unlike reds original he actually legitimately put the last 30-45 minutes in a condensed 2-3 sentences

Also before endgame came out we had a spoiler pin in movies tv where it is discussed about got

And I updated it to include endgame/other movies

I pinned my message on Thursday 4/25 a few hours before I went to the endgame premiere because I went to lunch first at like 130.

And his was after it had been pinned. I pinned that before 1pm pacific which is 4 east so before they saw it

for reference he posted his spoiler very shortly after reds spoiler so he definitely should have seen @virr warning in the chat. Since I saw the ban virr did before his spoiler of massive proportions.

all of this was copy pasted from my responses in a communication between discord staff/higher ups about the ban. personally i believe you post your spoilers with the textbook definition of trolling, to get a negative riled up response out of people. I also have no doubts that this is not the first nor the last of this kind of behavior from yourself. especially because you haven't really taken this ban protest seriously going as far as to basically tell someone who also made a protest for a ban for the same thing to fuck off out of your thread. with that in mind, i would give a -1 based on your attitude and the fact that i don't think the trolling behavior is in any way shape or form reformed or remorsed about.

Also, why would I have done it if I had seen anything that had happened in movies? Because I "definitely" didn't see anything that had happened.

I'm so confused by this, just because I told red and other people not to involve his case with mine because multiple staff said not to, how does that give me an attitude?

Just do a unban challenge. no point in asking for mercy when you were rightfully banned and there is a supported way to resolve it.

What? I'm not asking for mercy lol, its been nearly 3 weeks for a ban. I'm just saying that it's plenty of time for a saying a spoiler.

just for some clarification, spoiling movies is pretty much considered trolling, which is definitely in the general rules for the clan.

at the same time, if you get muted/kicked/banned for something that isn't in the rules, that doesn't mean it's abuse or wrongful - most of our rules are up to staff discretion and if they think you were doing something wrong you'll probably be punished, whether it's explicitly in the rules or not. obviously this doesn't apply to real cases of abuse but there are always exceptions to these sorts of things.

I know it's off topic but there was confusion about it between staff so I'd say it's safe to assume others would be questioning it as well

not vouching because I don't know anything besides that you got banned for posting spoilers

Basic Info: Spoiled end game the night it came out, got instantly banned, talked to @virr about it, waited on it, now we're here almost three weeks later.

It originally was about abuse, then I talked to some other people about it especially @hongkongatron and he said that it was probably for a place holder to figure out what an appropriate time would be, but nothing was figured out so that's why I'm here right now to protest it.

    What..

I technically spoiled it once cause I spoiled it in emojis then right after I just was naming random superhero’s from the movie which resulted in the ban but how come +1ing his app even though he did the exact same shit as me or probably worst (not sure)??

thats ridiculously if I have to wait my ban out then he does too. it’s almost been 3 weeks that I been serving

    -1

using emojis doesnt change the fact that you spoiled it again, agean literally said not to have your case effect mine because they're two different cases

It was a shitty thing to do @LemonVolt, but I will +1 as you only had one offence and it has been close to 3 weeks.

I know @virr had to basically give up on being spoiler-free for one of the most anticipated movies of all time just to take care of people ruining it for others, and regardless if he cared or not, it still sucks he was in such a situation.

Overall to everyone, don't spoil stuff on purpose, if you feel like you need to discuss something on discord that is a spoiler, just put || on both sides of a message and label the message beforehand so people don't get spoiled.

This is an example spoiler on discord: || Harry is in fact a Wizard ||

at the time I thought it would be funny, but genuinely it really isn't, and it was pretty stupid ngl

-1 only because you still think it was "funny" to spoil a movie that alot of people were hyped for (including me). +1 for unban challenge tho.

i mean i dont "still" think its funny, its pretty lame rn

On the one hand, ruining things for people is funny,

On the other, I could contribute to ruining this ban protest...

i mean the movie came out like 2 weeks ago, its at the point where everyone should have seen it and no reason for me to be still banned so 😕

  9. @LAN_Megalodon  Let me explain when I said "leave the game the way it was supposed to be"  I dont mean keep the entire server base, what I'm talking about is I want the basic stuff like crits and stuff like that to stay in the game. I'm sorry about the confusion. Also you saying the only way to avoid it is to "bait the enemy to miss" is just dodging.

@Kypari   Kind of the same thing that I was talking to Megalodon about, sorry about the confusion.

  10. Gonna keep this short and sweet and I don't care what happens to me.

This is actually starting to bother me. Right now xG is split into two groups, the Furry friends, then the Tuna group.

The furry group despises the entirety of the Tuna group because of one person, who imo never did anything to deserve it. They're taking it to the extreme and banishing friends to the shadow realm because they have friends in that group. Then what friends they have left after that try to convince them that Tuna's group is the devils house and never talk to anyone there.

Then the Tuna group, obviously is poop on the most, it isn't perfect, (I do think that some things could have been handled a little better, but they did what they needed to get the message across) but I think they're much better than the other.

It's just fudgeing nonsense and shouldn't be a thing. As a part of the tuna group, the furry group can chill tfo.

    Do something about it, thanks.

I have been staff prior to this application, but I stepped down because of all the drama surrounding staff at the time, I was also busy with school and couldn't keep up with both.

I have recently been playing on the servers again, specifically the surf server and some on tgh. Hour's might be a problem though, because my parents are divorced and I spend every at each parent's house, but I'm not allowed to bring my computer back and forth, but the time shouldn't really be a problem because I almost always able to get more than 14 hours in just a week

And yes, I understand that I haven't been lately a whole lot, again reasons are above, but now that I've recently gotten out of school I should have a lot more free time on my hands to play on the servers more.

"I know damn well I’m not the only one who feels like it’s just a bunch of friends gathering together to protect anyone in that circle and not caring about anyone outside of their groups input."

Everything in that thread was organized by three people if we want to talk about friend groups. I don't think Krampus is in the right there, I think I've done my best to express that, and the fact that we're kind of friendly towards each other doesn't change that, but it's extremely hypocritical for certain individuals to suggest that "friend groups" are the cause of someone's opinions on the matter when it's that individual and their friend group that orchestrated the whole gig, even rightfully so.

then there's displays of absolute genius like these

"people are dog-piling their friends this isn't fair"

    image.png.e0ab943cc4119102b586e1db7b7439e5.png

I don't really care who you are or what your stance on the precious-spray-matter is, all I ask is that people look at themselves for five bloody seconds before they claim that people are deciding issues based on whether an individual is in a friend group or not.

Self examination and nuance is not a particularly difficult feat.

The best part about those reactions is that there weren't even any negative ones until the thread was locked, which I was you know, going to point out (but locked thread xddd). If you want to make the case that there's some kind of cronyism or favoritism going on it's probably best to just give your friends a heads up to not instantly react positively to your thread, it makes the idea that you're being oppressed a whole lot more believable.

I do admit, it was pretty stupid of me to say that, for obvious reasons. But the reason I brought this up was to further prove NitNat's point, even if it brought me out as well, and even if it did come out pretty childish.

Okay so I’m putting this blunty because I know damn well I’m not the only one who feels like it’s just a bunch of friends gathering together to protect anyone in that circle and not caring about anyone outside of their groups input. Like there’s even random people crawling out of whatever rock they came from, not being relevant in the problem at all, to help save anyone who’s under fire.

look at the voting for this and see who all down votes it
