I Know him,He is very active here because of The people in our surf server
 
He is very quiet because he don't know English very well. PLOP actually I helped him in this member application.he has 4 months in our server and People know him very well although he don't talk and understand english very well. I think he understand some words.
 
He broke the rules at the past because he couldn't understand the rules and the multiple warnings, I explain him the rules correctly. And he is not giving problems anymore. He is so friendly and kind ... To be honest the most harmless medic I've ever seen XD. Regin is part of our surf server because he was too much time with us all time

I know it takes a little bit of extra work on the Admins part, but why not just post the config files online somewhere, then allow the community to edit them? An Admin could then pick the one with the best configuration.
This could save a LOT of time on configuration, where MANY of the problems (Spooks tells me) originate from.
 
Believe me, I ran a Minecraft server for two years and my biggest folly was not accepting help from the community because I was worried about them abusing powers (and rightfully so, actually). But something like this would allow xG to work on improving the server as a community, without any risk of abusing any kind of powers because there are none to be abused.

I don't know why its a MASCULINE thing honestly im like really against FAT and like ill be the one in the kitchen PROTIEN SHAKES. Silence and I had a ton of discussions about this aspect, and we did come to the conclusion after looking at other communities that our bar for membership was too high in the beginning. We did not want our community to be like "the old boys club" where if you don't know the right people or don't talk enough in servers you can't get in.
 
We still value input from our members, but we do not want the reasoning of someone not standing out enough to be the reason they do not get into xG, and to find another community that accepts them with open arms. I know there's pros + cons to either way, but we feel this way has more pros than cons as it's easier to get rid of bad members, than it is to bring in quality members who might be shy. As virr mentioned as well, people will still need to be standout members to get staff, and also we will provide way more giveaways + events to glorify the members who are active in our community. Once our traffic is much higher in our community, and people are applying at a much higher rate, I'm sure people will visit the forums more often to give vouches towards players as that'll be a good way for them to increase forum count to apply for mod if that is their goal. Considering all things being said, I think it'll be a net gain that we will realize within a few months, especially once summer hits. I never have any issues with discussion so no need to apologize.
 
I edited the membership guidelines thread again, Virr rewrote it to make it much simpler and cleaner and I forgot to edit the 2 day part in.

Yes we will be, if found multiclanning we can strip your membership and to re obtain it you might need 3 dm+ vouches. Of course before anything is done we will talk to the member and go from there.
