Only thing I dislike about using the voice channels in the xG discord is that people will just randomly join, scream, and leave in a matter of seconds. It gets annoying, especially when you don't figure out who did it.

Like, I get how you would think it would be embarrassing since Fortnite dances are such a huge fucking joke. Kids just do them on their own, so it's going to be one of the easiest unban challenges possible without having to drop $10. @YeEternalTuna

We removed random crits on both of our at least semi-living trade servers if you weren't aware. Not sure exactly when you joined, but I might as well throw it out there for you if you didn't know. You can go look back at the thread, it's pretty recent.

You kind of skipped the part when I pointed out that @Precious said they only warned in text chat. I know for a fact that it is required to give both verbal and textual warnings, and @Red was only warned in text chat.

You only specified "in chat" so I'll assume you mean you warned in text only. You have to warn both verbally and textually, I learned that the hard way a while back when I banned someone who muted voice chat and was breaking rules. You apparently didn't even kick the guy, so that's an even bigger red flag (haha get it?). Jumping straight to a permanent ban only after one previous ban is kind of bullshit.

I don't mean to exactly derail, but would it be possible to lower the minimum time required to be active on the servers? I've seen more and more people applying with lower hours, but still being granted membership if they get a positive +1:-1 ratio. You don't really have to answer, but I'd like it if the higher-ups could at least bring it up in one their upcoming meetings or whatever you guys do to communicate.

Just saying, people like @Egossi moderated multiple servers at once. In his case it was CS:GO and TF2 at the same time, but you get the idea.
