I'm sorry, but I have to stay neutral on this. Issues you've caused have been too frequent so even though I haven't seen you recently I can't assume you've actually improved this time without having solid reason to do so. Best of luck with your application, but I can't give this a positive vouche anytime soon.

Here's a quick clarification to part of one of our rules since there is confusion among staff where to draw the line. We do not allow advertising of any kind within our servers. (This includes Twitch channels) When dealing with a player who has an advert to a site in their name, any that are for common trade sites (trade.tf, scrap.tf, Outpost.tf, etc) are acceptable and don't require action. On the other hand, any that are for gambling or malicious sites (hellcase.com, csgolive, skinhub.com, etc) are not allowed and should be enforced under the rule laid out here in the motd.

-1, to both aspects. I'll start with admin, as there are very few situations where i'd be ok with promoting someone straight to a higher position like that. Namely the only case I could think of would be if someone had to step down due to not being capable of being active enough and return not too long afterwards. This is neither of those cases as you stepped down, regardless of reason, of your own choosing and have refrained from being staff for a substantial amount of time. It is entirely unfair to other staff members who have had to consistently work and put in effort to reach a position for someone else to come up from nowhere to receive it based on merit and not on actual effort put forward. Staff positions are not something that should be treated as a welcome basket for people to receive as they come and go at their pleasing. The concept of someone leaving their position whenever they just don't feel like being active again and returning back into it whenever they change their mind is ridiculous (Not to say that is the case, but it's a matter of upholding the principle). Now if someone is suitable for a position, then really there is no reason that person shouldn't be able to rise to that spot in short order. If they aren't capable of doing that, then that should be telling of if they were actually suitable still. Not only is this the most direct way to actually show this, but it's also the most direct way for you to show that you're wanting staff because you're putting the servers first, not because you want a position. I hold it in high regard that not only upcoming or returning ones but all staff members should be more then willing to do their work regardless of what position and powers they hold, because the first and foremost thing on their concern should be helping the server which can be done just as equally regardless of rank. Now when it comes to you getting staff, this is the much less hard -1. The first thing I usually tell most people who come to me and ask about getting staff is to try and act like staff when on, and you haven't been. The most you usually do in regards to this is calling out people of breaking rules frankly somewhat rudely most the time, which anyone can do. The goal is not to police the server, but to moderate them so they can be as enjoyable of a place for everyone. When punishing people for something going wrong it's also about helping them to understand exactly how things should be, and just in general being a helpful person to everyone on the server and someone that is viewed as reliable, friendly, and people can come to with their issues if need be. Now I really probably didn't need to tell you much on that but honestly i'm making this all more of an address to about the whole concept. When it comes to you personally, a big thing is that you are plenty talkative with your friends, but not nearly as much to the rest of the server. That's definitely a direct thing that could be worked on that would be toned to the whole concept. To put it all a bit shorter, you were a good staff in the past, but the past doesn't tell us about now, it only allows us to make assumptions on what could be. I'm concerned about the here and now and what is. Show me that you can do well now, and everything will be great.

Since messages can get lost easily on discord, i'm going to announce this here for everyone's convenience. So it is out in the open yes, there is a vacant DM spot still. It is absolutely ideal to have it filled as soon as possible but the fact that it wasn't right away should be a testament that there is no single individual right now that stands out above everyone else to an extent that would guarantee them that spot. As ideal as it would have been to settle for someone already, it is not ideal for us to settle for "good enough". With that in mind then, this should be seen as an opportunity for ANYONE to show that they can step up, go above and beyond, and, not to downtrot on anyone by any means, but show that they are all around more suitable for it then anyone else. Hopefully this will be an opportunity for improvements for everyone and no one ends up being discouraged by not receiving anything out of it, I hope it's understandable that an attitude like that by itself shows me that you aren't deserving of it at that rate. If you are unsure of ways to try and better yourself, by all means ask! I or any other individual may not have answers for everyone, but never be afraid to poke around as that in itself is a first step to self improvement.

Just a heads up (and half assed bump to the thread) this will be set up no matter what since we have the empty server space anyways, but hasn't really been focused since there hasn't really been much support for it outside of a few individuals. If you do want it to get pushed out your best bet is to encourage others to show interest for it as well, but fingers crossed it can get the attention it needs soon(tm)

If what Caleb said about their being a cap to the number of bosses is true then that's one reason there to remove some, but also consider the ridiculous number of assets that need to be downloaded to play on the server. If removing some bosses that are hardly used anyways would help to clean that up, I'd be all in favor of doing so. If by that you mean the playpoints plugin, it's being removed. More info on that can be found here I haven't seen any of these new bosses much myself but have only heard people complain about the new "weeb" bosses being overpowered. Changing the rage to the flame burst that knight and others have doesn't seem like a great solution to me since that particular rage tends to cause the most aggravation in people. Probably best just to remove this particular boss by the sounds of it. Out of this list, i'd say remove radaghan, pancakes, HHH Jr, Garfield, and sonic.exe. They all are practically never played outside of very rare occurrences, Garfield is constantly memed as being the single worst boss, and sonic.exe gets a lot of complaints for being very weak (lacking health I think?) and having an annoying rage so neither being fun to play as or against. Dark Vader I've seen played very often but does suffer from breaking a lot due to the pyro model. I think that has to do with the barrel power up from playpoints so removing that will likely fix it assuming that's the case. Chuck Norris I see maybe not as often but far from as rare as those listed above. Outside of dark vader's model issues, they both are fairly well balanced and functional bosses. The Triceratops is very....wonky. If people would want to remove him for how awkward he seems to operate and his hit boxes supposedly being widely inaccurate I wouldn't be too opposed. One quick nitpick @Caleb956 you could have probably just started this up here. But no, we don't have enough threads started cause of ff2 yet >:(

Also @Skeletal there is absolutely no point in arguing the usage of an alt at this point, it's getting needlessly length and repetitive. It is not something that would be a problem and anyone can have their reason for such. There's apparently a 3rd demo that has yet to actually show up, but until that point this will be closed as soon as a decision is made. If more evidence comes up in the future that points to actual hacking then he can always be rebanned.
