Even just lowering it to 15 would drastically increase the number of people we could accept. Not entirely sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but could be something to consider.

To be completely honest, it should be reduced to 15. OR, those who are nearing the acceptable age (or are very mature) can be accepted in under certain circumstances. It's happened with snackbar and to the extent of my knowledge hasn't caused any problems whatsoever.

It should be known that we have a Solaire of Astora in our csgo division who recently became a mod, please note that these are not the same people.

Call functions are being worked on. Also, by all means @Chaz name names and provide evidence you acquire to help me out with my staff. We are always scouting new staff members but with the current staff requirements its hard to get the newer members to the point here they can be considered.

Again, him becoming a member was not solely my decision @Chrono , you should talk to everyone and find out how he got in.
 
That being said, despite his age, he has been a fantastic addition to this community and has caused zero issues.

Cons:
 
General Instigation - Constantly post in threads of no concern to him, in a division that he has no substantial contributions to with the sole purpose to either stir the pot or cause a rift.
 
Contradicting Actions- The old sayinig of can dish it but cant take it. Can be incredibly rude and abrasive, but the second it happens to him he makes reports, messages silence, and will not stop until a breed of his own justice is served.
 
Rudeness- Speaks for itself. Entirely unapproachable in any matter, looks down upon members.
 
General Abrasiveness- Self explanatory, when most members are asked, this is the first quality they present about him.
 
Entitlement- Believes his rank is a form of power, and those under him have no opinion or anything to add to his own idea of any given situation.
 
Anti Social activity / trolling
 
Animal Cruelty - Not getting into details, but if Tarin was removed for felonious acts, then this should apply too, according to my states laws. You can usually find him laughing about this matter.

Im opening this up to the public, and I hope that most of you will voice your opinions on the matter here, because most of you have so much to say behind closed doors.
 
Matsi is unfit for staff, (You know who you are, and your rank, speak up and dont leave me hanging) his division is unhappy with his attitude, his abrasiveness, and entitlemeent.
 
He posts with an elitist opinion on topics that he doesnt agree with, but the second someone has an issue with something he has posted, he messages Silence INCESSANTLY acting as a victim.
 
His own division agrees he is good at moderating rulebreakers, but has a horrible attitude and is generally unpleasnt to be around. No one wants to play with him. They want him demoted.
 
He is a bonafide animal abuser. Personally, Im not comfortable around a fricking felon, especially as someone who grew up in a rescue dog foster house. Its a felony. A FELONY. and we let him go about his business here, when we have gotten rid of other criminals in the past.

What chrono said would probably be the best choice, as if you slay by console you wont drop your guns, but do your best to switch off the CT side without giving a terrorist an easy kill if you can bud- it can cause more confusion if anything else if you just rush terrorists.

Most people know about it already, but it's a game where you play against other people as a cell trying to become the biggest cell that can consume everyone.

Heres the thing @Hexx its not up to me if your app goes through, I only have a vote. On that note, if it does, just understand that your history matters here and you will be on thin Ice. I have no problem with it being put through, but expect an action being taken at the first sign of you being problem. We are on to nothing but good things ATM and we have enough to deal with and dont need any more negative shit to deal with.
