What's the current spawn protection timer on Pokemon compared to TGH? I believe that TGH has a seven-second timer, but that's just me guessing since I never even play on TGH. Pokemon's spawn protection timer is way too short for the amount of time it takes for people to take a step outside of spawn. If the protection timers aren't at least considered by the higher-ups I'll be sure to make a thread about it.

It's recommended that you have at least an hour of physical activity a day, 30 minutes is probably a little low.

As I said, people on Pokemon weren't fond of spawn protection when it was added, so they had that rule put in place to make it easier for people to walk out of spawn without getting killed instantly by 10 sentries. TGH, on the other hand, has a very long protection duration. If you want to remove this rule from the server, you're going to have to increase spawn protection times on pokemon. I can barely even walk out of my spawn and rocket jump on to the trees with spawn protection.

It's not uncommon for siblings to share an account. It's what my brothers and I did for the first few years. I wouldn't disagree that their post did come off as a bit hostile, as they did have to go the extra mile and add "deal with it."

For those of you who don't know why this rule was added -- Our spawn protection exists, yes, but only for a very small time frame. By the time you walk out of the teleport spawns, your protection has already worn off or is about to wear off. Stickies, rockets, level 2+ sentries, etc. are able to push you back into your spawn, making it seemingly impossible to break spawn camps, thus ruining the aspect of fun some people may have. Not to mention destroying key buildings is incredibly hard because your view model is forced into a set position every time you walk out of spawn. We didn't increase spawn protection times back then because people will constantly whine about spawn protection being too long, thus ending up with the discussion being brought straight back onto the forums. If this rule were to be removed, you will most definitely have to increase spawn protection time, or you'll hear about it from someone, or a group of people, in the near future. If you're not willing to increase spawn protection times because of the whining that will ensue, then it's best to keep this rule in action. I don't care enough for TF2 in general anymore, so I couldn't care less which way it goes. Just something for people to chew on before they vote.

Hence why I questioned his age, by that time in their life they should mostly grow out of their informal dialect they were so used to in their childhood. Not saying that they can't occasionally be informal in places such as Discord, or on the servers. That may just be me, I seem to have a bit of a problem dropping the formal front I put up at school that repels the extremely obnoxious people. But you might as well disregard my posts since they have zero substance to them whatsoever. Just take them with a grain of salt. It's just me rambling on for the sake of argument.

There's no reason to believe that you shouldn't get member. This isn't an exclusive club, even with a neutral application you get accepted. You seem nice enough, just speaking to you over the forums. I feel like it would be an easy member application. The fact that you're 16 and still use the "word" "funner" makes me extremely doubtful that you're giving your actual age, or that you're just really good at making imaginary words. I could be wrong, though. I don't really know you, so I'll remain neutral for the time being.

That being said, I wouldn't ask people to sign up just yet. Wait until we're closer to the event so people don't end up dropping out without telling you last minute. I've tried multiple times to start up a Highlander event in the TF2 div, only to fail because people weren't willing to switch to other classes or they just dropped out altogether.

It will be like stomping a Goomba since you're so short.

TF2 xG was better in 2016 IMO. Just a bit more laid back, it was nice. Also, JB was populated ? CS is a lot better right now, at least for me. They don't have that many people getting angry over nothing, and arguments don't constantly break out afaik. It feels like people there can actually relate to one another, so everyone just has a good time. I think the community is fine as it is.

I'd maybe play if I can get a date? I've got my brothers coming home for a few days in a couple of weeks and I don't want to be committing myself to anything during that time frame.

I was actually looking towards playing this again very soon. This month I was aiming to beat Megaman 11 and do a nice rerun of TTYD. An absolute masterpiece, my favorite Paper Mario game by far.
