Darn beat me to the other decal tool items. Also are we including profile pictures in this? I would say yes include profile pictures to cover every base for player images, thoughts?

imo profile pictures could be a bit too much to monitor. while its really obvious when someone has a swastika as profile picture, other things might not be as easy to see.

That sounds good, however, what exactly would be derogatory content? Is that just disrespectful sprays etc or is there more to it? I would like to keep it as simple/not vague as possible if you know what i mean :D!

I really liked what @Vexx said, so the new rule would have to include:

• No private areas/nudity
  
• No gore

I came up with something that probably needs to reworded:

Sprays and Objectors: These two cannot contain any imagery of nudity, private parts, racism, hate symbols and gore whatsoever. Additionally, the implication of sexual acts as well as imagery of underage people being sexualized, drawn or not, is strictly forbidden as well.

We really need to finalize this soon. Also, can we include racist stuff, such as swastikas etc in that rule?

I personally think that's worthy of a perm being as Xerses was kicked out of the clan and permed for posting child porn and we shouldn't let someone off for practically doing the same thing.

If I may say, the whole Xerses ban was bullshit. He posted a link to a thread where someone later on allegedly posted CP, which is surely disgusting but not his fault.

I personally don't think CP and drawn little anime girls are the same, but I'm not lawyer.

When choosing a punishment for the offender, I think it's fair to say that we did not follow any type of protocol, but rather some moral compass if you know what I mean. Any sane human would find the offender's conduct outrages and digusting, hence we jumped straight to a month ban. However, I do think he should get one final chance, as he has never been banned before.

Porn sprays are not something that is perm banned for, and not even banned for 1 month, they are banned for a day if that and asked to change/not use on the server (increasing amount the more times after as long as they were given a warning and told about it first)

I do agree with this to a certain extent, but I don't think following a certain protocol is necessary when the alleged person speaks about having sex with children. If the TF2 higher ups all agree that a harsher punishment is appropriate and even get a CM's approval, then I think it's fine.

That being said, I would love to hear @mrnutty12's input as well.

Rejects' sourcbans account was accidently deleted a while ago, hence it says "admin deleted". Rejects must have accidently entered no reason, but he I'm 100% sure that he'd only permanently teamban people for mass freekilling - as it's normal on Jailbreak.

• Teamswitching is completely disabled. When you join the server, it will automatically assign you to red or blu[e]. Now if you join blu, there's no need to worry, as the deathrun plugin will automatically switch you to red once the current round is over (unless you're death obviously).
  

This way, nobody can join spectators either, however, we found a small solution for that.

There's a plugin that lets you go into spectator by typing a very simple command:

/ts [name] [team]

Teams: 1 = spectator, 2 = red, 3 = blue.

For instance, if I wanted to join spectator, I'd type /ts bello 1. And once I'm done spectating, I'd type /ts bello 2. Simple as that!

Since JB had quite some population recently, here's a list our current last CT song:

He seems to be hacking on the demo @CappyCappy has submitted. Additionally he was advertising hacks, trolling and disrespecting other players, which is something that xG does not condone.

Due to the several rules OP broke he shall stay permanently banned.

From the demo cappy provided. You can honestly have an argument that he is hacking, it's incredibly suspicious when he snaps to an AFK scout behind a wall. It's also the way he snaps makes it all the more suspicious. Personally, i am support that shining is using some sort of aimbot and wall hack to track players.

 

-1 for unban because i believe he is hacking from the demo provided based that he snaps to a player behind a wall, even if you knew he was there, there's no reason to snap to a player behind the wall. Also even if the evidence to ban him for aimbot/wall hacks isn't sufficent. i believe keeping him banned is the right thing based upon he's advertising hacks and he's very disrespectful from his chat logs, and from personal experience in meeting him. He also is a very disrespectful in the demo saying slurs and just trolling.

officially -1ing him as well. not only does it look like he was hacking, it is also very self-evident from his chatlogs that this guy does not belong onto our servers.

I would urge our staff to take demos in the future so we don't need to have threads with 10+ pages (y).

I would assume people just disagree with you.

First 2 Shots I got was when sir capalot was camping in the corner for me so he can test if he was walling. The first shows your targeting him through the wall at first and the second already taking aim showing that your know he's there.

 

The next 2 shows that capalot hides behind the wall again and you take aim at him again through the wall.

 

Both scenes were he was camping there the whole time and Shining was not able to see him at all if he was legit.

 

(next time ill get demo I just forgot that was a thing)

On the one hand I see how this would prove that he has walls, on the other hand, this COULD be some coincedences, as we don't have anything that gives us a better insight on the context (you say he was walling, he says he wasnt - we have one person's word against another's). A demo should have been taken. Was other staff online that can support your statements @Spoopy?
