I destroy noobs, recently as Counter-Strike: Source has been slowly dying and my old clan is fading away there isnt much out there in terms of clans i like, and since xG has always been a home for me i was considering rejoining months ago but i did'nt have time to do so. with summer on its way and school nearly ending i can finally think about rejoining the clan. last time i left the clan i kind of left a bitter attitude behind with my leaving thread/post. that was 3 years ago i believe, now im kind of lost and dont know where else to turn too, if i need to spend more time on the servers and forums i will try too. i dont want the present to make me look like im a bad person, or an attention slut, back then i was younger and reacted poorly and terribly towards almost everything. now im 18 and am less salty. if possible i would like to rejoin xG, i do have moderator and admin potential as i was an admin in my old clan. i do know how to use sourcebans.

First off, spawn killing isn't allowed on the surf server. If you read the motd (like you should of done), you would of been aware of consequences that would follow. Secondly, you evaded a ban? That's a big no-no. Evading punishment results in a ban. Currently you're banned for a day. If you would of listened in the first place, you wouldn't be in this situation. You could of just waited out the day ban, but I feel that the ban should be extended since you evaded. A 2 day ban seems like it would work fine. Thoughts on this @BelloWaldi?

Sigh. When I took CL, the complaint was that we didn't have enough maps. I personally spearheaded the task of finding as many video game maps that I could possibly get my hands on. Now there's too many? After flooding the server with all these new maps, the complaint then shifted to "We don't ever get to play the new maps because we always go to the same 3-4 places." So we changed RTV so the same maps couldn't be picked over and over. Now we have too much variety? I wish you guys would make up your mind. I get it that some of our maps aren't the greatest, but it's literally all we have to pick from. I have scoured all reaches of the internet looking for any and all gaming-related maps. What we have is it. The purpose of TGH is to provide unique nostalgic experiences pertaining to gaming. Are some of the maps small? Sure. Are some of them buggy? Sure. But do they capture the goal of trying to house unique gaming experiences on our servers? I certainly hope they do. And to address the point of maintaining quality maps: The maps we have are NOT bad maps. They may have a few intrinsic issues, but their designs aren't in any way broken or shitty. I mean hell, look at our map list now and compare it to when we had maps like Peach's Castle or Rogueport, then try and argue that our maps currently are bad. I even went so far as to completely redesign the capture point plugin just so we could reintroduce all of the CP and KOTH maps we used to use, but couldn't because the plugin broke. And now the complaint is that there's too much? Really? After all that work? =/ And the argument can be made that some of the maps don't pertain well enough to meet that goal. Someone once made that argument about SCP, stating that it isn't really a video game based map but a Creepypasta based map. That argument is solid, but it is very reminiscent of SCP-138, which is an excellent game. I thought I did us all a favor by upping the map count, but I guess I was wrong. If you guys all want certain maps to NOT be on the server, I guess I'll remove them. I don't understand why we would do that, as the complaints that are so heavily made against these maps are all done for the more popular maps on the server. Why are people voting to go to a specific place if the map is broken/horrible? I honestly don't understand it, and I'm the one who personally tested, uploaded, and approved every map on the server. So it's not like I am not aware of the issues or anything. (At least they aren't all shitfests like Rogueport or Frantic Factory. Sometimes I think people forget how bad it actually used to be.) I honestly feel like if the only real complaint about the server is "There's too many map options", that reeeeealllly isn't a complaint. >.>

Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: LucaSchlo Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:91918759 Ban Type: Server Ban Information: I was spawn killing for a bit on the surf server because I was bored, but then Supreme warned me that if I kept doing it, then I would get banned, so I stopped. Later on, everyone was dancing in spawn, when I saw someone hitting my teammate, so I hit him once, to get him to stop, then it turns out that my teammate getting hit was Supreme, he then grabbed me, let the guy kill me, then he banned me for spawnkilling, when I didn't kill anybody.

What I "learned today" is that with people like you in charge of the servers, you'll get bitched at if you spectate to monitor the server for rule breakers and you'll get bitched at by people like @SnowyMinion if you play the fucking game and don't act on every fucking thing that you can't possibly always see.... You told me that what you considered idling (and then linked me the picture) was me having tf2 running without being in a game which you complained about to leikos that one fucking time I forgot to close the game out completely because the stupid popup about replays not saved.... I know I am a good staff, which is why I got promoted from mod to admin with 13 hrs/2 weeks, which is when you started you vendetta to get me demoted... which you can see by the post you made on that VERY promo/demo complaining about it, you even fucking apologized to me for monitoring my activity, when you clearly don't do it to everyone else. Scoot and KB aren't DM/DLs they don't fucking care about promo demos and rejects hasn't touched the game in over a month. The point is.... I have been told numerous times that I could watch the server in spectate by people I respect a lot more than you, because they have done more for this clan than you ever will. For some reason you decided that doing so was the same as being inactive.... it doesn't "glitch the calladmin" because I was fucking sitting there watching what was happening, I probably even have demos that can prove that I wasn't afk, but I could care less at proving anything to you. I don't care what you think, Bello, and even if you don't agree with me, the reason I left staff was because of your shit and the fact that moderating those servers is more of a chore than anything with you as a DM monitoring me for the moment I afk for 5 minutes to take a shit! It's something I don't have to deal with anymore and playing TF2 is 500% better now. So when people ask me why I quit being admin I tell them why...
