I've lost interest in managing our tf2 division, playing tf2 and trying to fix the issues we have, therefore I'm stepping down from Division Manager to member, it's been an alright run I've made some friends amongst our staff and members, and I won't lose contact with any of them I will also be on teamspeak and forums daily as i've always been it's also a shame that I have to be a DM+ in order to maintain powers on teamspeak and forums, it was really fun banning people for no reason :( also fuck dota @Owl :d

the guidelines of having 8 hours on the server? what? i am not aware of this im just saying its ridiculous how much some people care about other people's activity and how obvious it is that they just have their eyes on said person's position or is trying to make themselves look good in the higher ups' eyes I have no problem in someone messaging me saying "hey this person has been a little inactive, could you talk to him about that" but when someone goes "LOL THIS GUY HAS 7.98 HOURS WHY IS THIS GUY STILL NOT DEMOTED LOL" on a promo demo thread or on a private conversation, it pisses me the hell off my thoughts exactly

I think some people need to be thought that whether a staff member is active enough or not is determined by HIGHER UPS, not by the public's vote. I don't see how you think you have a say in the matter, and why you are striving to get people demoted I personally think anything around 8-12 hours on our servers per 2 weeks is fine enough for a person who's not asking for a promotion nor a demotion, it seems that some of my higher up friends disagree with me on this but i honestly find it stupid that we need to treat people like we're paying them to be a staff members when they're voluntarily trying to keep our servers in check
