good job honestly, it's been broken** like that for a very long while for not much of a reason other than no one trying to fix it (as it seems) but the part about it where you have to re-active it everytime you die is very inconvenient, it should be permanent and making it permanent shouldn't be too hard as a lot of servers have that for donators, i reccomend talking to @Nomulous, @Bleed, @Lithium or @Rhododendron about that

I was one of the higher ups back then and I wasn't confronted by a single higher up other than Rejects, who confronted me at one of my most active times. I will highlight this one because you are ignoring my point which I have re-stated multiple times now, whether you think I was active enough or not did not matter at the time, I was considered to be generally active enough, and it is irrelevant now since I am active now, I really don't see why you think this is a valid reason to determine whether I should go up to admin or have to start from mod, I will have the same amount of activity whether I am promoted to admin or mod anyway, and you are saying I am trusted enough to be given the powers of admin, so why does it matter whether I am admin or mod for this case? I am asking because I really don't understand

Once again, any activity I had after this thread New Year, New Memes! A January Update! | Xeno Gamers was determined to be good enough either because I have been extremely active on forums and teamspeak, or because I had good explanations for why I was/had to be inactive at the time

Again, my point is that the rule for activity was that staff activity adequecy was determined by higher ups, and at the time, rejects did warn me out of nowhere which i argued with him about since it was so sudden and he seemed to be the only person who thought I wasn't active enough from the whole team of higher ups at the time. I was considered generally at the time to be active enough by other higher ups, which is what mattered, whether you agreed with that or not. At least in technicality I was active enough for all promo/demos other than the one I was promoted to DM in, unrelated to you/ me agreeing or disagreeing with that. I also disagree that trustworthyness has anything to do with my activity, it would have to do with abuse/instability if I had shown any, however. At the end of the day I do see where the argument is coming from, but since I have been active at least from day to day on our tf2 servers, and literally every single day on our teamspeak server (mostly with higher ups who have +1'd or aproved of this thread), it is unnecessary to waste time and keep me in a lower position than I have very much recently proven to be capable of holding. And in terms of "unfairness" I do not understand why it is acted as if we have a limit of the maximum amount of players we can have holding the Administrator position, just promote ALL the people who deserve the position at once and the problem is solved in every single way imaginable, I don't see why it's such a problem that I am applying for Admin directly

Your point would have some sort of validation if it was true that I "came back", i never really went anywhere to begin with and have been on servers at least once every 2-3 days since I stepped down, and for the past month I have been getting on once everyday, playing on our servers very actively, so you are very wrong in that regard That is partially false, It is true that the hour requirement was 18 hours when I was promoted, however I did get the hour requirement rule to change half a month later, so it isn't entirely true that I was not active enough in the duration of my DM position I also disagree that activity has anything to do with whether or not I should be admin directly or not, since I am active now and have proven to be capable of having a higher up position, it is simply irrelevant, what you're pointing out. As a side note I explained why I was incative at the time, I'm in a 3 month long summer holiday now so my activity along with everyone else's will obviously be boosted to an extent.

if you apply that logic to real life jobs, when a CEO quits their job from a big company, they should start off as a janitor/high school atendee if they want to start working for another company again, which if you think about it, is a complete waste of time which is also the case in my situation, it is also a very huge discouragement at least for old higher ups to run for staff again.

Apologies for that part, I asked @virr to remove it before you made this post because I thought I sounded a bit hostile towards people who I thought may have -1'd this thread, I beg to differ that it was an immature action though. I understand that there are people who have been waiting to get re-promoted to admin, that are currently moderators or have been moderators for a long time, but even if I get promoted directly to admin now, that doesn't mean I haven't done the same thing they are/were doing. I have been a moderator 3 times, in total of the time I've been staff, I've been a moderator the most, then I have (I believe) proven my way up to the position of Division Manager and after a short while, I have stepped down to member, simply because I lost the courage at the time to manage the division, along with my school and the lack of jailbreak population. And like I mensioned in the initial thread, staff membership positions should not be based on taking turns, making people wait in a line, et cetera. If our TF2 higher ups will disagree with what I think should be in place however, then there is not much else I can say.

And yes this is a direct application for the Administrator position, I know that some might argue that I should "work my way up again" which I find to be a pointless argument, since staff membership is not based on taking turns, but certainly is based on reliability and trustability of our regular members. Other than that, feel free to let me know what you think down below.

i believe our servers are on a server box so it would make no difference to change a 6 persons max mvm server to a 32 people max regular server, as @Rhododendron doesnt pay for the servers individually/per player slots, but pays for the whole box all of them are on instead
