case. He has experience in staff, hence why he is applying for admin. Anyone else who was a good admin+ should be able to apply for said
 

 
I'm sorry, my friend, but Egossi's application shouldn't affect other mods trying to get admin or higher. If everyone just started applying for admin, then I could see where this statement is coming from.
 
 
Egossi is fit for the position as admin. He's been staff plenty of times. I think it's obvious that he's capable. +1
To those saying it's not fair, it is actually fair; he has the experience that will give him the edge.

My opinion on that still hasn't changed. I think egossi would be a good staff member, but giving him admin immediately is unfair to all the mods that have been trying to work their way up for quite a while already.

After a bit of talking I'm fine with the idea of a four day ban, also going to wait for everyone else to pop in and give their two scents hopefully.

There already is a Drawing forum, this is exclusively for MS-Paint swag.

I honestly like the new look of these ratings they look clean and just overall better than the ones from before.

I never said that I personally don't like them. EVERYTIME I POST A MAP REMOVAL everybody is like "no don't remove just because you don't like septik you fucking idiot lmao"> No everytime we go on this map like @Moosty said, the chat is filled with people complaining this map exists. But if you think it should stay is fine, but this post isn't only on MY opinion, it's on others as well.

3dland plays very differently than most maps, feels better when you play agile classes such as demo, soldier, or scout. it also looks very nice and the ? blocks are a nice little thing to add
