+1 Poorly done April Fools joke, you should feel deeply ashamed.

Well for starters, we don't have a lot of 17-20 year old gamers playing on the servers, we have 11-16. We would be losing a lot of the population if this doesn't change, we have to think about maturity. MATURITY. If you have a 17 year old immature douchebag and a 13 year old mature and kind person, think about who you would take. I would take the 13 year old, we don't need immature people here. I don't care what age they are as long as they are mature and Active I give them a +1 just because they would be a great addition. So think about this question, Would you rather... Take all the bad fruit or 1 good fruit? (meaning is Would you take older douches or would you take younger, mature, and kind people)

Due to the recent fluctuations of earbuds as a currency, it has been decided to convert everything that had been priced in earbuds to their key equivalent from the day the suggestion was made. It is also no longer possible to suggest prices in earbuds. This means, in short, that if a 1 bud item was accepted 2 months ago and earbuds were worth 12 keys, it is now worth 12 keys today, regardless of what earbuds are worth today. On the original suggestions we are displaying the original value the items were as we wish to remain completely transparent when it comes to the original values. We understand that this can be a bit confusing, but it is for the best. We will still display prices converted in earbuds on item icons, we believe earbuds still have a lot of value in terms of helping with larger trades but it just makes more sense to store every prices in refined or in keys from this point on. We've been working on this a little bit through the day, there were a few bugs here and there but I think everything is covered now. Honestly, it's become difficult with lack of older people that may have more experience managing users and helping with donations and whatnot. Younger people simply don't have the money and experience to contribute as much as I would like to the servers. Don't get me wrong, the staff that manages the servers is great but I just want the clan to appeal to an older demographic since I feel it would help our growth over time. With the younger people, it feels like we are a babysitting place where they come and go so frequently and the older people who want to stay are so frustrated with the amount of drama they cause that they leave.

Seriously. I warned him, left for an hour, and then I come back and he's at it again. Literally EVERYDAY I join Saxton Hale and he is on there spamming suicides at the beginning of the rounds, trolling, spamming the lenny face everywhere, and making graphic jokes. I'm 99% sure that @Tekage and @Diamonde have both warned him plenty of times about the death spamming. As well as the fact that I literally just got done warning him, and he was like "ok, pls, i'll stop". I think a 3 day ban is justifiable in this case, as he is a repeat offender who has already been warned plenty of times, gagged, and just recently kicked today. I'll go ahead and put the ban in right now.

As was posted before... They have an entire month. Get to it.

Did the moderator actually see body blocking? If not then he is in the wrong. Taking someone's word is a big no no. No matter how trusted they are.

It's was a person called Lucy Mcellion who messaged me about pip. Lucy and Princess Twilight sparkle were there to see the bodyblocking as they were on Blu on frantic Factory when it happened, pip was among one of the peopled from RED joining in on the bodyblocking of teleporter 2 which I've warned people to stop doing.

Good. This is the step that needed to be taken, ever since Earbuds began to quickly fall late last year. It's also no longer necessary to use high-priced items to trade for expensive hats, which was a measure that was taken back when you could only trade a limited amount of items in one trade. Now that there's virtually no limit to how many items you can trade at once, expensive placeholders are no longer necessary. backpack.tf also handled it perfectly. Not only did they quickly rescript their site to keys, but they also priced every single unusual in keys from the time periods of the hats' most recent suggestions. Perfect example was my Amaranthine Crones. It's only ever had one sale (Mine), and at the time, it was a 50 Bud deal. Buds were 12 Keys each when it happened, so my Crones was repriced at 600 Keys. It was formerly priced at 400 keys. This fixed a lot of value issues with EVERY Unusual hat. Granted, there's still a lot of work to be done. Lots of unusual suggestions went through in the past month, so sales basically need to be restarted in order to reprice them. But now that everyone is pricing in keys, things can be handled more like CS:GO. I have high hopes for the future of TF2 trading. Now that Earbuds have been erased from the trading formula, and people are getting rid of them, we can now focus on the TRUE value of the game: Keys.

I made a suggestion about having to get special conditions(instead of none) if you're 14 like a few more vouches and higher up vouch, not sure where it stands but you can push for it if you want

I love Cyberpunk. However, many people have left because of it @Moosty can explain (I think it was him who had a friend who left the servers because of Cyberpunk). Abstract was a great map. Add back plserino

Though that is true, Flareon is new to moderating and is going to be pardoned for the first few weeks for little mistakes. Who were they? If they are xG members, I'd definitely trust them.

They are both regulars. I would trust them too. However, I'm going to stay neutral.

Effective immediately, all potential members must be at least 16 years old in order to apply for membership/staff. What this means All current members/staff who are under 16 years old, will still be members/staff. All pending member/staff applications that do not meet the age requirement will not be invalidated. All future member/staff applications must meet this requirement no matter what, unless the age requirement is edited in the future. Previous applicants of xG who are under 16 are still able to apply at any time! For the entire month of April 2015, anyone not meeting these criteria may apply. Starting May 2015, the age requirement will go into effect. If any higher-ups wish to discuss this change, feel free to reply to the essentially identical thread in admin discussion. PSA: this is not an April Fools' joke, if anyone was thinking that.
