Just read the thread. Before I go with a side, I'm going to judge all of you for not recognizing Tirisgarde. Kid's on pokemon literally all the time, step it up. Staff should know the regulars or something. As for Vector, +1 for mod on a trial basis. I still have multiple people in my friends list who haven't come back since before vector lost powers. Being an asshole is fine, driving people away for good isn't. You followed the rules and protocols as your job was concerned, but how you treat people on the servers more often then not is inappropriate. You only get away with it because you're so irritating when you get upset that staff just lets you do it rather than hear you bitch about it. Give him mod on a trial period, god knows he's more capable than some of the staff we have now, but if he stays a complete asshole and keeps driving people away, take it away for good.

Because i have been in xG for over 2 years and been through so many divisions. I want to keep the group going even though i dislike so many people. There are still people here who are genuinely good people.

Alright guys, this is honestly a hard decision. Why I would -1 Vector: ~ Vector can be very disrespectful (for example telling people to kill themselfs etc) Why I would +1 Vector: ~ He is very active ~ furthermore he knows the rules (regarding admin/mod stuff) ~ additionally he is experienced (regarding admin/mod stuff) ~ he's also more mature than the majority of our current staff members.. So that's why I came to the decision to +1 him! good luck

No one stopped to think for a second, "Hmm, maybe he was playing on our servers before he was a member". Just because he wasn't a member, doesn't mean he can't form opinions and then voice them when he becomes one. Not to mention, it's not like Vector hasn't stopped playing on our servers, so he could have easily seen him after the fact of being demoted. Also, he's revoking his membership because when he tried to voice an opinion he got a "who r u" and "oh, yur a trade fa.g". Like I said in my previous post, you guys could have looked him up. I even linked his game.me profile.

So, I'm going to be taking a bit of a hiatus from the division for a bit. I'm not leaving permanently or anything like that. I can just slowly feel myself being sucked away from TF2 by the sloppy wet lips of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. I'm a bit of a MH whore, and since I recently purchased a New 3DS, I have had a hard time doing much of anything else, such as caring for my daughter or tending to my marriage, or showing up for work and teaching my little demons. My wife probably left already. I'm not sure. I also may or may not have a job anymore. Who knows. So, gimme a few days to get this out of my system and I'll be back. Hate you all. You won't be missed.

It should be based around depression in general :) And I'm guessing there are organizations out there that are large and can help (hopefully) but the main message you should spread to people with depression is to talk to someone about it. Don't keep quiet. That's the most important thing to spread.

Don't make it about cutting for no one. I'm sorry but the cutting for someone famous is dumb and protesting against that is also not worth it. I would just make this about going against depression and that cutting yourself won't do anything but remind you of a dark past. Don't make this about stopping people that cut themselves for something stupid, like trying to get attention. He got mad because nobody knows who he is. He's only been a member for a month, yet he claims to have been a member when Vector was demoted, which happened in December. Sorry if it seems like there's "disrespect" happening here, but literally all that has happened is Vector, Hachi, and myself asked who he was, and he got all defensive and pissy because we haven't the foggiest who he is or why he has this opinion about Vector. Then, he wants to revoke his membership because nobody knows who he is? I just....ugh. I need to take my hiatus more seriously. This shit is too much for me right now.

Who in the hell is this kid? Does anyone actually know? AFAIK Tirisgarde has NEVER been on Teamspeak, only has 8 Forum messages, and I personally have NEVER seen him in game. How in the hell is he able to push a -1 on Vector when he hasn't even been a member long enough to remember when Vector was actually an Admin? Don't take this as a fucking joke. What if someone you were close to cut/ hurt themselves on a daily basis? Not saying I have anyone close to me who does that, but this is a serious matter.
