Vector, if you're reading this, I have heard good things about you. I think we just got off on the wrong foot here. I'd just like to apologize for calling you things such as corrupt and tool on the forums, and for bitching a little on the side of the server. It's a bad habit I got from playing cod in 6th grade, and honestly I've been trying to get rid of it ever since. We can both stay mad over this, or start over. It's your choice.

Learn to read? (lol) @MrSaturday I've been on the TF2 servers, it can really get chaotic. Not to mention the fact that there is a lack of staff members on there. So it can probably get really stressful. Now I for one can understand, if a staff member were to be having a bad day/in a pissy mood/whatever, that they were to have a little bit of hostility towards some players. If what I've read is true both of you are at wrong here. Showing some hostility to some new-comers might not be the greatest thing. (Some people are saying you weren't and that it is just the tone of your voice) Also responding back to a staff-member with some attitude, and deciding to call a staff member a "tool" on the forums isn't exactly the greatest thing to do either.

well in the TF2 community I dont like random crits rage spectators to remove dominations op weapons assholes highballers scammers those who don't know prices but believe they do those who get Australium weapons on the 1st tour in MvM also stupidly lucky people. noobs on my friends list that spam trade requests for no reason and then spam me with messages when I don't accept the trade dishonest people 2 faced people elitist try hards those who go !friendly on trade gaming history and run around spamming voice emotes in front of you that guy who picks sniper on attack/defence attacking team when theres already 3 snipers. f2p's using the free ticket in MvM and ruining it for people who paid. those who don't listen to advice and just ignore you (mainly f2p's in MvM) those who have a problem with me because of my age and gender.

There was no anger against him, which is why in the chat he asked if i hated him or not. there is arguments between me and him which is frustrating however there was another incident that i wanted to clear up between staff and regular members on the server, he kept interrupting, and at first i tried muting everyone who wasn't involved on my end so i could get it out, but i saw people getting frustrated (see photos). i then had to act and tell him to cut it out because he talked over me and trying to butt into the conversation, i then muted him and went on and unmuted him after little bit because another few needed to talk. then proceeded to continue. if you want to reduce the ban length go ahead but i want there to be a fair warning that if gorilla continues upsetting server members i will take action.

Reduces the amount of Ban Protests involving permanent bans for frivolous things such as disrespect, spamming, etc. Since a mass freekill is a serious offence (and is most often intentional) it warrants a stern punishment. Ban evasion does warrant further punishment though (IE. ban was for one day pre-evasion, is now for two days) but because its difficult to determine whether or not it was intentional most just leave it at the ban time prior to the evasion. @Vector Nigguh you know not to skip steps when dealing with these sort of things, regardless of whether or not it would have worked. The fact that there is tension between you and the offending player shows that you acted out on that anger or frustration. Staff should remain level-headed and should treat all players the same way when dealing with punishments, even if you don't like that particular person.

This is a server, not America. You should stop being an asshole.

@Vector if this is how you treat our people/visitors, then i must say that you shouldn't have powers at all; then again i'm not sure how you run things on TF2. If it's true of what everyone says about you, then you need to switch up and not lie to members/visitors, and stop being a jerk to people you don't know just because you don't know them. Besides that, @Gorillabot3000 even though i don't know you, i must say you seem like a respectful young man that would make a great member/future staff on xG, and i would love for you to continue being apart of this community, but then again i can't change you're course of actions. Hopefully you change your mind and continue being with us, if not then goodbye, and I wish you the best of luck!

Samit tends to tp people around I have a photo of it but I don't think a big punishment is in order for this.

The reason for this change is because of the curve of activity from both members and staff. Without a decent chunk of them being active, it's just becoming harder and harder to get something like member. It's the same reason why Gmod has a five +1 requirement, the lower population just merely calls for the lower requirement. We can't really just say, "Hey, you play in RPG surf, easier to get into xG." Because we don't have requirements for each server, but each division.
