Crow has left the Discord / xG. @virr @hongkongatron this is basically just a member protest thread, since banning him doesn't really do much.

I agree with pretty much everything you said here, but would still like to point out the fact that the people with 4-5+ pages of warnings either have meme warnings or their warnings are over an extended period of time. In Crow's/Decidueye's case, he has received multiple verbal or text warnings within the span of 2-3 weeks. I'd also like to mention that there were some problems with this specific player back in 2017 which form the very foundation of this ban request. I find it odd to compare someone who starts arguments on the daily to someone who occasionally and jokingly says "TF2 dead division" or the hard r n-word.

(Read his member application in one of my previous posts if you haven't already.) He has openly expressed his hatred for the community, including the players and the servers. If he were able to have a civil discussion on the topic, none of us would have any reason to hate him, as everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Constant general player disrespect

i didn't know he had more than one discord account, closed the thread because I thought he deleted his account, and then the other monkeys told me he had a 2nd account and I reopened it (this all happened within the span of like 20-30 minutes last night)

Honestly, +1. I thought he was fine at first, but now I can tell he isn't. He constantly gets hostile during discussions for no reason and can't handle people having different opinions than him. He blocked me for saying "your opinion is wrong" as a joke when he said he liked CS:S over CS:GO. He clearly isn't intending on not being like this anymore because he has been like this consistently during the time I've known him. At some point in the past he was on the TF2 server Pokémon Trade Center and was harassing @Dingbat just for having a bad connection under the reasoning of him being frustrating to fight. I don't think he should be kept around xG unless he fixes his attitude.

It wasn't the normal warning using modulo, but I did give him a warning over text. The entire "free game" scenario happened while I was still staff.

this guy causes arguments and from what i've seen has been very toxic in every single one.
One time he was asking to share games on switch, I replied with no one is going to give free games to a stranger what followed afterwards was a toxic argument with tat and crow calling both me and tat retards and stuff
from the two weeks or so in the discord he has caused multiple arguments with him being very heated and slinging insults
I think a majority of people have argued/seen an argument with him just being childish about everything

I have seen a general improvement in your attitude, however I don't think you're there just yet. You've been doing a relatively good job at keeping your cool when people are making jokes aside from a few instances where you got overly hostile. Keep on improving and I'll change my vouch to a +1

I know this is my own thread, but I thought I might as well say this-
When you have population events/days, don't base the event off of the "host's" schedule. Make the events start at times where we can get the most population. In other words, don't start the events in the middle of the day when people are either at work/in school (depending on the time of year). Think about where the majority of our player base is (U.S./Canada), then think "what is the best time to bring in players?"
Also, I know we already have quite a few @able roles in the Discord, but you should think of adding some server specific/division specific roles for people to sign up for. That way we can eliminate the whole "no one is on the server, so I guess I'll just go AFK and hope that more people will join until we have an actual population" snooze fest. @virr
I believe I already hinted at the fact that we should be advertising our server in the OP, but the higher-ups should maybe think of ways that we can spread the word about the community. I know there are websites for Minecraft servers where it ranks communities/servers and does a pretty good job of getting our name out there. Maybe there's something similar to that, but for GMOD/CS:GO/TF2?

Even if it is done 'professionally', not everyone wants to hear it. The conversations our players have are more important than someone blasting music over the mic out of nowhere.
Staff aren't able to client-side mute users as hongkongatron mentioned in the server earlier today, so we would be forced to listen to it while other players would have the freedom to mute the user playing the music if they didn't want to hear it.
However, if a vote is made and it passes I don't see anything wrong with them playing their music.
With that being said, I'm going to have to give a heavy -1 to this.
