I've never really been at any staff position in very populated/populous servers, to be honest. I really only have powers on one of my friend's servers which is password-protected at the moment.. There even used to be people that would come on the tr_walkway server to talk and have fun with a few gimmicks that the staff, including me, have been doing on the server. Donated:

So this is where my application thread begins. My second application thread, actually; the first one is my member applica-- "Well, OBVIOUSLY." Enough of that. I'll just get straight to the point. Yeah, that little dot..

Ah, I love the xG servers.. That's one of the reasons why I'm applying as a moderator! Everyone says that.. So I've been playing on the surf server for a reasonable amount of time; maybe around four months. It's great to meet all the amazing players that we have joining and enjoying playing on them. Also, I enforce the rules a lot on here to prevent any disturbances. If I ever see any sign of incompliance among one or multiple people, then I'll resort to calling any of the staff in order to have it dealt with. Although I've never been staff on servers of huge communities, I think I could create a fresh, new start and pace myself to take responsibility of keeping things the way they should be instead of having them out of order, possibly leading to temporary chaos.. ..or something.

Alright I knew this would come up eventually, but I'll be honest here and respond with my input. I do consider rejects a friend as he welcomed me into the clan a few years back, but I'll respond with honesty instead of a buddy buddy bias. Following rejects' demotion from DL there was some time where he had entered a passive aggressive hostility period where he made snarky comments about staff members and uphold an ego of his achievements as DL. I find that he also went through a very depressed stage and to be frank, was an emotional train wreck on servers and even in general he would get pretty sad over real time events as well. I do agree that he was a good staff member when it came down to diffusing situations and managing servers, however due to the severity of his demotion I can't give him a +1. We have to realize that he went from a very high position, and steeped very low. If your demotion was not as severe as it was I would consider giving you a +1, but the time between now and your demotion has only seen very little improvement in behavior. That being said I'm gonna have to -1 your moderator submission, but I will +1 for the idea of probationary moderator. If you can uphold your own emotional being and past attitudes as probationary moderator then we can determine your validity as staff again.

Hours mean nothing when you can just make an alt account to hack with, just because you've played a lot doesn't mean you won't hack with a side account when you're bored so that really is not a reason for why you were not hacking . Also your descriptions for seeing spies are like the blandest things that anyone can come with that anyone can come up with to explain it

plus they are already pretty sketchy about you "hearing their footsteps" along with your entire team and enemies shooting and walking, and how you start shooting to spy check randomly is all basically what hackers do to justify their suspicious kills

So there's still this issue with donakonda getting mod. People say his immature by what? Asking so many questions? This kid has dedication and one of the nicest people in Xg. Some people find his interaction and asking question to be annoying because that usual, but is that really immature? Does he go off being a butt and being rude to people?
3 months guy... of denying him. He's gotta have some kind of experience and know the backbones of servers.
So here is my suggestion.
 
Give him probational mod.
 
He messes up, then he messes up.
He does fine then he does fine.
Give this kid a chance at least people.

I think you were good at your job but I remember you were inactive every single promo/demo apart from at most two since you got DM. Even the same promo/demo you got DM you had about 10 hours and the requirement was ≈18. Your hours are I think 18 now which is obviously high enough for staff but because you were incapable of activity I don't think skipping straight to admin is the right option personally. I think after you have proven to us you can keep a consistent activity for at least a month you should be promoted to admin from moderator.
-1 For admin instantly but +1 for moderator. I have little doubt that you won't earn admin since you were good at your job but I think that you need to prove that you can stay active. Good luck (y)

My opinion on that still hasn't changed. I think egossi would be a good staff member, but giving him admin immediately is unfair to all the mods that have been trying to work their way up for quite a while already.

It would seem like your post had little to no meaning. If you are going to vouch for someone on a moderator submission, be sure to actually substantiate your vouch!
Tips on how to improve posts on the forums:

Check your post: Are you actually talking about the person and how he would be fit for staff or are you just blatantly posting meaningless stuff?
Ask your teachers on how to make your comments more elaborate.

And just because there are complaints in the chat doesn’t mean that a higher-up will automatically know “Hey, people hate this map".
No. They don’t review the chat-logs 24/7. And unless someone brings it up to a higher-up or actually speaks up about it on the forums, you shouldn’t expect it to be fixed. If people have been complaining about the map for so long, they have been more than able to sign up for the forum to make a post as you did which is fine. No map is going to be 100% flawless or perfect. Everyone is fully entitled to their opinion.

People will not always support something you want to change. When you make a vote, you should expect it to be both approved and disapproved by many people. How you wrote out how people “act” on your suggestions is just immature and over-exaggerant.

-1 Can we not remove maps just because "oh I don't like them"? I don't think we should remove a map just based off of if you dislike the map, but if there's actually something wrong with the map such as a map-breaking exploit or such.

He does as much as he can as a member, it's not like he can go around like a fucking vigilante saving the server. He, as @Spoopy states, helps populate the servers, I've seen him (when I was staff before) send out calladmins. And he tries his best to give an opinion on the topic of a thread.
